Las habitaciones un poco antiguas, un poco básicas, la ubicación muy buena, cerca a termini, los desayunos bastantes opciones dulces, recomendaría un poco más de opciones de sal.

El primer contacto al llegar no fue muy bueno. La chica de recepción era muy fría y no ofrecía mucha información. Después, no volví a verla. El resto del personal fue muy amable, siempre encontrando una solución. La limpieza, impecable. Sin embargo, creo que al hotel le falta una renovación... a pesar de la limpieza, hay signos de desgaste (grifería). El desayuno correcto, quizás faltaban huevos (tortilla, revueltos o duros)... Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

En general, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena y tienes prácticamente todo cerca. Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta. El ascensor es bastante viejo y tarda muchísimo, especialmente en determinados momentos del día. Además, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación porque en la quinta planta hay un restaurante. Cuando cierran por la noche empiezan a mover mesas, limpiar y hacer bastante ruido, lo que hace muy difícil descansar. Imagínate después de pasar todo el día caminando por Roma, salir a cenar y volver a tu habitación con ganas de descansar para el día siguiente, pero no poder dormir hasta aproximadamente la 1:30 de la madrugada, que era cuando terminaban en el restaurante. Por suerte, comentamos la situación y el hotel nos cambió de habitación, así que el problema quedó solucionado. Sin embargo, si el hotel está lleno, quizá no tengan la posibilidad de hacerlo. Por eso recomiendo tener muy en cuenta este detalle, especialmente si les asignan una habitación cerca del restaurante.

Hotel agradable, limpio y con personal amable. La ubicación es buena, a 15 minutos de las atracciones turísticas.

Limpio, con champú y gel de ducha, la habitación era pequeña. La Fontana di Trevi está a 2 minutos a pie, muy práctico. La ubicación es la principal ventaja de este hotel. El servicio es pésimo. No hay ninguno. Al registrarme, me pidieron una tarjeta de crédito o un depósito de 200 euros, algo que no se indica en ningún sitio. Se oía muy bien; parecía que los vecinos se estaban duchando y haciendo sus necesidades en mi habitación. En general, lo recomiendo; la ubicación es, por supuesto, excelente. Sí, y el impuesto municipal de 6 euros por noche se paga en efectivo al registrarme.

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

Nos alojamos en el hotel 3 noches y todo fue bastante bien. Fuimos cuatro personas y la habitación era lo bastante amplia para que todas estuviésemos cómodas y tu no agobiadas por el espacio. Los empleados de el hotel eran todos muy agradables y dispuestos a ayudar. Además, sabían hablar español, lo que facilito mucho las cosas. Otro punto importante es que esta a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la estación Termini y por tanto de la mayoría de autobuses que conectan la ciudad, y justo detrás de el hotel, a 1 minuto andando, esta la linea de bus 492, que esta la que usamos los tres días para volver a el hotel después de turistear, a que pasa cerca de todas las atracciones importantes de la ciudad. En resumen, nos a encantado, en mi siguiente visita a roma planeo repetir sin duda.

It’s my favorite hotel have ever lived. It’s close to a church and the environment is quiet and clean. The location is convenient to metro and all sightseeing spots. I like the NUXE cleaning and shampoo sets in my room. The decoration of the hotel is modern and fancy. The breakfast is various and delicious.
