這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

The room appeared a little old, and the bathroom was not the cleanest, but the place itself was nice, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lovely garden, a sauna and gym equipments.
The breakfast room had a fantastic view of the sea, and the choice of food was varied and delicious.
Would definitely recommend.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking.
We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service.
Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing.
The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay.
I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped.
Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet.
However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'.
We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

I had an outstanding experience at Leonardo Hotel Plymouth. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made my stay relaxing.
The location is perfect—right in the heart of Plymouth, close to the waterfront and local attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Plymouth to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

A last minute booking as we were passing through Exeter visiting family. The room was decent with a comfy bed. There was a little noise from the courtyard outside playing music at night which stopped about 10pm. No issue. Great central location and a relaxed night. No complimentary toiletries 🧴not even a toothbrush 🪥- which is just a pain to have to go and buy them. I asked at reception and he just shook his head. 🤷♂️99% of hotels we stay at have them - seems a little tight 🤣 - anyway no issues with the room or location so we’d stay here again if needed. 👍

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Despite looking like an old building, the rooms were comfortable with good views from the window. It's basically in the town centre so you can walk to the nearby attractions. One negative was that they wanted to charge us for a late check-out.

UUsuario invitadoI always try and book a pre Xmas stay somewhere, with my children . I came across Woodford Bridge on a booking site , and it seemed to offer great value for money so I thought why not. There are some positives and negatives which I ll list below.
Arrived on a dark and gloomy Tues evening, the roads are not particularly great , potholes galore in the area. In the dark its quite scary roads too, in the middle of nowhere !!
Check in was straightforward, nice friendly staff , however I found they have a tendency to talk amongst themselves and leave you waiting for too long before saying ” can I help you ”?
Apartment was very clean , modern and warm. Incredibly happy with the size of it. Easy location to the games room for my boys, which they enjoyed very much, the pool table and table tennis. However the lighting is not great around the steps , and also the warning paint on edges of steps have worn off , so I had to be very careful walking back to apt in the dark.
Used swimming facilities , nice , clean , quiet . The other facilities looked good .
Went to the pub on site one night. Lovely little place , although totally devoid of atmosphere, hopefully better at weekend when live music on. They definitely need something. Prices of wine extortionate 175ml for 7.25 .
I had to contact reception as the seal around the oven was coming off, did this in the morning before we went to atlantic village. On our return it was still hanging off, so had to contact reception again. Although I really liked the apt , there are a couple of improvements needed I feel. Firstly I could not find a chopping board or fish slice in the kitchen. As a single female with 2 children I also did nt feel safe as the apts can be accessed by anyone , there needs to be a key card reader on the entrance to the block , not just the apt door.
Overall , it was a nice enough stay but I Don t think we d return. Probably much nicer in the Summer , and more going on in the area

Our room on the third floor was clean and serviceable although some of the furniture had seen better days. Car parking is available and costs £15 per day which is cheaper than the public car parking across the road. Families note, pool costs £10/adult. (Children free)

UUsuario invitadoI found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the bar and restaurant staff. In particular Cloe was very efficient and helpful behind the bar. She explained really well how to find the various attractions that we wanted to see. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff in the restaurant were also extremely efficient and friendly both at breakfast and especially during the evening meal. Unfortunately I did not think to take their names at the time.
The only negative was the meal itself. Everything was good except for my steak. It was cooked just as I liked it, however it was tough and gristly. I did not complain at the time because as I said, everything else was really good, and I was not going to put a damper on the evening.

SSan NaikComo siempre con mi visita frecuente a esta zona, encuentro el Woodbury Park Hotel ha sido mi lugar favorito para permanecer. El personal es hermoso y útil. Es un hermoso hotel satin, una ubicación muy pintoresca rodeada de un agradable paisaje. Hoteles y habitaciones muy limpias y bien asistidas. Los servicios de restaurante son limpios e impeccables. El crédito se dirige a los chefs y a la equipo que gestionó el servicio. He tenido un agradable servicio de desayuno durante mi estancia en Woodbury. Espero que el personal y el equipo de Woodbury sigan trabajando bien y nos anime a utilizarlos durante mis futuras visitas a la zona.

CCatherine RebeccaI’ve been fortunate enough to be well travelled and stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one is one of the best. The little details make this place so special. The accommodation was of exceptional quality with a massive bathroom, the room was spacious but so cosy I was asleep by 9.30!
The food was delicious, the quality was outstanding and so lovely to see the chef taking real pride in what he does.
The service was amazing, the waitresses and management were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us.
This is the best value for a hotel, we hope to be back v soon!!
