Located a block from the beach, no real view of the ocean. Web page says no parking available, but upon further inquiry learned that 'rotating' parking is available, which means that if you snag a parking spot (valet) on check in and you do not move your car, you're good, but if you use your vehicle you might have lost your spot on return and be forced to find a (very rare) street slot or pay for optional private parking. That is a HUGE deficiency for a 19 story hotel. Room was fine, albeit a bit spartan. Towels were grey from age. Hot water marginal. Shower had slick floor and no hand holds. Wi-fi good. Mini fridge (empty) and safe. A/c worked fine. Staff appeared friendly and forthcoming, but when I requested an additional pillow, the desk clerk said he'd get it done, but never did and there are no instructions on the room phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about either (no tapioca, cut up hot dogs instead of bacon or carne do sol, not even a banana, but other fruits, and fresh bread, pao com queixo without queixo . . .) Easy walking distance to the beach and several quality off-beach restaurants, such as Ghellers churrascaria. For someone looking for a reasonably priced and adequate hotel near the beach, this works fine. If needing just an overnight, look further away from the beachfront and be careful about the parking issue if driving a car.

La ubicación es muy buena, hay supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes muy cerca, a parte que esta 1 cuadra de la playa. El personal es super servicial, pudimos entrar antes del horario de check in sin costo. La zona de piscina es muy bonita, aun que la piscina es muy pequeña, pero igual es buena. Desayuno simples, pero muy rico todo. La verdad he tenido una buena experiencia.

The hotel was ok, I little bit run down but clean and the staff was helpful. It is well located with everything you need nearby. The breakfast was simple but had all the basic. A few ”mishaps” were the elevator door that wouldn't close (they fixed it quickly) and the shower dropping some water which woke me up, but then I closed it tighter and it was alright.I would have no problem staying in there again if I was in a budget.

An absolute gem of a hotel in Canoa Quebrada. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offers many options and is delicious. The room has A/C and is comfortable and quiet. It's also walking distance to the beach and to Broadway. You really can't ask for more when traveling. 

O hotel está bem localizado. Café da manhã fabuloso! Atendimento de primeira pela recepção, gerência e equipe de limpeza. Piscina é muito boa e a exposição de arte é um atrativo diferenciado.

El hotel estaba en una buena ubicación justo al lado de la playa.. desayuno muy agradable cada mañana.. buen servicio, amable personal.. lo único que estaba fue algunos bugs en la habitación.

Funcionarios muy atentos, desayuno con varias opciones. La ubicación es el punto crucial, ya que se encuentra en frente de la carretera y también está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Excelente para trabalho e negócios rápidos em fortaleza. A localização é bem central e de fácil acesso. Excelente opção para fugir da agitação da orla.

Excelente hotel principalmente se você está em viagem de negócios a Fortaleza. O café da manhã é suficiente para começar seu dia e todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos, gentileza e profissionalismo dentro da categoria. O ponto mais importante é a limpeza. Parabéns as senhoras que mantém nosso hospedagem agradável.
