酒店是較舊式feel，指定時間前台才有工作人員；但可以提早添加酒店微信號，未到入住時間，亦可以先存放行房在前台，在微信跟酒店溝通就可以。 入住2個晚上，房間安排在8樓高樓層，景觀十分好；晚上可以聽著海浪入睡，房間向東面早上更可以看到日出。 酒店有分大眾浴場和私湯，各自都有露天風呂；性價比高，值得推薦！ 訂了酒店早餐及晚餐，早餐雖然選擇不多，但是可接受的；晚餐是金目鯛套餐，有壽喜燒、刺身、磯煮鮑魚、汁煮金目鯛等，十分滿足的晚餐。 前台服務很好，老伯伯英文溝通都沒問題，整體入住體驗都好；酒店位置雖然距離熱川站稍稍遠，步行都是15分鐘內，亦可以跟前台預約接駁車往返車站，約3分鐘就到。

Well worth the price! There are signs inside the train terminal guiding to the hotel. The staff are very kind, they allowed me to check out a little late bc I felt ill the morning of my check out and was moving slowly. I didn’t visit the rooftop bar or restaurant to eat, but I went there to see Mt Fuji on a clear day and the staff were kind enough to just let me take photos. Overall- one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan!

about 11 mins walk from numazu station. overall it was great. my room sleeps 3 people so they rolled in the extra bed which makes it pretty cram as we could hardly open our luggage. but we figured a way and overall it works. they provide free flow amenities at their registration counter. like their face mask. they also have a microwave oven in the hotel. also have welcome to hotel alcohol drinking session from a particular time on yr first day

Hotel CLAD offers an amazing stay with stunning views of Mount Fuji, especially from the rooms and onsen areas. Waking up to such a clear, unobstructed view was truly the highlight of the trip. The hotel is very reasonably priced for the view, quality, space, and experience you get, making it excellent value for money. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with large windows that really let you enjoy the scenery. The view from lobby is crazy beautiful. It’s also just next to Gotemba premium outlets! The private onsen is a big plus—perfect for relaxing in privacy while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Overall, Hotel CLAD combines great views, comfort, and affordability, and is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Gotemba. Highly recommended. I would like to commend Rai for her help with my last minute bus booking to Shinjuku. She was super helpful and patient. Expect great customer service from their staff.

With its high floors and large window, the best part of this hotel is its panoramic view of the city. May it be one of the tallest buildings in Shizuoka? Unlike those in Tokyo, room is big enough in this hotel. Decorations and equipments seemed to be a bit old-school but still nice to use. I liked the large tub a lot. BTW, the hotel is just in front of the station and a mall. So, it is super convenient for travelers.

La ubicación es grande, a pocos minutos de la estación de JR y la parada de autobús! El hotel es limpio y cómodo, pero la vista? La ubicación está cerca del centro de la ciudad y la ubicación es conveniente. El personal de recepción no habla inglés, pero todos son muy acogedores. La habitación es muy antigua, pero muy limpia. No hay tarjeta de habitación. Es necesario usar una llave para abrir la puerta y cerrarla al entrar o salir.

Me quedé la noche anterior considerando la congestión del tráfico de la Semana Dorada. Es muy conveniente que haya un gran estacionamiento gratuito cerca del intercambio. El interior es sencillo y cálido, con mucha madera. Las sillas y los cubos del baño público también eran de madera, lo que me dio la sensación de atención al detalle. Había una sensación general de limpieza, y mi acompañante, que es muy exigente con eso, también quedó satisfecho.

It is very remote. It’s located close to the beach and close enough to the town (30min walk). What we didn’t know is that the pool would already be taken down. Room is nice, but AC seemed to not be working properly. Staff is very friendly (especially in the cafe).

A simple spacious room with 4 beds that accommodates our family of 4. The bathroom is rather compact but it's clean. Walking distance to Hamamatsu station with few malls nearby.
