Entorno: En la planta baja se encuentra la bulliciosa calle comercial de Áqaba, lo que la hace muy práctica para comer y beber. Instalaciones: Un poco anticuadas, pero el aparcamiento es gratuito, lo que resulta muy práctico para quienes conducen. El agua mineral de cortesía, que nos entregaron cuatro botellas diarias durante nuestra estancia de dos días, es bastante generosa para un hotel jordano. Servicio: ¡Tanto el personal de recepción como el guardia de seguridad fueron increíblemente amables y atentos! Mientras tomábamos un café en la cafetería al aire libre de la primera planta (con vistas a la calle), si un turista se nos acercaba, el guardia de seguridad intervenía cortésmente y nos ayudaba a evitar cualquier acoso o insinuación innecesaria, asegurándose de que el hombre al que nos dirigimos se marchara antes de irse. ¡Su servicio fue realmente excepcional!

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Parado por una noche. Buen hotel de playa. Los turistas son pocos, probablemente debido a la proximidad de Israel. Su alcohol no puede transportarse, tienen en el hotel. Para comparación - una botella de vino brillante en el almacén costos 12-15 dinar, en el hotel - 60! El hotel está bien, es una gran opción.

Very convenient, has a private beach and includes access to Ayla. Service was amazing from check-in to check-out.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, mine is access to the beach. Breakfast is variety. My friend and I love fried eggplant and fried cauliflower which are different from other places. Location is good where 20 mins to downtown.

Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр. Благодарим за заботу!

Este es el segundo hotel Mövenpick en el que me alojo durante mi viaje a Jordania. En general, no es tan bueno como el del Mar Muerto, especialmente el servicio. Cuando hice la reserva, indiqué claramente que este viaje era para nuestro aniversario. El hotel no hizo ninguna decoración y la recepción no nos expresó bendiciones. No solo no estaba entusiasmado, sino que la habitación incluso estaba ocupada el primer día. noche debido al grupo de turistas que llegó ese día. Sí, cambié la habitación con cama doble que reservé originalmente por una habitación con dos camas. Esto es completamente diferente al servicio del hotel Movenpick en el Mar Muerto. No recomendaría este lugar a mis amigos, ¡estoy muy decepcionado!

El entorno del mar es bueno, las instalaciones de la habitación son generales, el restaurante de abajo tiene una fiesta, casi a las doce horas, es demasiado grueso, comunicar N no tiene ningún efecto, o el fin de ese momento, es el hábito de la atracción local no se va a hacer con otros huéspedes

الفندق حلو ومرتب وكتير محترمين الموظفين بس صراحة اول ما دخلت الشراشف والسرير كان عليهم شعر والبانيو بالحمام مش نضيف عليه رواسب حكينا معهم طلعوا فورا نظفوا كلشي
