El hotel está situado en el corazón de la plaza Dam de Ámsterdam, en Chinatown, a solo 10 minutos a pie del barrio rojo. El hotel está enfrente de los grandes almacenes Queen's, los grandes almacenes más exclusivos de Ámsterdam con muchas tiendas de diseñadores, y la calle comercial es la segunda calle del lado izquierdo del hotel. En la calle peatonal, a unos dos o treinta minutos se encuentra el mercado de las flores. A la derecha está el Museo de Cera Madame Tussauds. En el primer piso se encuentra la famosa tienda de relojes. Camine hasta el restaurante Haicheng durante cinco minutos. El hotel tiene solo 16 habitaciones en un hotel boutique. Se tarda unos 30 minutos en llegar al aeropuerto. Se puede llegar a pie desde la estación central de trenes de Ámsterdam durante unos 15 minutos. Se recomienda tomar un taxi para equipaje grande, porque el camino a lo largo de la carretera es irregular y difícil de remolcar. Entre 20-30 euros, porque hay que desviarse. El hotel ci está ubicado en el tercer piso, el servicio es cálido y atento, las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, elegantes y sofisticadas, el sistema de control de panel inteligente es conveniente de usar, brinda servicio de cama hasta tarde, chocolate de bienvenida y uso de artículos de tocador French Langfan en el hotel de Amsterdam Debería estar entre los mejores. Me gusta mucho esta tienda de toallas, la ubicación es buena, el servidor es educado, sólo un poco de habitación, los dos equipajes no pueden ser colocados, el lugar donde la toalla no es muy conveniente, puede añadir más, cada vez que se necesita un toallas bajos, puede ser tomado, si el precio es un poco mejor!

接待熱情服務周到，辦理入住會讓你先入坐。給你準備飲品和零食然後慢慢辦理。早餐豐富，不知道是翻譯的原因還是啥原因，攜程中文所寫的地下室不是地下室反倒是頂樓。不過阿姆斯特丹自駕停車費是真的炸裂。

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. Me encanta la ubicación, a un corto paseo de la parada del tranvía, justo al lado del canal. Es tranquila pero está cerca de todo (a poca distancia a pie). No interactué mucho con el personal y, en la ocasión en que lo hice, me ayudaron con mi problema, aunque no fueron amables ni sonrientes. Reservé una habitación con vistas al jardín y pedí una tranquila, y cumplieron con mis expectativas. La habitación estaba limpia y reponían el minibar de cortesía todos los días.

I would definitely come back here again! The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and the amenities were great. The room had a yoga mat, full size ironing board and an iron. On the rainy days they even offered umbrellas to take and use for the day. We needed the heating turned up in our room and within minutes it was resolved. Location is great being a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Central station

環境：以前是男校，後來改造的酒店，很有趣。走廊的畫和房間號的設計很藝術，有機會應該在酒店裡轉一轉。 門口就有電車站可以去中央車站，很方便。離美術館博物館也挺近電車兩三站的樣子。 離市中心有一點距離，晚上比較安靜，沒有市中心那麼亂糟糟的，外面也沒有🍃味（真的太好了）。 服務：服務很好，入住會給巧克力和飲料，服務人員也很熱情，溝通順暢。餐廳的服務人員也很熱情，飯味道也還可以。mini bar 裏的飲品是免費的，每天會及時補充。也有開夜床服務，會噴入住時選的香氛。服務真的很不錯，是我在阿姆斯特丹最開心的一點。 配圖是在酒店吃的晚餐，説實話這家酒店是我在阿姆的旅行高光點。

This hotel is more like a 4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars, cleanliness can be improved, and I’d suggest the hotel to do some regular touch up, our toilet door was cracked. The toilet bowl cover still has some stains probably from the previous guest, gross. No in room slipper was provided in the room, even the ‘privacy please’ sign was not provided (I think the housekeeper missed out)

Situado en el centro de Ámsterdam, el Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam goza de una ubicación conveniente en Ámsterdam.
