Fantástico como siempre... otra vez sin decepciones. El personal de recepción fue muy amable. La habitación estaba impecablemente cuidada, ¡así que es un acierto!

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

It’s an old hotel but very well upgraded. Room is good, carpet is clean, toilet working fine. Its location is great easily accessible to anywhere you need to get to, though the traffic is bad during peak hours but still very manageable.

It’s a clean hotel, our frequent stay whenever we go in, and easy to access to KSL. Breakfast is good enough to start the day.

KSL Hot Spring Hotel is a great stay for a relaxing city getaway. The room was clean, spacious, cozy and very comfortable. The bed was especially amazing—super comfy for a good night’s sleep. Loved the city view in both the morning and night, very calming and beautiful. The facilities were a big plus too: gym room, swimming pool, jogging track, hot spring pool and playground, suitable for couples or family stays. A nice balance of comfort and recreation. Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities and worth returning for another relaxing escape.

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Room service has room to improved. The 1st female rceptionist attended me on my check in has not taking my request seriously, I have to changed to another room & higher floor on my 2nd night and no smiling at all, not rude but seems not friendly. Overall the hotel is worth staying. The pillow quality & size need to upgrade, it's too hard & small.

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.
