Stayed here transiting between Tokyo and Nagoya. Made it a pit stop. While location less than ideal, hotel was fantastic and good price. My son loves the comic books available for loan while everything in the hotel was nice and new. Highly recommended for business travellers or travellers transiting.

This was a large but lovely hotel with a great view of the ocean. It was a bit of a drive from the train but they did have a shuttle and taxis were easily available. The room was spacious and clean. They had an onsen which was lovely. The Japanese women guests were helpful in my navigation of the use of the bath. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was fine but not very unique. We found a number of fun things to do around town.

The hotel is very well maintained and all the stuff are friendly. We had some small unexpected issues when checking in. Thanks to the reception stuff Mr Chikara Chino’s great help, he had been very patient and responsive to find solutions. Soon the issue was solved and we checked in smoothly. The hotel is super great. I would highly recommended tourists to stay and experience at this historical, iconic place. Also many thanks to all the stuff we met during our stay - you all make a very good team :)

Convenient location which is about 5 monutes walk to Ito station. They have private onsen room which you could book for 2200 yen. Good ocean view with sunrise view.
The only downside is it is facing road and at night you may encounter crazy motorbike pass by making loud noise. Otherwise it is a good value place to stay when you visit Ito area.

El hotel es muy nuevo, el baño está limpio y la sensación general es buena. Hay el Monte Fuji fuera de la ventana, lo cual es muy rentable.
En comparación con alquilar un coche desde Tokio hacia y desde Yamanakako + Hakone, empezar aquí puede ahorrar al menos 5 horas.
Gotemba Outlet es muy grande, así que pasé un día entero visitando el outlet. Se tarda unos 25 minutos a pie hasta el outlet desde el hotel y cuesta unos 1.600 yenes tomar un taxi.
Si vas a Shinjuku o al aeropuerto de Haneda, las estaciones de autobuses más cercanas son Tomei Gotemba y Gotemba Interchange-mae respectivamente.
Hay una minitienda grande cerca, a solo 5 o 6 minutos a pie.
Aunque las aguas termales no son grandes, están limpias. En comparación con los hoteles termales del lago Kawaguchi que cuestan 3.400 RMB por noche, esta relación precio/rendimiento ya es muy alta. Si vuelvo a Gotemba Outlet, probablemente volveré a reservar este hotel.

El hotel de Daiwa Roynet está situado en Numazu. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y sin espacio. La cama y las galletas estaban muy cómodas. Aprecié el espacio de escritorio y un buen Wi-Fi. El baño estaba limpio y bien equipado. El hotel está situado cerca de la estación, lo que ha facilitado el viaje. Me gustan los restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cercanos. El desayuno era básico pero decente. En general, es una opción fiable para un corto estadía.

El hotel no está cerca de servicios, pero tiene una vista excelente del monte Fuji. El sol de la mañana ya brillaba a las 4:30 a. m. y el monte Fuji nos despertó, con su magnífica vista desde nuestra habitación. El desayuno fue de primera, muy atractivo, delicioso, saludable y de 5 estrellas. Después del desayuno, recomiendo ir a la sala de lectura, que tiene una vista de 180 grados del monte Fuji y ofrece bebidas gratuitas.
El onsen es un poco pequeño. El balcón necesita una buena limpieza y una nueva capa de pintura; sería genial relajarse allí contemplando el Fuji. La habitación está un poco anticuada, pero limpia y cómoda. Si vuelvo a la prefectura de Fuji, sin duda volveré a desayunar.

JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They noticed us from far away and immediately came to help carry our luggage. One of the staff members, a lovely young lady who spoke excellent English, was especially helpful and made communication very easy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I would like to thank her again.
We booked both dinner and breakfast, and the meals were fantastic. The ingredients were very fresh and the variety was impressive. Every dish was different and beautifully prepared. However, for two women like us, the portions were honestly quite generous — even sharing one meal between two people might have been enough!
The location is excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Kawazu Station, which makes it extremely convenient for visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms. It is also very close to the beautiful coastline, so the surroundings are lovely.
Our room had a private onsen bath where we could soak while enjoying the view of cherry blossoms, which was a truly special experience. There is also a larger private bath available by reservation (free of charge). We also tried the hot stone spa, which was incredibly effective in relieving the fatigue after my marathon.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would love to come back again in the future, hopefully with my family.

到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。
夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました。すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。
立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。
お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました。
スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

OOsama BoussifThe hotel was located about 3 to 4 minutes walking distance from Shizuoka Station, and there was a 7-Eleven at the base of the hotel, so you could even walk there in your pyjamas because you didn’t have to go outside.
The hotel room was nice and spacious enough for two people, and it had all the amenities we needed. The laundry room was really good and was one of the few, if not the only, laundry rooms I encountered where you could pay with cash, card, or even online (Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel did not have a smart TV, so YouTube or other streaming services were not available. This is something you sometimes miss when you return to your room early in the evening. This does not require replacing the TV, but simply adding a Google or Android TV dongle, which I would also suggest as an improvement.
The only downside of the hotel was that the staff spoke or understood only limited English. In most cases this is manageable, because you do not need much beyond check-in, check-out, sending your luggage, or asking for an iron. However, in my case it involved renting a parking spot. Even though I used translation apps and tried my best to communicate, and the staff also did their best to understand and translate their side, it still did not work out. I ended up renting a parking spot just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel in a public parking garage.
In the end, this was not a problem, as you pay the same fee (1000 yen) for parking either behind the hotel or in the public garage 2 minutes away. However, my suggestion for the hotel would be to provide an English instruction sheet explaining what to do, where to park, and how the parking process works, so that future guests who wish to park will have clear information.

Everything was fine, the room for 3 was enourmous, clean and fresh. Its located right at the zoo entrance, with a discount for zoo tickets.
The only problem is its location - every restaurant around closes at 5 pm, so quite inconvenient. Even when we were looking on Google maps for an open restaurants and it said they were open - they were closed in reality. Spent almost 2h looking for food))
So you better ask hotel staff to find you a place to eat, even better if they call in a restaurants.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es limpio y la habitación es espaciosa, si estás en Zen etc entonces es la ubicación perfecta para eso, de lo contrario, tendrás que recurrir al autobús de transbordador y en nuestro caso hemos alquilado un coche para llegar alrededor de las áreas locales. No sabía que, independientemente de que lo utilice o no, se le pagará la tasa de la inspección, que nadie nos diga al comprobar, es una pequeña cosa, pero sería agradable que se le dijera todo en adelante.

KKiko562isaribi特別好！和朋友一起箱根伊豆出行，訂的最滿意的酒店。來日本泡温泉一定要選這家！比起我之前在關西有馬温泉的同價位旅店住得好太多了，感覺日本温泉之旅就該是這樣的。不足是交通和周邊，比較荒，出酒店門步行距離沒什麼可以逛的，也不存在街道。
設施：很現代，該有的都有，吹風機居然還是Refa的。
衞生：到處都非常乾淨，睡的榻榻米房，晚上鋪完日式床鋪，趴在枕頭上看地上一點灰都沒有。浴衣、手提木浴籃都配齊的，嶄新一般。
温泉：室內的木桶私湯24小時在換水，開熱水龍頭循環的就是温泉水，泡得很開心。樓下還有2個户外庭院公湯，先到先得，關上門就是自己一個人用。
環境：景觀真的無敵了，客廳窗户和浴室都正對東伊豆海，陽台放的還是雙人搖椅。
不足1: （房間私湯無遮擋）房間私湯窗户是沒有窗簾的，需要自己拿酒店給的一塊竹蓆靠在窗上擋一下，但也衹能遮一半。夜晚視野內遠處有一棟房子會亮燈，海邊道路有車流。
不足2:（位置和交通）酒店在伊豆大川站附近，是個小站，附近什麼都沒有，便利店沒有，餐館幾乎沒有（步行可達的衹有評分3.0左右的一家印度菜和一個teriyaki店）。買東西吃飯必須去伊豆高原站（電車一站距離五分鐘，但班次很少，30-45分鐘一班）。酒店提供到伊豆大川站的接送，可以電話前台安排，有會中文的台灣小姐姐。
