Sólo el bar merece la pena el viaje, una conversión tan hermosa. Tuvimos una estancia encantadora para el cumpleaños de mi pareja y pusieron un globo y chocolates, ¡qué dulce! El servicio de recepción fue excepcional. Lo único que diría que es una pena es que tienes que pagar 30 libras por persona si deseas visitar el spa/piscina, lo cual, para ser sincero, era encantador, ¡pero no 60 libras! En general, fue una estadía fantástica, me encanta que la salida sea al mediodía y eso nos dio la oportunidad de disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno en la planta baja. ¡Gracias por la experiencia!

El hotel está muy bien. Está bien. Se ha comprobado en el 1.30pm. El spa era muy limpio y la habitación era muy agradable.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Un hotel sin puntos brillantes, que dice que lo viejo no es viejo y que lo nuevo no es nuevo. El último huésped abrió la bolsita de leche para beber té en la habitación, pero no la limpió ni la guardó para mí. El desayuno es muy sencillo, el desayuno inglés es un poco sencillo y hay pocas otras opciones, y no vale el precio de más de 2.000.

The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.
