Ihre Bewertungen ＜ Actually, I had booked another hotel earlier which I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The Norfolk Lodge is one of the very few hotels offering a gym, a ”mini gym”. For me an essential on any trip. The mini gym offered some cardio equipment of which only 1-2 were working properly and a few very light weights. Most disappointing was the extremely small single room, even smaller than in any (!) hotel in Japan's metropolis earlier this year. The smallest ever, that small that it was impossible to open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed! The breakfast was disappointing, too. Allways the same products, no variety at all. Luckily, there was at least gluten free muesli (for s.o. with coeliac disease) and gluten free toast on demand. Nevertheless, for instance only tin fruits and one sort of cheese etc. Positive, however, was the hotel's greatest asset, the staff! Very friendly and caring people, young, open-minded and very diverse from all abroad. As St. Hélier or Jersey in general are very expensive during the summer season, I won't complain about the price although it was very expensive (cheepest I could find was about 170 - 175 € per night).

En el hotel, el hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde el personal tiene una gran experiencia en el hotel, y en el centro de la ciudad, el hotel está en una zona de la ciudad. Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar que la sucursal Heathrow de este mismo hotel ofreció un excelente servicio durante mi estancia en diciembre de 2025.

Beautiful grounds and welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was tasty and varied. The y staff were also very attentive. I didn’t try the set dinner menu,. Ordered from snack menu which was very carb-heavy and on the pricey side for what it was. Room was comfortable but carpets decor and bathroom dated, which was clear from photos and other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise. Unfortunately, there was used plastic film left on the bathroom floor on arrival indicating it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, for the price and the grounds, you can’t really complain, especially if you’re after a quiet place to unwind

Muy buena experiencia de vivir, aunque la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, el precio también corresponde a los puntos prácticos, y las instalaciones, el entorno, el servicio son buenos, hay un supermercado al lado, la carretera está al otro lado del mar, y la calle está tranquila. También lleva un bar. Recomendación ～

La peor experiencia en un restaurante. En nuestro último día aquí, tenía mi desayuno hasta las 10 horas cuando el tiempo de desayuno llegó a su fin. Pregunté a uno de los empleados si puedo tomar mi té a mi habitación, el empleado dijo sí. Otros clientes también están tomando bebidas y comida a casa. Mientras estaba saliendo del restaurante, otro personal caminó por mi camino y miró el té en mi mano. Luego ella rodó sus ojos drásticamente y dejó un sonido ”tsk” alto y dismisivo.

简I had a wonderful stay at Merton Hotel. The staff members are all polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast service was absolutely fantastic, with great food and attentive service throughout my trip. The facilities were clean and comfortable, I would love to book this hotel again next time!

El hotel está situado en la calle central de la ciudad, y es muy conveniente volver al aeropuerto y a todos los lugares de interés. Hay un supermercado abajo.  La superficie de la habitación es mayor que esperado, la empresa limpia, la bañera tiene la toalla y el baño, y después de jugar todo el día, se puede eliminar la fatiga. Sin embargo, la instalación de aislamiento sonoro de la habitación es relativamente mala. A menudo se oye el sonido del corredor y de la habitación adyacente, la calidad del sueño se verá afectada.

We were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and warm. The staff was very helpful in checking us in. Although we arrived an hour early, we were able to get into iur room with no hassle or extra fees. The lovation of the hotek was quite convenient as we were able to connect to major location seamlessly. We recommend

Angenehmes Hotel mit Pool und großem Garten, vorm Haus fährt der öffentliche Bus, perfekt. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr gut. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist eine seltsam laute Lüftung oder so, die stört und auch nachts läuft.

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.
