La ubicación es excelente. Nuestra habitación es muy agradable, con botellas de agua gratis y albornoz. Nuestra habitación tiene vistas a la playa de Newtown. Se necesita un pase para la playa, que está a solo 5 minutos a pie. La playa de Newtown y sus servicios son geniales, con una temática bohemia. Hay varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es excelente. Gracias al personal del comedor, Mico, quien nos regaló un pastel de aniversario durante el desayuno. La ubicación está cerca de nuestro lugar de culto. No nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño y la pequeña está muy desgastada y no nos dieron loción. Cuando llegamos después de nuestro viaje, el hotel cambió su nombre a Mercure, quizás por eso, porque tiene el nombre de Belmont en las toallas. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y recomendamos el hotel.

The place is perfect and excellent for the price I pay. The employees are very accommodating and polite. The is good enough for people on diet. Overall it's perfect for me.

Henann Resort hace honor a su nombre. Al alquilar una Villa, usted es VIP, por lo que realmente se sentirá superior gracias al amable y servicial personal. Obtiene acceso a comodidades que solo las Suites/Villas pueden tener. Alquilamos solo una noche, pero definitivamente reservaremos más tiempo la próxima vez.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y conveniente, con muchos restaurantes cerca, incluyendo la cadena filipina de pollo frito Jollibee. El McDonald's de al lado también está convenientemente ubicado para excursiones de un día a las islas. Además, no está lejos del aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte del hotel al aeropuerto fue excelente; el conductor fue muy amable y charlamos durante todo el trayecto. La recepcionista del hotel, EWWAN, fue excepcionalmente servicial y paciente, incluso me ayudó a registrar mi tarjeta SIM el primer día. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno comienza a las 6 a. m., y el primer día de una excursión, se puede desayunar en el restaurante a partir de las 5:30 a. m., ¡una gran ventaja! El hotel y el Henann Resort Alona Beach están en el mismo patio, uno al lado del otro. Cuando me registré, el personal de recepción incluso me proporcionó un servicio de transporte, lo cual fue muy amable de su parte.

I spent most of my time in Cebu at the hotel because the facilities were amazing, and the hotel has private beach access. It's pretty far from Cebu City, but the staff are incredible. Highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a resort vibe. 

Nice location nearer to Dumaluan Beach and a few kilometers to Alona Beach. Perfect location if tou don't want to be in the center where most people are but not too far for it to not be accessible. The room is decent, clean and has the facilities it says it has. The view from the balcony is also nice if you're trying to catch some sunrise.

The place was nice, tv, wifi, hot shower, all are working perfectly fine, but couldve done better if theres a complimentary bottled water as you know once travelers arrived, what they are looking at in rooms are free bottled water, this is the only place Ive been to that doesnt have free bottled water but everything is good except for that, however I would still like to book at another time and would recommend this inn to stay.

Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building.

I had a recent overnight stay at Fili Hotel Cebu with my wife and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and good facilities. Service was polite and efficient, though not particularly standout. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and good presentation, but the flavors were fairly average and leaned towards the safe side. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay, though it falls a bit short of being truly memorable.

Hotel is front of maçtan airport convenient to stay and room is clean easy to check in . Staff are friendly. Love to stop over again .
