El hotel está situado en Chinatown, con una pequeña tienda de café en la parte delantera y detrás de ella, pero personalmente me sentí un poco alta, lo que podría ser incómodo para las personas mayores o para los que llevan equipaje. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento privado para los huéspedes, sólo informar al escritorio delantero. Aunque había cuatro pilas, todas eran del mismo tipo de pilas altas, a diferencia de algunos hoteles que ofrecen diferentes opciones de altura, lo que podría afectar significativamente la calidad del sueño.

I went here for a convention and I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. The room is very spacious and clean. A big plus for me is that the rooms have no carpet. Affordable and fast room service. Easy checkin and checkout. The only con I see is that the rooms are not that soundproof. I also tried their gymnasium, they have a cable machine, free weights, elliptical, stationary bike and treadmill. Also, another con is if you like to do your laundry in a hotel, their laundry service is sooo expensive. They charge per clothing, not per kg. But nevertheless, staying here is value for money. Its walking distance from the airport (less than 1km). But if you want to explore the city center, this place is quite far from the center.

This hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, making it super convenient to get around. It is clearly a very popular choice, as the hotel was quite busy and full of guests during my stay. The property is newly renovated and looks good, though I did notice a few pieces of furniture showing minor signs of wear. It wasn't anything major or bothersome, however. Overall, it is a solid place to stay, primarily because of the unbeatable location and fresh updates.

Me alojé en este modesto hotel de 2,5 estrellas para un breve viaje en solitario. Reservé una habitación individual con cama de matrimonio y expectativas bastante realistas; y, en general, cumplió con lo que su categoría indica: funcional, algo desgastada, pero aceptable si no buscas lujo. La habitación era compacta, pero no claustrofóbica. La cama de matrimonio fue lo mejor: sorprendentemente cómoda, con un buen soporte del colchón, aunque la ropa de cama parecía un poco usada y carecía de esa frescura típica de los hoteles. Las almohadas eran, en el mejor de los casos, normales; no eran malas, pero no eran de esas en las que te hundes después de un largo día. La limpieza era aceptable a simple vista (suelos barridos, baño utilizable), pero una inspección más detallada reveló pequeños fallos, como leves manchas en las cortinas y polvo acumulado en rincones menos visibles. El baño era pequeño y puramente funcional. La presión del agua era irregular, fluctuando entre buena y frustrante, y el agua caliente tardaba en estabilizarse. Se proporcionaron artículos de aseo básicos, pero claramente de baja calidad. Las toallas estaban limpias, pero algo ásperas, lo que sugiere que han pasado por demasiados lavados. Las comodidades eran mínimas: un televisor pequeño con pocos canales, una tetera y un par de enchufes (no muy bien ubicados). El wifi estaba disponible, pero era inestable durante las horas punta, lo que podría ser un problema si lo usas para trabajar o ver contenido en streaming. El servicio fue amable, pero no especialmente proactivo. El registro fue rápido y el personal fue cortés al ser consultado, pero mostraron poca iniciativa para anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes. El servicio de limpieza se limitó a lo mínimo indispensable: hacer la cama y recoger la basura, pero no hizo nada más. El aislamiento acústico era mediocre. Dependiendo de la ubicación de tu habitación, podrías oír el ruido del pasillo o del tráfico a lo lejos, lo que puede interrumpir el sueño si tienes el sueño ligero. En resumen, se trata de un alojamiento sencillo y económico que satisface las necesidades básicas sin superar las expectativas. Es adecuado para estancias cortas, viajeros solitarios o cualquier persona que priorice el precio sobre la comodidad. No esperes encontrar refinamiento al entrar; estás pagando por practicidad, no por sofisticación.

Todo está bien. Pero el aire acondicionado hace ruido. Cuando pedí cambiar de habitación, dijo que estaba completamente reservada, que solo quedaba 1 habitación, pero verifiqué en línea que había 5 habitaciones más. Ni siquiera el aire acondicionado puede oscilar. 😓 Pagué caro por ti. El desayuno está bien, no hay muchas opciones. no puedo repetir. Gracias

This was our second staycation here, and we had another enjoyable experience. During this visit, we were lucky enough to witness a turtle release, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was comfortable, there was plenty of parking available, and having a Chinese restaurant nearby was very convenient. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d be happy to stay here again.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Checked-in around 3.30pm and took about 15mins. Need to wait for a while before got the room but it’s ok since they served welcome drinks and mini tower and got sofa as well. Stayed at Bumbung room but our room didnt have the beach bag, might be forgot to put? And telephone also not working. Informed the receptionist about this and they wanted to send someone to fix but since took some time so we told no need (my brother’s room was beside us so just used his haha). food 4/5 for me. For dinner we ordered room service. Restaurant sent the menu via whatsapp and can order from there. chicken roselle so good but fried squid with mango salad was a bit meh. Since we went there during low season, bfast was ala carte but of course with unlimited order. Their teh tarik and coffee really good. Love all the food except for laksam which quite bland. They got lots of activities that can try but since we just wanted to chill so didnt try any. Just stroll around the resort. swimming pool area sooo beautiful. The view there really amazing. We also got to see the infamous peacock of Tanjong Jara. Anyway, we had good time there. Would recommend the to people who want to relax and escape from city life.
