La habitación es vieja pero cómoda. Me quedé una semana y me di cuenta de que no se vacían el tapete mi estancia completa. La habitación de vapor era agradable. El gimnasio estaba totalmente equipado. El desayuno era el mismo menú durante toda la estancia, así que se cansó realmente rápido. La ubicación es maravillosa sin embargo.

I stayed at Holiday Inn High Wycombe on 19th February, and unfortunately, my experience started on a disappointing note. Upon arrival, I was greeted politely and checked in by the receptionist, who allocated me a ground floor room. However, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwilling to stay there. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired. I contacted reception, and to their credit, the staff member came to inspect the room herself. She acknowledged the issue, apologised sincerely, and admitted it should have been resolved by housekeeping. Unfortunately, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. I was offered a 30% discount to stay in the room, but I declined as I did not feel comfortable. The receptionist then arranged an alternative solution by relocating me to Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, including organising a taxi transfer. Although there was some confusion about room availability at the Hilton, she remained helpful and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. Once I arrived at the Hilton, the difference was clear — the room was clean, fresh, and of a much higher standard, which made for a far more comfortable stay. Overall, while I appreciate the professionalism and efforts of the staff at Holiday Inn to resolve the issue, the initial room condition fell well below expectations.

From the moment we arrived at Danesfield House, we were treated extremely well. All of the staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us, even carrying our luggage to our room. Our room had a beautiful view over the river Thames and hotel gardens and the four poster bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and their were plenty of towels and toiletries. I had booked a treatment in the Spa for my wife and all of the staff were amazing. The Spa itself was very nice, and although the jacuzzi was out of action, this did not spoil the experience at all. Finally, our breakfast was wonderful. We were greeted and shown to our seats immediately. Our order was taken for our choice of breakfast by a lovely waitress and coffee and toast was brought to us by an absolutely wonderful waiter who had the biggest smile that never left his face the entire time we were in the restaurant. He was extremely polite and just made you smile with his infectious enthusiasm for the ”fabulous filter coffee” and the ”terrific toast” (his words, not mine) that he served us. I just wish I had his name to include with this review as he deserves a special mention. Overall it was a fantastic experience and the right choice of hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will definitely be coming back.

Great hotel with stunning views from rooms and from the amazing rooftop restaurant and bar - beds super comfy with excellent tea and coffee facilities- good shower and lovely Elemis bath products. Only downside was breakfast whilst a fabulous choice and lovely variety of fresh fruits, many of the cooked items were only like warm and mushrooms actually cold, we were after 9 having breakfast so possibly been sat for a long while. Otherwise all great and would definitely choose to stay again.

Lovely stay on a Monday night at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Only English restaurant was open so marked down the amenities as didn't really use others aside from the restaurant, bar and room. There is a lovely looking pool. Service was good. Mixup with our steak order was quite easily resolved however ended up with a cut of steak I didn't want. Would recommend booking restaurant time before 7pm as between 5-6.45 pm you get 25% off your total bill including alcoholic drinks. Would recommend offering prosecco on the menu. As cheapest champagne was around £100 so on the pricey side in general to eat and drink.

En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en el hotel, y me encantaría darle una puntuación más alta porque nuestra habitación era tan espaciosa, limpia y tenía un hermoso diseño moderno que lo hizo muy cómodo. No obstante, tuve que calificarlo un poco más bajo porque nos sorprendió que, mientras que la aplicación de viajes sugirió que la habitación de la reina estándar vendría con un baño y un duche, resulta que sólo las suites premium ofrecen baños. El personal era increíblemente amigable y muy útil. Es sólo una decepción que las fotos y la descripción en la aplicación eran engañosas, ya que lo hizo parecer que todas las habitaciones de tamaño real también tenían baños!

This hotel looks beautiful from outside with a lovely ground and impressive entrance, but however, I found the room & common area not so impressive  they need to give it a face lift to deserve the room rate. Especially with a high bathtub it’s quite dangerous as it’s slippery when you step into it to have a shower, even with the rubber mat on it , luckily I brought along my rubber slipper, which I can use to have a shower to prevent from slipping . Our room included breakfast, buffet table selection of food were poor, and the quality of food was not great even with basic smoke salmon it looks stale & the cooked breakfast was ok not impressive. The front desk reception staff were not helpful with problem . But the manager at the front desk was very helpful when we checked out , after hearing our comments about the problem he took note said he’ll look into the problem & told us to contact him when decide to stay with them next time. I do appreciate his helpfulness & trying to make the best of the situation, Cliveden Hotel should treasure him as the hotel manager.

Los detalles de la higiene están cerrados! Sin cenizas en la esquina, sin baños, nuevas instalaciones y buenas, con WiFi fluido y agua caliente. El servicio no interrumpe, pero responde a tiempo, ¡el hotel de tesoro de la guarida!

Muy satisfecho hotel, excelente ubicación geográfica, la actitud del personal de servicio del hotel es muy buena, especialmente Hulya, gerente del restaurante, una chica turca.

Lovely view of the lake, much prefer not having a crappy breakfast included in the price, room was spotless, nice shower, decent desk/workspace. Two minor negatives: the TV was teeny tiny and the placement of it really affected the work space when set up with a laptop, mouse etc. Secondly there was a pretty unpleasant smell at the top of the stairs like stale fish. That's nitpicking though, it was an absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
