Hoteles con Spa en Cheshire, Reino Unido

El hotel estaba muy bien servido, el personal estaba muy amigable y acomodado. Tenía un snack (Fried kick wing starter) que también era muy bueno. No utilicé el spa por lo que no puedo comentar. La ubicación fue excelente a 9 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Si volviera a Chester, me quedaría de nuevo.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

No entiendo por qué la gente publica comentarios negativos sobre este hotel, tomando fotografías de cualquier marca que pueda encontrar en la habitación. Este es un hotel histórico que cobra tan solo £ 41 por noche para 2 personas. Estas personas que se quejan necesitan una vida, dejen de tomar fotos de una mosca en la pared, controlen que es una cama para dormir al final del día, si quieres el Lowry, ve y paga los precios Lowry. Esta piscina también es mejor que el RADDISON, al lado del aeropuerto, si vas de vacaciones es ideal, o incluso si vas a Manchester, el transporte público, trenes, autobuses, también son fáciles de llegar. El personal es increíble, desde los limpiadores, el personal del bar hasta el gerente, los precios del bar y la comida son muy razonables, acomodan a familias, mascotas, etc. así que por favor 🙏 dejen de quejarse y disfruten de sus vacaciones, etc. 5 🌟 Muchas gracias a todos y definitivamente volveré Christina Ireland 🇮🇪 loca 🤪 Señora ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘

Me quedé bien con mi novia en The Tytherington. La única cosa que no nos alegraba fue la comida. Nos encantaría dar la orden en el momento oportuno, pero alguien que se sirvió después de nosotros no podía hacerlo. El personal detrás del conteo parecía inexperiente, con sólo uno o dos que sabían qué hacer, aunque ya tenían demasiado que hacer y no podían ayudar. La vista desde su jardín fue grande, sobre su campo de golf.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Hotel adorable, amenable, servicio bueno.

Service, cleanliness and location of this hotel made it a lovely spot for a quiet getaway. Service at breakfast was particularly brilliant and check out at 12pm was a lovely bonus. Just wish there was some access to the pool included at £20 for 2hrs each person felt particularly steep.

Situación brillante, hermoso edificio antiguo. Las camas de piel para niños son incómodas (peor que las de la cabaña de viajes o de la primera habitación). No te preocupes por el desayuno! Mantenerse corriendo de las cosas y no siempre las reemplazó. Bacon ineficiente, salsajes baratos, no pudding de lactosuero, aunque esté en el menú y pequeñas porciones. Me quedaría otra vez pero no añadiría desayuno

For a normal size breakfast you had to pay extra, the heating was broken in the spa so it was quite cold. The hotel did look a bit tatty in places. Service was lacking, always had to chase the staff members. Lovely building and good location.

Was a fab stay from start to finish. Staff were very warm and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble. The bar and sitting area by reception is spacious. Rooms are roomy and very clean. Room are high quality and spa which you use with stay is Amazing. Was a lovely relaxing break and will definitely be staying again 🤗
