Estaba aquí después de más de 15 años. Reservó la cama del gran rey y fue enorme. Llegó a las 1pm y el check-in se completó en 5 minutos. Fantastic facilities with cable TV. Strong very hot shower. View of the swimming pool. La cama estaba cómoda, pero las galletas eran demasiado duras. El día siguiente tenía un cuello duro. Grande comida en todo el hotel. En general una estancia maravillosa.

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

A large 20-30 years old hotel building. Clean , very large guest room with city view on the high floor. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Good water pressure at the high floor bathroom. None smoking rooms are available, but sometimesl smell of the smoking still coming from room ventilation. Good room price. Will stay again if I come to Johor Baru.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, located very near to a lot of good food. Good hot spring and swimming pool facitilites.

Esta es la segunda vez que mi familia se quedaba en este hotel, tenemos una buena experiencia y se quedó por primera vez que se quedó, pero la segunda vez parece que se desvaneció el servicio al cliente, y también el desayuno no fue tan bueno como la última vez, Puedes probar otros hoteles la próxima vez.

Experiencia mezclada – Buen servicio de recuperación pero Manejo Inicial podría ser mejor Recientemente me quedé en el Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre y tuve una experiencia mixta. La habitación no estaba limpia, ya que mi marido y yo habíamos estado a la pared durante toda la estancia. Desafortunadamente, tuvimos que soportar una segunda noche desconfortable antes de que yo planteara el asunto de nuevo al administrador de la oficina. Overall, while there were some fails in initial handling, the service recovery and certain staff members’ efforts stood out.

Place is so near the CIQ and near the mall (JB Central and KOMTAR JBCC) and many food place to eat at the 2nd and 1st Floor. They accomodated my request in high floor. Room is spacious and complete toiletries (lack of comb only😂 but neglegible). Breakfast can be improved the choices in western cuisine but the locals might enjoy the spread. OVerall we have enjoy our stay!

Es un hotel antiguo, por lo que se espera. La mesa delantera es amable, el desayuno no es malo. La presión del agua en la habitación es baja, por lo que un poco difícil de duchar adecuadamente.

A hotel that i like that is far from the noisy part of jb. Place for me to just chill and sleep, after a day out to shop and makan. Hungry at night or early morning order food, pickup eat on bed and watch TV. Room is big and clean, aircon strong and make me sleep until tomorrow. Toilet water also hot, feel shiok. Washing machine, shiok I wash clothes then go back can relax no need wash. Then cny strike midnight, fireworks just out side my balcony. Nice but I scared le, keep shooting fireworks till early morning. Feel like going to hit my balcony. Whole place smoky like got fog. Scary experience, adventure! Everything is good, but just during checkout the staff looks like a senior staff serving me no expression, no words, shocking by such service.

I was there for 3 nights, booking 2 rooms with queen size bed. It was a less than satisfactory experience. I specifically requested for rooms away from elevators but they gave me 2 rooms that are right next to their employee elevator. So it means, the elevator is in between of the 2 rooms that I booked for my parents and I. No doubt, the employee elevator meant less activity but it's still next to the elevator where ppl could easily come up and down. Secondly, we were unable to get the key card to open the door to the corner room that is for my parents. Took 1 trip down to concierge to inform them about the problem. They programmed the key card again and problem still exists. Only after I told them to relocate my parents to a different floor that they mentioned that the battery in the scanner of the door ran out so they have to get technician to change them. So, that left a bad impression from the getgo. Thirdly, once we got on that floor, it smelled bad. I had to get housekeeping to spray air-freshener to get rid of the smell. I believe it from the drainage, where if water wasn't used or flushed down, it can start to smell. So my question was, how long was the room toilets not cleaned or flushed? If the rooms were occupied, surely it shouldn't smell. Fourth, the pool was not what is expected of a hotel pool. Even a boutique hotel pool look better than that. But I don't care too much about pools as I am looking for good place to rest after spending a lot of time sightseeing when I'm traveling. Fifth, noise insulation wasn't good. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring from my room. Let alone if the guest spoke loudly, I could hear. The staff were polite and kind for the most part. One or 2 staff may not know certain things but they are probably new to the job and are on training. Not a big matter. It is situated in a good location. It is 20-25 mins away from Johor city square. It is in a nice suburban neighbourhood, but within a commercial round area with a park in the middle. There is even a big Aeon Mall right opposite the hotel. Traffic isn't bad going into that area. If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room during your travel, this is not the one for you. If you want a comfortable room to rest for the night, this is good enough.
