The staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far. Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to ”301”. So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that. The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything. What a wonderful experience to stay at Uwajima Terminal Hotel!! Thanks a million!!

La esposa y el empleado del dueño de la tienda explican muy cuidadosamente. Las instalaciones también son limpias. El estacionamiento de bicicletas también tiene una caja privada, así que me relajé. Puedo quedarme en el hotel lentamente, porque el hotel es mejor.

The JR Clement Inn is next door to the train station which is very nice if you're in town due to the Shimanami Kaido trail. Given the price point of the hotel, it delivers. They offered free drinks in the evening, including sake, and while we did not have their breakfast buffet, it appeared to be very good. Rooms were clean and spacious and location is very tough to beat.

El baño estaba mohoso. Fui a las aguas termales, así que no lo usé mucho y no me molestó. Está un poco lejos de la zona comercial, pero solo son 15 minutos a pie, así que no fue un problema. Solo me quedé allí para dormir, ¡así que estuvo bien! Además, estaba a unos 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tranvía, así que fue práctico.

This ryokan was spectacular in the most traditional Japanese hospitality way. We arrived around 7pm, and the welcoming hotielier made sure we could take dinner in a restuarant next door, even though we were not staying at their facility--such a kind move! The space was peaceful and welcoming, the traditional men/women bathing experiences were so comfortable and well-supplied. The tatami sleeping room was perfect, and kept successfully cool in a VERY hot summer. The traditional Japanese seto breakfast and dining area were equally special. I cannot recommend this wonderful inn highly enough! The location is the only somewhat limiting factor, as there is not much around the inn regarding food and amenities.

¡La ubicación es excelente! Está justo en medio de dos importantes nudos de transporte: la estación JR Matsuyama y la estación Matsuyama City. Ambas estaciones están a 15 minutos a pie, o también se puede llegar en tranvía; la parada está justo al lado del hotel. Además, hay tiendas de conveniencia en la esquina. La comida del restaurante del hotel es buena y la habitación está limpia. Lo único que no me convenció del todo fue la conexión wifi, que no era muy estable. En general, estoy muy contento con mi estancia.

Excelente ubicación. El hotel se encuentra cerca de la estación de tranvía de Matsuyama, que también es la terminal de autobuses del aeropuerto. El puerto de Matsuyama está a solo 20 minutos en tren. Se puede llegar al castillo de Matsuyama caminando desde el hotel en 40 minutos. La estación de tranvía del castillo y la zona comercial de Okaido también están a poca distancia a pie. El personal fue amable y el servicio y las comodidades fueron satisfactorios. Sin embargo, siempre estaba lleno a la hora del desayuno. Recuerde que se trata de la estación de Matsuyama, no de la estación JR Matsuyama (JR).

소도시 여행은 처음이라 숙소에 대한 기대는 크게 없었고, 비즈니스 숙소는 작다는 얘기가 많아 정말 자고 씻는 용도로만 사용하려고 예약했습니다. 화장실, 샤워실 따로 분리되어 있고 주방시설에 전자렌지, 커피포트, 냉장고, 세탁기, 청소기 등등 그냥 일반적인 집을 빌린 느낌이었고 해도 잘 들어오고 조용한 위치에 자리해 지내는 내내 기분 좋은 숙소였습니다 ㅎㅎ 너무 잘 지내고 와서 다음에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요!

My stay there with my dog was rather pleasant. There was a beach in front of it, not so wide but still you could walk down and play with your pet no problem. Staffs were very kind and helped with all the inquiries. Just hope they have their own playground for pet with a fence somewhere in the hotel property. That would make this hotel top notch. Also there were no shuttles to Dogo onsen or Gongen onsen. That issue should be handled and resolved. I has stayed there for 10 days and wow! It was great!

I was very impressed with this hotel as I had read some reviews that mentioned it is a little older than the average property but it was sparkling clean with lovely facilities and guest rooms. The location is perfect for visiting the three famous onsen hot springs facilities and the hotel actually provide special clothing to make visiting the onsens easier and more authentic. Parking is available for a fee and there is a small restaurant/bar onsite. This is a ripper of a hotel.
