El hotel es muy agradable y tiene habitaciones de diferentes tamaños. Para mí era suficientemente espacioso. La cama era cómoda, habría gustado otro cojín. La habitación estaba limpia y me gustaba que pudiera abrir la ventana. Estaba muy caliente en la habitación porque el calefactor estaba apagado. Incluso si lo apagué, salió el aire caliente. La habitación era limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. El desayuno era buffet y muy bueno con muchas opciones, tanto japonesas como locales y occidentales. La ubicación es muy conveniente cerca de la estación de tren. A unos 5 minutos a pie. A la proximidad del hotel hay muchos lugares para comer o tomar una copa. En la estación hay un centro comercial.

The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. The only two things that I dislike is the separate toilet and bath which is small plus no hook to hang clothes and need to climb a slope everytime you go in/out of the hotel.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

One of the newest boutique style hotels in Sado Island. Centrally located, just 20 minutes from the Ryotsu port. Great amenities and it has a hotspring with fancy hair dryers and hair oils. Roof terrace where you can see so many stars.

地點真的很偏遠，連開車都覺得遠，冬天路上會有雪崩跟結冰，要非常小心，好在是燕溫泉區的第一家，再上去地面滿是青苔，車子上去會打滑，可以跟民宿借雨鞋走上去，在這裡真的有一種世界盡頭的感覺。 因為女湯的部分在整修，每天可以從飲料櫃拿一瓶飲料，但是洗澡時間是跟男湯輪流，且過了午夜就不能洗澡了，要到隔天早上，習慣很晚洗澡的人不建議。民宿有洗烘衣服務，可以在早上出門時拿給民宿主人，晚上會洗好放在房間裡。有提供浴衣。民宿內也展示了很多古代的雪具。 撇除部分整修的軟硬體設施，民宿主人非常親切，晚上還幫我們在棉被裡放熱水袋，房間裡還有很多小零食，要離開時甚至拿了各種零食給我們當伴手禮，真的有賓至如歸的感受。

Really love the hotel. Convenient, 10 mins walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station. Rental shop next door is cheaper than in Gala Yuzawa n they provide free shuttle. Room spacious and good amenities. Dinner and breakfast variety and sometimes has halal beef. They have game room so kids can enjoy. Value for money. Will repeat staying here.

標準日式温泉酒店，包早晚餐，建議提早前台預約兩津港接送。我推行李箱走半小時沒問題。房間有冰箱，保險箱，廁所與浴缸。附近走10分有羅森。佐渡衹有羅森，沒全家與7-11。這次旅行我很滿意。還想再來

El primer hotel cálido en Japón, con un frío y una tempestade extremadamente fuertes, no ha afectado el estado de ánimo de la experiencia. Desde la recepción registrada, limpieza de la habitación  grados, y el personal de la cabina para ayudar a preguntar si el tren está parado y ordenar la conducción a la estación de conducción, la experiencia es muy buena.
