We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Hotel pequeño cerca de un montón de tiendas de alimentación, artículos básicos y de bricolaje. El aire acondicionado estaba frío, el calentador de agua funcionaba y se proporcionaba champú, gorro de ducha y kits dentales. El hotel parece bastante antiguo en algún rincón y el suelo de la habitación parecía un poco sucio, pero no estaba pegajoso. Ideal si buscas un lugar para dormir, pero no esperes lujos. En general, es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo.

Everything was fine overall. After reading the Google reviews about the deposit, we took some photos of the room shortly after checking in for our own record. We also informed the front desk about the dirt we found on our pillow. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Valor por dinero. Muy cerca de CIQ y muchas cosas. 2o tiempo quedarse aquí por una sola noche. Es limpio y el personal es agradable. Tene comida cerca o puede ir a Komtar o la plaza de la ciudad.

I wld like to mentioned reviews about this hotel cleanliness and warm was superb! Warm welcome was given to us i give 100/100! Thanks to Natasha and Manager allowed us to checked early as we reached there in the afternoon! Nearby Sks Mall Mr Dollar, food, pharmacy, saloon spa, good satay n amazing shop along the n opposite hotel! Its a wow!

Pros - newly renovated hotel - quite spacious twin room enough to fit in an extra single bed - near KSL vicinity - bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes to MidValley Southkey Mall/Larkin Sentral etc - near the border - complimentary parking spaces for motorbike and car for hotel guests - 24/7 front desk - security Cons - lack of soundproofing - shower head lacks water pressure for a good shower - no ventilation exhaust fan in the bathroom - no soap/shampoo dispenser - no drinking water purifier for refills

Check in less than 5 mins as I stay before this condo. Loving this unit as it’s super spacious & basement parking. Thanks for the check out team for understanding my friend got back late. Check out also less than 5 mins, loving the blk b instead a.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Overall, very clean and comfortable staying here for 1night. Location also strategic, but if calling any delivery rmb to double check for the address coz the default will set at the opposite building. The picture same as the physical. Self check in also convenient 🙂

Comfortable and Convenient Stay Overall, I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to stay. There are also several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient for getting daily necessities and having meals. Overall, it is a hotel I would recommend, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
