Este hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, así que también está cerca de restaurantes y isakayas. Estacionamiento gratuito era grande. Sería perfecto si hay un baño grande.

El hotel está situado en el lago de Huanghuang. Cuando se disfruta de la desayuno, es más conveniente comer el desayuno en el paisaje del lago Huanghuang. El tipo de desayuno es muy grande, pero la calidad de la comida es buena, el tamaño de la habitación es preferible, la ubicación del hotel está cerca de diferentes puntos de interés, 10 puntos convenientes! El personal es bueno!

Excellent facility with outstanding customer service. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We opted to try the shabu shabu dinner which was delicious. The included breakfast had a large variety of choices. Room was spacious and the private hot spring was amazing.

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

El desayuno es muy bueno y la experiencia de las aguas termales también es muy buena. No había nadie cuando fui allí, era solo una carta. La ubicación es justo al lado del lago, cómoda y tranquila, hay un 7-11 al lado, puedes hacer algunas compras simples. La dueña del hotel es una abuela amable y afable, que puede recomendarnos actividades locales en un inglés sencillo. Le estoy muy agradecido por cuidarla durante unos días.

非常感謝攜程客服佐賀，我上了從京都到彥根的火車才聯繫他，讓酒店接站，他解決問題快如閃電，準確高效優質！京都到彥根公共交通車程約一個小時，到達按通知準確清楚地找到了酒店的交通車，衹接了我一個人，車程五分鐘，彥根城方向，帶行李走路不建議，會比較累，如果乘出租車700日元左右。酒店房間一半面向城堡一半無景觀。城堡麪景色非常優美，我2025年4月2日入住櫻花才有花苞滿開應該在4月10日以後，我的房間5樓頂層正對天守閣，景觀一流。房間不大，兩張床另外一張貼牆上下不方便，一個人住正好，衞生間翻新過了，房間風格比較老派，並不陳舊。另一側無景觀的房間更小，入住體驗較差。我定的一泊二食，晚餐日式料理，我覺得品質非常好，衹是鴨肉火鍋口味一般，總體誠意滿滿。早餐簡單一些沒有温泉蛋，有現炸各類蔬菜天婦羅，早餐比雄琴綠水亭差一些，晚餐水平差不多，都是非常用心做料理的酒店，可以放心選含餐的套餐。lounge 有啤酒果汁這些無小零食。温泉男湯女湯不更換，女湯一個38.5度一個42.5度，所以一個過冷一個過燙，4 1度較好。衞生給一星的原因是：和式外披髮現一件綠色有油點換了紫色花的，這是我最後悔的決定，説明沒洗過不應該穿，下午泡好温泉穿上在房裡喝茶，覺得怎麼有臭味，我拎起外披一聞，差點沒送走，一股惡臭讓我沖到衞生間乾嘔，就是有嚴重口臭的人對着衣服打了好幾個噴嚏的那種惡臭，這種衣服不像浴衣，不是一客一換，非常不衞生，拖鞋的櫃子也是臭的，地板有點粘拖鞋。又去温泉再洗了一遍換上自己的衣服，噁心的感覺都難以消除。酒店早上9､ 10､ 11點送站，送站工作人員禮節周到。

房間酒店整潔有理，性價比不錯，但酒店位置偏遠。早餐及晚餐的懷石料理非常好，有近江牛，十分享受，是個不錯的酒店選擇。

Un muy buen hotel de vacaciones, el balcón paisajístico está frente al lago de lago de lago, el paisaje del lago de lago sin lago de lago, pero no hay una sopa privada en Trip.com, o el paisaje del lago de lago de lago caliente en el balcón es muy cómodo. El departamento de restaurantes del hotel merece elogios. El nivel de productos es muy alto. Los niveles de sabor de un desayuno del hotel pueden ver la fuerza del restaurante del hotel. Este pudin de desayuno es muy delicioso. El servicio también es inoportuno, recibe entusiasmo, comunica con el público, salir a beber todos los días, el conductor de transporte sabe que soy un borracho 😄 La única pequeña desventaja es que los turistas no automáticos como nosotros deben salir dependiendo de la entrega de autobús. A veces la estación vuelve casi uno o dos minutos y tiene que esperar la siguiente clase en 30 minutos. Si hay una estación de autobús ordinaria en la puerta del hotel, es mejor.
