This is our 2nd stay at this place. The first time we took a bus to customs and walk over. This time we drove in and was a bit unsure if we can even park there. When arrival we park at the front and alert the front desk. Was advice to check in first before someone will guide us to park our car. Was pleasantly impressed that this nice boutique hotel has a car lift that can even park some cars. Upon check out we need to alert the front desk to activate their guard to meet us at the car park floor beforehand so that we can drive our car into the car lift. Overall it’s a very nice stay. Nice unblock view. The only setback is the walk from the hotel to the customs with luggage is not going to be convenient especially during rainy weather.

I’m quite disappointed with my stay. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the bathtub, but unfortunately, it could not be used as the stopper was not working. As a result, I wasn’t able to enjoy a proper bath at all. In addition, the front desk staff’s attitude was not very friendly or helpful, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can take these issues seriously and make improvements for future guests.

El hotel concierge fue un buen hotel para tratar de estar en el mismo piso. Situación estratégica, junto a un centro comercial y proporcionado aparcamiento gratuito 🅿️ (can be a little hard to find - turn left after the hotel lobby and you’ll see the entry)

The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the location of the room facing the park and main road made it quite noisy, especially during peak hours. If you’re sensitive to sound, I’d recommend requesting a room on a quieter side of the hotel. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness, but noise can be an issue.

Our family of four had a wonderful one-night stay. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire room—including the bathroom, coffee station, and large wardrobe—was perfectly clean. We loved the complimentary coffee, bottled water, and the lovely scent of the bath soap. Staffs were kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent service 👍 Wifi connections were good. Definitely worth coming back to stay here again. Suggestion for improvement Additional mirror in the room,I couldn't watch the TV show as the cable had no connection.

Walking distance yo KSL Mall. Carpark is small and the driver needs yo be very skilful. I booed the newly renovated room which cost a little more. Room is new and clean but the towels and bedsheets are not new. They are old and yellowish. The bedsheets have stains too. Overall, the stay is good.

Great location! The staff are polite, especially one of the cleaning ladies. She always greets us with a smile. The hotel is within walking distance to Pelangi Plaza and KSL mall. There are plenty of eateries nearby. And if you're staying there on a Monday, you can check out the night market, which is a few minutes walk away. Alternatively, you can also visit the food centre which is situated just behind the hotel. I booked a room with 3 beds but was upgraded to a room with 4 beds at no extra charges. That is nice. The room is spacious and clean. But perhaps the TV needs a change. Overall, it is value for money at the price I paid. Will definitely stay again if there is an opportunity. Thank you!

El hotel está situado en el hotel Miico Hotel Mount Austin, y ha sido probado recientemente por el hotel Miico Hotel Permas Jaya. El ambiente del corredor está tranquilo con decoración sutil y música clásica, añadiendo un buen toque a la experiencia global. La habitación era muy resistente a la luz de la noche, pero no se podía oír hablar desde el pasillo y las habitaciones adyacentes. También se notó un ruido ocasional de noche, probablemente fuera del hotel. En general, una estancia corta y decente con un ambiente agradable, pero mejoras en la protección del sonido y la menor mantenimiento mejorarían la experiencia.

Best option for a comfortable yet cheap accommodation. Been staying here quite a couple of times and yet never disappoint. Great staff and clean rooms. Definitely a must pick if you are looking to stay in jb for a trip
