Where to start... I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing. First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping. The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places. The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag. Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

Un poco decepcionado, no se siente como el nivel del hotel Wanchai, la mayoría de ellos son las habitaciones de Samsung. No se puede enviar más agua.

A Pleasant Stay at Carslogie House, Port Elizabeth We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the gentleman on duty, who was friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease after a long drive. Our room was spacious, clean, and overlooked the pool, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. All the facilities were excellent, and we appreciated being able to safely park our rental car inside the property. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a good variety of options and a thoughtful vegetarian choice for me. The setting was calm and comfortable, perfect for starting the day. The only issue we experienced was during breakfast service, where the staff seemed more focused on the larger groups and overlooked us for quite some time. We eventually had to go to the kitchen to place our order. It wasn’t a major problem, but it did stand out given how excellent everything else was. Overall, we had a very good stay at Carslogie House. The accommodation, location, and overall hospitality were all great.

Шум прибоя заменял нам музыку, а звёздное небо по вечерам — самый роскошный спектакль. Удобство расположения Singa Lodge сложно переоценить: всего 63 ранда за поездку на Uber из аэропорта. Мы не потратили ни минуты на утомительные переезды, а сэкономленные средства вложили в впечатления. И они того стоили: парк Kragga Kamma Game Park, расположенный в 40 километрах, подарил встречи с жирафами, зебрами и носорогами, чьй вольный дух резонировал с атмосферой самого отеля — свободной, дикой, но уютной. Четыре дня в Singa Lodge пролетели как миг, но оставили след, сравнимый с вечностью. Этот уголок не просто оправдал ожидания — он подарил ощущение, будто мы нашли второй дом, где даже океан звучит как колыбельная.
