Celebramos nuestro primer aniversario de bodas y el quinto cumpleaños de mi hijo en el Hotel Belmont Mactan, y la experiencia fue realmente inolvidable. Desde la entrada hasta nuestra habitación, todo olía a limpio y lujoso. La habitación estaba impecable y el ambiente nos hizo sentir como auténticos VIP durante toda nuestra estancia. El personal fue increíblemente atento cuando solicité un hervidor de agua caliente y lo prepararon enseguida. También apreciamos el fácil acceso a la playa de Newtown Mactan. Incluso cuando olvidamos nuestro pase para la playa, la recepción siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos, y el personal del gimnasio fue muy amable. No son estrictos, y quizás por eso a muchos huéspedes les encanta alojarse aquí, porque el servicio es realmente excepcional. Lo más mágico fue presenciar los fuegos artificiales la noche de nuestro aniversario. Hizo que nuestra celebración fuera aún más especial e inolvidable. ¡Sin duda, planeamos volver! ¡Muy recomendable!

Our stay at Bai Hotel Cebu was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, attentive service that set the tone for a truly refined experience. We had a truly amazing stay, thank you to all the staff, your hospitality/kindness/smiley faces were amazing 👍 The Resort was small and cute,& right on the beach/sea & the attention to detail for all the guests was brilliant.. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities, including a mini bar. Our introduction to the Scuba Diving course was brilliant, and I would tell anyone who wants to do Scuba Diving for the 1st time to go to this resort. Donde the Dive instructor was brilliant, very efficient & conscious re health/safety, BUT had the best personality to make you feel at ease. Any nerves we may have had in the swimming pool, @ our introduction, were all gone when we were sitting on the Sea Bed watching a Sea Turtle sleep 😂 I never thought at the start of the day, we would end the day having done two amazing Dives, We will definitely be back to do another Dive the ” next” step with Donde👍The Food was also amazing, my husband enjoyed the fresh Tuna tapa👍 Lots of variety, and very well priced including the Vino👍 The Breakfast was the best of all the resorts we've stayed in the Philipines, & that is normally the negative in any of my reviews😂 Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Keep your smiley faces👍

Muy bueno venir con la familia. Bueno, si hablamos de instalaciones comparadas con el precio, no creo que sea más apropiado. Creo que es la mejor relación calidad-precio. El precio del desayuno y del servicio de habitaciones no está mal y la calidad es tan buena como el precio. hacer La ubicación es incómoda, pero cuesta unos 400 pesos con Grab. No hay mayor inconveniente para ir a Mactan New Town.

Aparte de la construcción de un edificio justo al lado, todo lo demás estuvo aceptable. La piscina es realmente pequeña y el desayuno es normalito, aunque no está mal del todo. Caminamos hasta el antiguo hotel Belford, que está cerca, para echar un vistazo. Este hotel se siente mucho más nuevo que el Belford, pero el Belford tiene áreas comunes más amplias. Las vistas al mar, sin embargo, son mucho más bonitas desde Modala. Para familias con niños, quizás el Belford sea una mejor opción. La habitación es un poco mejor de lo que muestran las fotos; no es para nada tan básica como algunos hoteles de cadena. El centro comercial de al lado no tiene muchas tiendas, pero sí ofrece algunas opciones para comer y también hay un 7-Eleven justo al lado. Fuera del hotel hay un pueblo, y por la noche se puede disfrutar de la animada vida nocturna de los filipinos, ¡jajaja!

Todo estaba muy limpio, las instalaciones muy bien, desayuno con muchas opciones y variado, personal muy agradable, ubicación muy buena con salida a la mejor zona de la playa de Alona.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en Henann Alona Beach. El hotel es grande y estuvo muy ocupado durante el check-in, sin embargo, tienen tantas piscinas que no se nota la cantidad de gente. Nos lo pasamos muy bien en el bar de la piscina durante la hora feliz y pasamos todo el tiempo en el resort. A los restaurantes les vendrían bien opciones un poco más saludables y el desayuno con opciones más vegetarianas (ni siquiera había una barra de yogur o granola natural, y había más opciones poco saludables). Si sales del complejo, ¡entras directamente en una calle llena de bares y restaurantes! El gimnasio estaba muy bien equipado y las habitaciones eran buenas. Por favor mejoren las cortinas, ya que no oscurecían la habitación.

We love Nustar so much! This is probably our 5th time here! Stayed here from Nov 5 to 7 as it’s Mine and my bros bday and it was after Typhoon Tino. As always they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful and gave me a piece of cake and fruit bowl but this time I ask for a happy birthday note on the monitor for background pic for me & entire family as celebration but they keep telling me they will send someone up but no one really came from the IT department . I did expect a happy birthday greeting on the monitor it would have been very special, but I understand as maybe they are so busy and under staff because of the typhoon and instead of 2 pm check and we were able to check in very late like 5:30 pm because they’re probably under staffs but all of these did not ruin our overall stay as new star staffs are all very welcoming. We had birthday dinner in the good luck hotpot which is just inside Nustar as well. Thank you Nustar for being very welcoming , friendly and hand on chest when Greeting guest is such a Nustar trademark  please trade me a guest feel welcome and at home

El complejo cuenta con instalaciones completas. Recomiendo usar la piscina por la mañana, aunque la limpieza dejaba un poco que desear. En general, el servicio fue excelente. Secadores de pelo… mejor llevar el tuyo… Hay que esperar cinco minutos después de usarlo durante cinco segundos antes de volver a encenderlo. 🥹

I spent most of my time in Cebu at the hotel because the facilities were amazing, and the hotel has private beach access. It's pretty far from Cebu City, but the staff are incredible. Highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a resort vibe.
