Este es un hotel Airbnb de reciente apertura en Malaca. La propiedad es limpia, moderna y está bien mantenida. En general, la estancia fue cómoda y satisfactoria, con instalaciones bien equipadas y un ambiente agradable. Su ubicación es conveniente, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para los visitantes. Sin duda, consideraría alojarme aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Malaca.

A lovely heritage building tastefully refurbished - situated within a 15 minute walk from the centre of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Rome was clean and comfortable. Elegant lounge reminiscent of colonial times. Attentive and helpful staff at reception and restaurant - special mention of Mr Saddam at the restaurant and Miss Ei Ei at reception. A lovely place in which to stay when visiting Melaka.

Overall, our stay at The Lisbon Hotel Melaka was truly amazing. As a newly opened hotel, everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully designed, with a great ambience and a wonderful colour theme that made the entire place feel warm and welcoming. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel team. They provided complimentary birthday decorations for my son, which made his day incredibly memorable. He was so happy, and we truly appreciate the extra effort—it shows how attentive and caring the hotel is towards their guests. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to many restaurants and popular attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. We had such a pleasant experience and would definitely come back again in the future.

The hotel made a very positive impression on us upon entering the room. From the exterior of the building, we initially thought the hotel looked quite old and did not have high expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The lifts were fast, the corridors were wide, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy walking access to nearby attractions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider returning again.

Always my go-to hotel whenever I go to Melaka. Love the amenities, convenience, food and service. However, this time round the check in staff wasn't so helpful in assigning me my requested high floor despite my early check-in processing first before getting the keys at 3pm. I approached her again at key collection time at 3pm, yet she dud nothing on my request. I wiuld say her service was too perfunctory and mechanical for a first contact point counter staff. This is not the same good service I used to received countless times from other past visits. Hope the managrment step up her training before she tarnish the hotel reputation.

Estado aquí del 1 al 3 de mayo de 2026. Primera impresión: Estaba lloviendo muy fuerte cuando llegamos tan muchos vehículos estaban abajo para deshacerse de sus maletas en el lobby principal. El lado inferior, no había estacionamiento de valet. No sólo yo, sino que he oído a otras personas pedirle a valet también. Espero que pueda ser incorporado como ASAP ya que no hay parques de coches cubiertos disponibles. Las habitaciones y suites de club: Ingreso separado en el salón del club. Super rápido y eficiente. También podríamos disfrutar de la hora de cocktail 5-7pm y la selección de comida y alcohol fueron bastante decentes. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. TIP: Sólo vaya a tomar el desayuno bufé incluso si tiene acceso al salón. DOWNSIDE: La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y cómodos. Sin embargo, el mantenimiento era un poco decepcionante. No estoy seguro de qué es la política del hotel, pero los pantalones de cuarto no se cambiaron durante el mantenimiento. Las parejas no se tocaban y eran exactamente como las dejamos en el lado. El personal se acercó aleatoriamente a nuestra puerta y pidió que comprobara el frigorífico (minibar) y informó que, ya que consumimos 1 can de Coca, se rellenará 1 can para nosotros, pero será traído a continuación por su colega. Además, ¿no debería rellenar el minibar durante el mantenimiento de la casa? El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy agradable.

Rumah selesa untuk kami yang ada anak kecil. Walau pun studio house tapi keadaan rumah sangat bersih, cantik dan kemas. Terima kasih beri kami pengalaman yang menarik. View dari rumah cantik. Terutama di waktu malam. 🥰

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, it was during CNY, and coincidentally they have the lion dance, so it was fun to watch.

It’s the kind of service that elevates a stay from good to memorable. The amenities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, catering perfectly to both leisure and business travellers. Everything felt complete, nothing felt lacking. Overall, this hotel delivers a balanced experience of comfort, quality, and reliability. El hotel está limpio y ofrece una cama muy cómoda, incluso para una cama extra. El desayuno bufé fue decente, una gran comida para comenzar un día para los amantes de la cocina malaya y india. La cercanía a la tienda de elementos no debe contarse, ya que la tienda es una tienda de fantasmas con pocos tiendas a comer. El ambiente se parece a una ciudad fantasma debido a la crisis económica inducida por pandemias. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad.
