Buen hotel, pero lamentablemente no hay agua caliente, solo agua tibia en el mejor de los casos. Al llegar, me dijeron que la piscina no estaba disponible debido al mantenimiento, que es muy deficiente y no me lo informaron al reservar. Además, estaban haciendo obras encima de mi habitación, lo que generó mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana, lo cual fue muy molesto. El personal es increíble, muy amable y servicial, y la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes.

Super Clean and magaganda amenities nila my son is very happy and super enjoy. When it comes to staff nila very approachable and masiyahin lahat ng mga staff nila naka smile always and they always greet guests specially the one who handled us si Ms. Charie of FO shes so charming at naka smile palagi and very approachable kahit ang dami kong questions na kahit busy sila she answered all my questions genuinely. I recommend talaga solea especially if you have kids ma e enjoy talaga sila very friendly place.

All destination is for 19th floor. And then you transfer to the other elevator for 20 to 40. The best VIEW! We stayed at 2907 (29th floor). Choose the sea view. And you’ll wake up to the magnificent Mactan Channel and the the beautiful Cebu Skyline. Big beds, marble comfort rooms.

Marcas altas - Hotel muy escenario con unidades dotadas alrededor de una gran zona cubierta en una planta vibrante real (el hotel preparado repellente de mosquito electrónico para esto) - Bebidas de bienvenida, gratis tuk tuk a otra parte del hotel, comida increíble en el restaurante, servicio de alquiler de motocicletas y reserva de vuelo de aviones, programa diferente en diferentes partes del hotel cada noche - El hotel está conectado directamente a una playa, el agua es cristalina aunque es bruta. Baja marca - Wi-Fi connection is bad... only certain parts have wifi. My room does not have it - la porción de desayuno no es suficiente para mí

This is a wonderful hotel for families the pools and facilities are fantastic and great for kids and families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. On check in you do have to deposit 2000 pesos per night, but while you are eating at the restaurant you can charge it to your room and pay out of the deposit. There is not much outside the resort so most meals will most likely be spent there. The food is very nice with a good selection and breakfast/dinner buffet available or have a la carte.

No complaints, as the price of the hotel is quite cheap, a place to sleep, location is not bad, short walk to Mango Avenue, Robinson Fuente etc, many shops around, aircond is old fashion window type but it's working well, water pressure is good, old country and western hot-cold shower mixer, the blanket is thin though, but again as said earlier, it does the job, good enough for a good night rest, buy your own drinking water from downstairs mini mart, basic soap shampoo and toothbrush/paste provided by hotel. For budget traveller, this is recommended, but but for those who are fussy and have better budget, pls skip this one.

The hotel is along the hi-way very accessible to Ayala malls, Pier 1, Airport,Sm seaside, Robinson Galleria, Market, staff very helpful and friendly, service excellent..... restaurant classy.... I'm happy and satisfied.......

The room and the hotel was so nice, I likes everything. I love to swim and the swimming pool was great (open 6am-10 pm). The breakfast was also good, not the best but I was satisfied. Even though I arrived to Cebu at 2am, there was no any problem since their front desk is open 24h. And also when I did my check out, they have big lockers in the 1st floor for storage your suitcases (no additional cost).

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

El Lex Best Western Cebu siempre es un excelente lugar para alojarse al llegar a Cebú. Es fácil llegar y cuenta con todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar. El desayuno buffet es excelente, gratuito y delicioso. Los empleados siempre son amables y sonrientes, siempre dispuestos a complacerle. Me he alojado aquí cinco veces en los últimos siete años, probablemente un total de 25-30 días. Es un lugar ideal para relajarse después de un largo vuelo y las camas son estupendas. Las almohadas también son buenas. Si tiene tiempo, la piscina en la azotea del edificio es muy bonita y agradable. Siempre reservo tiempo para darme un chapuzón o, si tengo más tiempo, me paso la tarde tomando el sol. Tienen un bar que sirve bebidas o se puede pedir comida. Además, si no quiere salir del hotel, el restaurante es excelente. Las puntas de res estaban deliciosas y muy tiernas, con brócoli y una patata. Un batido de mango me hizo sentir en el paraíso. Me encanta este lugar, como seguramente podrá comprobar. La gente que trabaja aquí lo hace todo con una sonrisa. Gracias por todos los buenos recuerdos. Bendiciones para ti.🙏🍀😊
