La ubicación es excelente. Nuestra habitación es muy agradable, con botellas de agua gratis y albornoz. Nuestra habitación tiene vistas a la playa de Newtown. Se necesita un pase para la playa, que está a solo 5 minutos a pie. La playa de Newtown y sus servicios son geniales, con una temática bohemia. Hay varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es excelente. Gracias al personal del comedor, Mico, quien nos regaló un pastel de aniversario durante el desayuno. La ubicación está cerca de nuestro lugar de culto. No nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño y la pequeña está muy desgastada y no nos dieron loción. Cuando llegamos después de nuestro viaje, el hotel cambió su nombre a Mercure, quizás por eso, porque tiene el nombre de Belmont en las toallas. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y recomendamos el hotel.

Muy bueno venir con la familia. Bueno, si hablamos de instalaciones comparadas con el precio, no creo que sea más apropiado. Creo que es la mejor relación calidad-precio. El precio del desayuno y del servicio de habitaciones no está mal y la calidad es tan buena como el precio. hacer La ubicación es incómoda, pero cuesta unos 400 pesos con Grab. No hay mayor inconveniente para ir a Mactan New Town.

They only have one front desk person. It took us an hour before we were checked in. The receptionist felt like she didn’t have the intent to assist the incoming guests as well (as if we weren’t welcome). No customer service.

Window didn’t close, bathroom flooded when you had a shower. There was a parade on outside until 11pm playing ridiculously loud music. The room itself was big & spacious & the beds were very comfortable. The AC also was very handy Overall a good stay

Apreciamos nuestra estadía de casi una semana en Turtle Cottage, un refugio perfectamente diseñado tanto para la relajación como para el deleite familiar. La playa de enfrente ofrecía un parque natural para los niños, complementado por la refrescante piscina al lado de nuestra cabaña. El club infantil, adornado con un personal amable, añadió una capa extra de alegría. Las experiencias gastronómicas en los restaurantes fueron encantadoras, ofrecieron comida deliciosa y un ambiente cálido. Nuestra aventura a la isla Apo fue lo más destacado, permitiéndonos la increíble experiencia de nadar con tortugas. Los guías locales realmente ayudaron a que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. El arrecife de la casa, un paraíso para los buceadores, presentaba magníficos acantilados y una cautivadora caída de arrecife donde nos encontramos con tortugas varias veces. Optar por el tuktuk con conductor mejoró nuestra exploración, brindándonos acceso a varias joyas de la isla. Si bien puede ser un poco más caro, la tranquilidad de las carreteras menos transitadas hizo que valiera la pena la elección. Para aquellos que buscan una opción económica, recorrer las tranquilas carreteras en scooter también es una alternativa viable y pintoresca.

This was my second time staying at Solea Hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food choices, and the room rates are affordable, which makes the hotel a good value for money. However, I was slightly disappointed with the check-in process this time. We booked three rooms, but upon arrival, only one room was available. We were allowed to check in to the first room and were asked to wait there while the other two rooms were being prepared. Although the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, we only received the keys for the remaining two rooms at around 5:40 PM. The staff kept telling us that the room keys would be “to be followed,” but despite several follow-ups, the waiting time took around 2–3 hours, which was quite long. Since the rooms were booked online in advance, we were expecting them to be ready on time. That said, this was the only time I experienced this issue. During my first stay, everything went smoothly and I had no complaints. I still appreciate the hotel’s amenities and affordability, and I hope the check-in process can be improved in the future.

Aunque la habitación era aceptable en la mayoría de los aspectos por el precio, el moho ***** en la ducha era un poco desagradable. Tienen una buena selección de canales en la televisión, mejor que otros en la ciudad de Cebú. La recepción no fue muy servicial, ya que tenía un poco de queso todavía sellado que pedí que guardaran en su refrigerador durante la noche, ya que la habitación no tenía. Se negaron.

The hotel is along the hi-way very accessible to Ayala malls, Pier 1, Airport,Sm seaside, Robinson Galleria, Market, staff very helpful and friendly, service excellent..... restaurant classy.... I'm happy and satisfied.......

Cebu clearly has a special place in my heart, and Lyf Hotel by Ascott seems to be a huge part of why! When a place nails amenities, staff, food, ambiance, culture, and the overall hospitality, it’s hard not to keep coming back. Here’s to many more Cebu trips and fantastic stays at LYF! ✨☺️

We love Nustar so much! This is probably our 5th time here! Stayed here from Nov 5 to 7 as it’s Mine and my bros bday and it was after Typhoon Tino. As always they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful and gave me a piece of cake and fruit bowl but this time I ask for a happy birthday note on the monitor for background pic for me & entire family as celebration but they keep telling me they will send someone up but no one really came from the IT department . I did expect a happy birthday greeting on the monitor it would have been very special, but I understand as maybe they are so busy and under staff because of the typhoon and instead of 2 pm check and we were able to check in very late like 5:30 pm because they’re probably under staffs but all of these did not ruin our overall stay as new star staffs are all very welcoming. We had birthday dinner in the good luck hotpot which is just inside Nustar as well. Thank you Nustar for being very welcoming , friendly and hand on chest when Greeting guest is such a Nustar trademark  please trade me a guest feel welcome and at home
