Персонал отличный! Помогали по любому вопросу.
Мы попали в период протестов - нами интересовались, предостерегали. Приложили максимум усилий, чтобы доставить нас в аэропорт.
Люди, которые там работают очень приятные, отель хороший, но нужно немного с чистотой поработать. Если поеду в Катманду, то однозначно в этот же отель, рекомендую!

Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic.
All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

Прекрасный отель в тихом переулке Тамеля. Расположение идеальное — находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от главных ресторанов и магазинов, но при этом здесь очень спокойно и нет шума.
Номер просторный, очень чисто, уютно, удобная кровать, горячий душ с отличным напором, работает кондиционер.
Wi-Fi быстрый, что важно для путешественников. Персонал невероятно приветливый, внимательный и душевный, менеджеры на ресепшн реально заботятся как дома.
Еда в ресторане вкусная, завтраки сытные.
Отель отлично подходит для отдыха.
Обязательно вернусь и рекомендую всем, кто ищет уютное место в Тамеле с идеальным соотношением цены и качества!

Location is not very far from the international Airport though the entrance point was bit constricted but when you reach the property, its heaven altogether.
Loved the ambience, the staff were so helpful, the rooms were neat and clean and the food was awesome ( for which I have to go to Kathmandu again).
Overall a great and unforgettable stay with my friends.

La habitación era muy limpia y la CA era fuerte. El personal era muy útil. Dormimos en el piso superior y no hay ascensor si eso importa. La ubicación es un poco alta, pero no creo que puedas evitarlo en Tamel.

Me quedé en Katmandú un total de cuatro noches. Al principio, solo reservé dos noches para ver las habitaciones. La primera noche, me perdí y fui a un hotel a pedir ayuda. Por suerte, el hotel estaba cerca de mi hotel actual y el personal vino a recogerme. Me sentí tranquilo y alargué mi estancia dos noches más. Durante esas cuatro noches, solo solicité servicio de limpieza una vez. La señora de la limpieza fue muy atenta y dejó tres botellas de agua en mi habitación. No limpió la habitación, pero sí me proporcionó toallas nuevas, jabón y papel higiénico. Aquí tenéis una foto que tomé de las toallas; los colores de las nuevas y las viejas son completamente diferentes. Creo que no deberíamos ser tan exigentes con las toallas; quizás el agua de la lavadora o el detergente de aquí no contengan lejía. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado, agua caliente y mucha presión. Había secador de pelo y hervidor de agua, pero no cepillo ni pasta de dientes. Había un par de zapatos de plástico. El hotel está ubicado en el casco antiguo de Katmandú, por lo que es fácil llegar en taxi. Hay puntos de venta de tarjetas SIM cerca.

El personal fue genial y amable. El dormitorio está bien, tienes una pequeña taquilla dentro de la litera para guardar objetos de valor. Las sábanas estaban limpias y lavadas. El baño estaba bastante limpio para ser un hostal y no me dio asco usarlo, a diferencia de la mayoría de los demás. La limpieza fue sin duda un punto a destacar, y hay una bonita azotea desde donde se puede ver un poco de la ciudad y relajarse.

Порядок с водой - всегда есть и горячая и холодная.
Собственная кухня.
Минусы:
Отсутствует шумоизоляция от слова совсем, слышно что и кто говорит на улице, в коридоре.
Завтрак который включен в стоимость посредственный.
В комнате и ванной было не совсем чисто на полу и стенах.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es espaciosa. El yoga matinal está incluido y el maestro de yoga masculino es fenomenal. La práctica de yoga está dentro del monasterio. La ubicación es otra ventaja. Es la distancia de caminar a la Boudha Stupa que me permite caminar allí algunas veces al día. Al mismo tiempo, está en un final tranquilo muerto. Por último, podría ser útil para algunos que desean desconectar digitalmente porque el wifi no funciona muy bien. Hay sólo un servidor situado cerca de la escalera en mi edificio. Si su habitación está lejos de ella, el señal es obviamente problemático.

UUsuario invitadoThe room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it.
Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out.
At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service!
Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on.
I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw!
Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome.
All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return.
As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

UUsuario invitadoI stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.

Lo que más quiero destacar es la ubicación y el entorno; ¡es absolutamente perfecto! Si estás planeando un viaje, no dudes en visitarlo antes de decidirte. Sin duda, volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez que esté en Nepal.
También miré otros hoteles en la zona, pero la ubicación y el entorno siempre son mis principales prioridades. Esta fue la mejor opción para mí. Claro que cada persona tiene sus preferencias de alojamiento, pero para mí, ¡la experiencia aquí fue realmente fantástica!

UUsuario invitadoYala Peak Hotel is like a home for me in Kathmandu. The ambience is chill. The important thing is the staff Isha and Sudin is so friendly and helpful. I was arrived at evening and Sudin gave me an upgrade room because it is off season. I feel comfortable. I also talk with the staff and they can answer all your question. This is best experience.
The hotel is really affordable, if you stay longer you need a private room. Come to this hotel.

PPascalTenía una terrible experiencia en este hotel - la reservaba como una primera parada en Kathmandu en la llegada a Nepal, lugar para poner mi equipaje mientras se desplaza y una noche anterior antes de volar fuera del país.

Dos semanas después, cuando volví al bolsillo del hotel, estaba todavía en el lobby delante del escritorio. Las cosas estaban desapareciendo - ninguno de lo suficientemente grande para argumentar, pero el hecho de que ni siquiera pudieran estar molestados para mover el bolso unos pocos pies a un armario / espacio de tenencia o el similar es una indicación de cómo este lugar se roda.

Shree Jana at the reception is very cheerful, she always greetings the guest whenever come in and out of the hotel. My flight was early past midnight, they gave special price to stay at the hotel till 3 hours before my departute. Breakfast also good, serves lots of fruits.
Location is close to all the shops and restos.Recommended for travellers who are coming to Kathmandu and want to stay around Thamel.

The Air is much cleaner at these heights. A lovely view to be seen from the roof top upon the city down below. There is a room up there, for yoga, for exercise, or meditation. An elevator takes you there, but you can climb the stairs, if you wish, especially to prepare for a mountain trek – there is an ample storage room in that regard. Boudha Apart is owned by a Sherpa family, originally from Lukla, so there are many good contacts with the high mountain community.
The hotel is fairly new, and that means nothing is broken. That is to say also, that it is well maintained, that the guests are not a rowdy sort, and they are mindful of each other's tranquility. The rooms are well thought out, and many have a sun facing balcony. Both sink and shower have abundant hot water, adjustable as you like. On the ground floor is a large restaurant, with a diverse menu of local cuisine, and western comfort foods. The basement is a parking garage for cars and bikes. The staff is of good cheer, and supportive of your adventures and plans. They, most conveniently, pick up and deliver to the airport. There is also a car and driver for various tours, as you will.
And finally to say, the price to value is most fair, as one compares to other hotels in the region.
