Hoteles con Spa en Punyab, India

It was a very very pleasant day. All of the staff is very courteous and they look after their guest so well, especially at the front desk, miss bharti sharma and ms jaswinder. Restaurant staff was also very courteous. They took care of the guest so well in the breakfast time.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Good stay good staff disappointed as the stay included welcome drink which was not provided we paid extra for breakfast buffet and requested for some things it was not provided the heater was not working in the room had to ask for a heater.

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.

Buenas instalaciones. No todos los personales hablan bien inglés. Sin embargo, el servicio era bueno - no excelente. Las habitaciones eran de buena tamaño

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

Clean room good location friendly services

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Overall was an okay stay I feel more efforts need to be made for cleaning carpets needs to be steam cleaned glass shower doors were foggy not very clean switches for the lights were dirty needed cleaning but breakfast choices were good  Good tasting food but service at the restaurant not up to the mark water was missing from the table no Napkins felt more attention was given to the foreigners every paying customer is a guest needed equal attention restaurant staff needs more training in hospitality
