Buena ubicación para alojarse. Fácil acceso a todas partes y mucha comida cerca. El parque acuático de dinosaurios cuesta RM20 por persona. Volveremos.

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

The room is clean, spacious & the staff are helpful especially the technician who can adjust the TV Channel,and it comes very quickly and fast. The receptionist is also very friendly with customers.

The front desk staffs are very friendly and informative. The lobby area is big and comfy with a coffee vending machine. Need to travel out of this hotel to get lunch/dinner/supper and shopping and entertainment. The car park for hotel are at 1st level that are free for hotel guests. Our king size beds are very big. The rooms are big too. There is hair dryer in the toilet. The curtain in the shower is old and dirty but usable. The towels are old and not white anymore. House slippers are given but one pair looks dirty or being used. Housekeeping staffs are helpful and friendly. The TV not easy to operation or the channels need sometime to load. The next building(residential) is so close that we have to keep our curtains close all the time. The swimming pool and breakfast cafe are located at 5th level that are common area with the residents. The cafe is non Aircon and is open concept, their fans are cooling enough for comfortable for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is simple and tasty. Not alot of variety but enough to be full. The hot Spring is great, very hot. It has 2 normal pools inside and a sauna room. There's toilets and showers too. Friday and Saturday timming is 4pm to 10pm.

El hotel está muy bien, muy amable y muy útil en toda nuestra estancia. El hotel es limpio y la ubicación es conveniente, cerca de KSL. Abajo del hotel hay un pequeño antiguo alimento escolar que vende comida de agarre de agarre. Si desea decorar más para su habitación o evento, está disponible a un coste adicional. Mejor que comprobar directamente con el hotel por lo que se ofrece y cuánto es. La foto acompañada es la simple sorpresa de decoración para mi hubby.

Decided to have an impromptu one night stay at Holiday Villa JB during CNY - a hotel we have stayed at for a few times already. Slightly dated but still quite well maintained. The carpark ramps are the only scary thing - so narrow that most Singaporeans just opt for the 35RM per entry valet. Kalaivani at the Reception was really friendly and funny! They have very little double bed units but thankfully we got one. Due to CNY, fire crackers were being popped until almost 1am! Don’t think this is a good option for families with small children who need to sleep early. Thanks for a good stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at Amari Johor Bahru. The room, service, and food were of an excellent standard. I requested connecting rooms, and the front desk staff were very accommodating in arranging this for me, assigning rooms 0817 and 0819. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, Mr. Rakib, for his friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. He clearly takes pride in his work, which contributed positively to my overall experience. I will certainly choose to stay at Amari Johor Bahru again and would highly recommend the hotel to my colleagues

La moda de la TV no se actualiza a la televisión inteligente. No hay tobillo. El estacionamiento no tiene vida desde el sótano, tiene que utilizar escalera. El desayuno no es bueno y lo más divertido es que no hay huevos de cocina, cuando se les pide que dicen que tienes que pagar por ello.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Visited this hotel years ago before Covid. Revisited after 7 years. No change to the overall look and feel. Feeling not too bad. Location: Good near Bukit Indah Aeon. Difficult to come in given we now don’t drive Bus network no good. Not coming in anytime soon. Service: Good. Counter staff allow early check in and given us high floor. Cleanliness: Good, basic stuff provided. Nothing fancy. Room: Lightings is dim, not enough lighting. TV channels cannot load due to poor wifi. YouTube Netflix cannot watch too. A bit disappointed. Breakfast: OK comes with Nasi Lemak, Noodles / Porridge section. Pastries and bread.
