Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Yuzawa Station but there’s no shuttle bus service. All staff are friendly and helpful, except one young guy who never wants to help you to solve problems. There’re karaoke and game room for kids and families. There’s also private hot bath available for those who don’t want to go to the public bath. But for those with luggages, the hotel has no regular luggage storage after check out. They can only keep your luggage until 1pm on the day of check out.

Love the private hot spring onsen! Will definitely go back again! Staff were nice and helpful too! When we checkout they offered a ride to the station! Saved us walking in the rain with heavy luggages. Location is good, only a few mins walk to the station and has a few restaurants nearby. If renting the ski or snowboard stuff, also a few mins walk to these local shops.

La habitación es cómoda, la sopa de sopa tiene un gran casino y un ventilador abierto. La desayuno es autobús y el servicio al personal es muy bueno. La familia del dueño es muy amable. Puede comprar entradas de esquí cerca del hotel y alquilar muebles, el precio es más barato que el esquí. En general, la experiencia es buena.

Really nice hotel and very well located! The onsen facilities were really nice and you had complimentary ice cream or Yakult afterwards depending on the time of day.

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

El servicio al personal es muy bueno y muy profesional. El hotel tiene accesorios de esquí alquilados, más baratos que los esquís y otras tiendas de esquí. Comprar billetes de esquí en el hotel, también hay descuentos. También hay un transporte de autobús, y cuando ves que todos están en fila y esperando un autobús, tu autobús ya está esperando por la puerta y está muy caliente cuando cae la nieve. Caminar a la estación de sopa y 7-11 después de la entrada y sólo 5 minutos.

標準日式温泉酒店，包早晚餐，建議提早前台預約兩津港接送。我推行李箱走半小時沒問題。房間有冰箱，保險箱，廁所與浴缸。附近走10分有羅森。佐渡衹有羅森，沒全家與7-11。這次旅行我很滿意。還想再來

夫婦と小学生子ども2人で行きました。 昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、 とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。 また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。 また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。 追伸 朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。 子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。 ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。
