TTheBlackPearlThe room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

WWil.GI left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out. The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning. Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help.

OOlga G..We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

UUsuario invitadoThe property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

İİlkerTodo estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable y educado. La limpieza fue excelente. Mi esposa y yo lo elegimos para nuestras vacaciones de luna de miel y si volvemos a Montenegro, definitivamente será nuestro lugar preferido. También muchas gracias por los regalos de bienvenida.
