The hotel is located right at the epicenter of the most happening place in JB. Everything is within reach but be prepared for huge crowd at the adjoining mall and eating places. Not the place to be if you want a secluded place for your naughty rendezvous.

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

It was my first time booking at New York hotel and I was very surprise of the service given, the room is huge and nice. Toilet is clean. The swimming pool is the best... its big and clean. Amenities is very convenient with good food in the hotel and surrounding the hotel. Its a 100% recommendation to stay here ... the free breakfast was superb. Theres a lot of choices on what to eat. Will definately come again.. as there is a very good massage place vmright veside the hotel and best thing is its all cheap..

Enjoyed my stay here with my fam! Definitely a must to try their hot spring and cold plunge, however only available 4pm till 8pm on Friday and Saturday

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. Room is spacious. Hotel is strategically located near KSL with plenty of eateries around. The bathroom only comes with rain shower so it may not be convenient for some users.

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.
