Quiero dar las gracias al Sr. Sandeep por su excelente asistencia en la organización de nuestro viaje y por un especial aprecio al Sr. Harman, nuestro conductor de limosna, que nos ha prestado gran atención durante los tres días. Su dedicación, hospitalidad y pasión por su trabajo fueron muy apreciables. No obstante, hay algunos puntos que quiero destacar para la mejora. Esto puede haber sido una vigilancia, pero espero que el equipo pueda asegurar que estos detalles se cuiden bien para los futuros huéspedes, independientemente del tiempo de ingreso. La experiencia del desayuno fue muy buena, con un servicio atento, lo que dijo, la variedad y el sabor de la comida podrían mejorarse aún más. Del mismo modo, en el restaurante chino, mientras que la comida era satisfactoria, tanto el sabor como el tamaño de la porción dejó espacio para mejoras. En el lado positivo, la habitación estaba cómoda y bien mantenida, satisfaciendo nuestras expectativas. En general, tuvimos una agradable estancia, y con algunas refinaciones, la experiencia podría ser aún más excepcional en el estilo verdadero Taj.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the amenities, especially the pool, were not properly cleaned. The food at the in-house restaurant was just average, though it offered a good range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff were not very courteous, and the reception staff seemed uninterested in welcoming guests. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this hotel only to those who are mainly looking for clean and comfortable rooms without expecting great service or amenities.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

Ours was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.
