The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Royal Tulip Achrafieh and overall had a very positive experience. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest assets—right in the heart of Achrafieh, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key areas of Beirut. It’s convenient whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good sound insulation, which made it easy to rest despite the busy neighborhood. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive without being intrusive. Service was generally solid. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the front desk, where check-in and check-out were smooth. While not overly personalized, the service was efficient and professional. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, though it can get a bit busy during peak hours. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some areas of the hotel feel slightly dated compared to newer properties in Beirut, but this doesn’t significantly impact the overall comfort. In summary, Royal Tulip Achrafieh offers a reliable and comfortable stay in a prime location. I would definitely consider staying here again.

”Este hotel no es de 4 estrellas!” En general, mi estancia en este hotel fue decepcionante en comparación con la calificación de 4 estrellas anunciada. Las instalaciones y servicios se parecían más a un establecimiento de 2 estrellas. Un problema importante eran los frecuentes cortes de electricidad desde las 2:00 am hasta el mediodía todos los días, lo cual era muy inconveniente. La velocidad de Internet también fue decepcionante, alcanzando un máximo de sólo 2 Mb/s. Además, las toallas estaban inutilizables debido a su estado descolorido y las habitaciones eran estrechas. El pasillo olía fuertemente a humo, lo cual era preocupante, y la bañera estaba en malas condiciones. La puerta del balcón no cerraba correctamente, lo que afectaba la privacidad y seguridad. En el lado positivo, el gerente del hotel fue respetuoso y servicial, especialmente cuando accidentalmente reservamos para el mes equivocado. El personal de recepción también fue cortés. Teniendo en cuenta la zona, el precio era razonable. En general, si bien el personal fue agradable, el hotel en sí no cumplió con las expectativas en términos de comodidades y mantenimiento, especialmente dada su calificación.

Good value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.  Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.  Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.  A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.

Instalaciones básicas. La habitación es deluxe pero vieja y necesita reflejar más brillo y limpieza. En comparación con el nivel internacional, el hotel necesita aumentar la limpieza y el control de calidad. El apoyo fue bueno y los esfuerzos fueron apreciados, pero la gestión del hotel necesita invertir más para satisfacer el tipo internacional equivalente por noche. Notar que las condiciones del país actualmente son desafiantes y el mantenimiento de los servicios básicos es casi imposible, y el hotel logró proporcionar los servicios básicos de agua/agua caliente, electricidad y A/C casi 24/7. Puede ordenar el envío al exterior a la habitación. Adecuado para tarifas competitivas, y clientes que deseen pasar tiempo en el exterior, como para viajeros, jóvenes turistas y clientes regionales.

en general es buen hotel!!al estar casi lleno hubo algunos inconvenientes!(el mando del aire acondicionado desapareció de la habitación!!pero resulta que y al limpiar la habitación y después de un rato buscando con los responsables del hotel le encontramos caído entre la cama y la mesa !!! y además una fuga de agua!pero resuelta rápidamente por los fontaneros del hotel!y hay que reconocer que y pese a algunos desperfectos!el servicio es muy amable y rápido!!el desayuno es muy bueno,y las instalaciones correctas!!

La habitación está muy bien. El aroma de un aroma fresco y delicioso en el hogar fue un buen comienzo. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y modernas. La ubicación fue sorprendente a pie de Al Rouche con una hermosa vista al sol. El restaurante de la playa era un ambiente relajado y se sentó y disfrutó de la vista del agua, la comida era deliciosa sólo tardó mucho tiempo para sacarlo. Beber y Shisha en la noche fue una buena manera de terminar una estancia memorable. Lamentablemente, todas las piscinas estaban vacías, pero sin duda volverían y recomendarían a todos nuestros amigos y familias. Gracias a todo el personal y la gestión. ❤️

Cerca del mar, el servicio es mejor, pero las instalaciones de la habitación son relativamente viejas

Very good hotel near the mall,but no parking if you have a car you have to pay extra 7$ for your car,that's already wroten but i didnt notice.
