El hotel afirma que no está incluido y imposible tener una discusión por lo que no podía hacer mucho. No estoy seguro si esto es una cuestión trip.com o una cuestión de hotel. 3. El desayuno es realmente muy bueno. Pero es un desayuno turco fijo, así que si tienes dietas puede ser duro. El personal preguntaría casualmente “tea, café, jugo? ” como si todo estaba incluido y luego cuando nos encontramos, obtuvimos una factura de 40 libras por unos pocos cafés. Nos dijeron que no nos informaron si era acusable, todo lo que hicieron fue ofrecernos 2 cafés por la mañana para compensar. 4. MUSICA LOUD. There is music playing loudly until 1am. The first 2 nights it was a little quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on until 1am. Cuando nos quejamos alrededor de 12 dijeron que eso es normal, pero ahora que algunos huéspedes se quejaron, reduciremos el volumen. En realidad no hizo mucha diferencia. La noche pasada allí, completamente arruinado los preciosos días que tuvimos allí.

Comfortable accommodations, but serious concerns about guest relations. During checkout, we were called repeatedly (10+ times within 20 minutes, from 12:00 to 12:20) even after confirming multiple times we were heading down. When we complained, staff responded defensively and continued escalating rather than resolving the issue or accepting our feedback. While one female staff member was pleasant, two male staff members were unprofessional and disruptive throughout the situation.

Fue agradable poder hacer ejercicio porque había piscina y polideportivo. El personal también fue amable. Los espaguetis que se vendían en la cafetería al lado del vestíbulo estaban deliciosos. Sin embargo, fue muy incómodo porque el agua de la ducha de la habitación no drenaba. Tampoco había ninguna tapa que bloqueara el desagüe, por lo que se dejó un largo agujero desatendido, lo cual era desagradable de ver. La comida servida por la mañana tampoco estaba fresca. Me sorprendió ver un moho enorme creciendo en el cono que contiene la miel.

I had an excellent stay at Alves Hotel Izmir. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I especially liked the TV and the shower, both of which were high quality. The sauna and Turkish bath were also a great addition and made the stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, and everything was well prepared. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Considering the quality of the hotel, the facilities, and the service, the price is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Izmir! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very new hotel, located in connection to the new Izmir mall Istinye Park. I could find only positive in this hotel which are the following: 1. Nice bright room with comfortable bed 2. Matrass and pillows are beyond comfort, very nice 3. Bathroom spacious and clean with all the necessary 4. Staff is helpful and replies fast to your needs and requests 5. Direct passage to the mall and back through the floor using the card 6. Spa area is very nice and massages are good quality 7. There is a pool 8. Few steps from the hotel you can find a tram stop Istinye Park which is a direct line by the shore to the center of the city 9. The view from the room is amazing to the whole Izmir from above.

Stayed at Casa Fontana for 6 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very first day, the whole team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. They genuinely made me feel at home and were always happy to help with any request. The hotel has such a charming, cozy, Italian-inspired atmosphere, the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and don’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful and authentic-feeling stay in Çeşme, Casa Fontana definitely won’t disappoint. I absolutely loved my time here and would happily come back!

La habitación está muy bien, pero las camas son muy duras, de lo contrario es agradable y el personal de espera es muy amable.
