The hotel staff is very friendly. Location is perfect. Right in the building of an airport, rooms are nice and clean. If you are not smoking pay attention to take non smoking room. I made a mistake and was a little bit uncomfortable, but it is my fault. Thank you!

La ubicación es conveniente, justo al lado del Parque Huanhu y cerca de restaurantes de cocina de Xinjiang. El Museo Turpan también está a poca distancia. La habitación era cómoda y tranquila, y el hotel incluso nos ofreció uvas y pasas locales para degustar. En general, la experiencia fue buena.

一進門大堂就很戳我！前台收拾得乾乾淨淨，還擺了超好看的百合花，顏值直接拉滿，心情一下子就好起來了，辦理入住也特別快，服務超貼心！房間洗漱池又乾淨又高級，那個橢圓鏡子拍照巨好看，洗漱用品也都很齊全，用着超舒服。最最最加分的是！居然有自助洗衣房！還是洗烘一體機，出門旅行洗衣服再也不用愁了，洗完直接烘乾就能穿，對我們這種出門玩的人太友好了！

A comfortable stay with helpful, professional staff who made the experience smooth from start to finish. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the metro station, and the room upgrade was much appreciated—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out with good soundproofing that added to the overall comfort.

Mixed experience. Some great amenities including excellent laundry facilities and service, free tea and coffee machines in reception and third floor communal area, powerful hot showers, comfortable beds, great location. But we had some difficulties - the aircon didn't work in our room despite the room we'd booked being advertised with independent control air con. When we reported the problem to reception they came up and insisted it worked but it didn't. We had to call them again for them to come and look again before they finally moved us to a different room with a window that we could open (and indeed fully functioning Aircon). Also difficult for foreigners to access the WiFi as you need to have a Chinese phone number to receive a log in code by SMS, which expires as soon as your device disconnects. The reception staff were helpful in using their phone number to get a code but it's inconvenient to have to do that multiple times across multiple different devices. So a nice hotel in a good location but with a bit more friction than you might expect for the price.

Hotel room is very clean and modern and spacious. The location was perfect, right next to walking street. Staffs are very kind and helpful, especially staff named 小迪 was wonderful~ She was one of the best hotel staffs I ever met. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.
