Took the deluxe king room. Spacious and conveniently located. I’ve been here dozens of times but haven’t gotten bored of the place yet. Always lots to do, see, shop and eat. Love this hotel because everything is just conveniently downstairs.

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

El hotel está situado en un lugar cómodo, especialmente si está conduciendo. Intentamos Teck Sing por su cuerda de pescado y papel envuelto de pollo herbáceo (prepararse para la cola) y Ah pronto BKT. El hotel dispone de un parque de coches gratuito para el huésped. El diseño de la habitación es fechado y la iluminación es adecuada, pero podría ser más brillante. El baño se ve como pertenece a una década diferente. La barra de la cuerda de ducha fue doblada y se ve brillante. En general, está bien para un estancia de noche, pero deben actualizar sus habitaciones.

The location is quite deep inside, so it’s a bit inconvenient to access. The room was okay and the toilet was acceptable, although the bathroom could definitely be improved. The swimming pool is shared with the residents, and it didn’t look very clean as there were quite a lot of dry leaves in the pool. As for the hot spring, only one tub was actually warm. The rest were just room temperature and felt quite cold, so I’m not really sure why the hotel calls it a hot spring. Other than that, the overall experience was quite average.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy and I slept very well throughout my stay. All the facilities were well-maintained and in great condition. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

This tine, we booked 3D2N staycation at Holiday Villa. This was my amazing staycation at Holiday Villa. Connecting room in high floor and facing the same direction as the main road to the hotel lobby. We got to watch fireworks released by Malaysian residents celebrating Hari Raya on the eve. Nice fireworks from good view. Breakfast was good too. Rooms were kept clean . The only 2 improvements are firstly, the queen size bed with bath tub, taking a shower is challenging as the water leak from the side of the bath tub to the floor causing the toilet floor to be wet. I have to clean the floor after my shower. The second improvement is Friday soya bean drink was served hot , unfortunately today (Saturday) the soya bean drink is served cold. Counter staff can be more presentable and professional to serve customers in line than doing own things.

Had a wonderful stay at Amari Johor Bahru. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast had a good variety with both local and international options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Location is excellent—conveniently connected to the mall and close to key attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service and comfort.

La moda de la TV no se actualiza a la televisión inteligente. No hay tobillo. El estacionamiento no tiene vida desde el sótano, tiene que utilizar escalera. El desayuno no es bueno y lo más divertido es que no hay huevos de cocina, cuando se les pide que dicen que tienes que pagar por ello.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Visited this hotel years ago before Covid. Revisited after 7 years. No change to the overall look and feel. Feeling not too bad. Location: Good near Bukit Indah Aeon. Difficult to come in given we now don’t drive Bus network no good. Not coming in anytime soon. Service: Good. Counter staff allow early check in and given us high floor. Cleanliness: Good, basic stuff provided. Nothing fancy. Room: Lightings is dim, not enough lighting. TV channels cannot load due to poor wifi. YouTube Netflix cannot watch too. A bit disappointed. Breakfast: OK comes with Nasi Lemak, Noodles / Porridge section. Pastries and bread.
