二刷出行，雙泉酒店無論是環境，設施還是服務衞生都甩襄陽奇趣酒店好幾條街，真的感受完全不一樣，各方面服務都很貼心，而且這個酒店很漂亮，各種在每個地方都充滿苔蘚景觀，各種綠植，創意滿滿。在酒店大廳用餐的時候，前台小姐姐還送來礦泉水！！小細節做的都很到位！！比我在襄陽那個酒店舒服多了，上次出行很後悔，這個酒店我還是想三刷四刷的那種！！但是有一些小建議，庭院泡池房能不能再加個小床，後加的小床真的睡的太難受，一點不舒適，睡覺最重要了，應該改進下，還有親子雙床房也是床太小，睡一大一小真的太容易掉了，又不好合並起來，應該設定一張大一點，一張小一點，這樣合理一點！！

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

Overall a great stay. The Pros: The breakfast was definitely the highlight—a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes. You must try the beef noodles; they were honestly better than many outside restaurants! The service was excellent across the board, from the restaurant to the front desk. They even gave us fruit and drinks as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. The Cons: To be honest, the hardware and facilities are showing their age. The shower water wasn't hot enough at first, but after we called, the engineering team arrived quickly and fixed the issue immediately.

Siempre vive en su hotel. La ventaja es que la ubicación es mejor. Una excursión en el centro de la ciudad es muy conveniente. La calle de comida y comida es un dragón más cercano. El restaurante del desayuno del hotel también es más rico. Todas las cosas se hacen por la mañana. La carne de vacuno es muy perfumada, ¡Cada vez que vienen diez viajes, escogerán su casa! ¡El servicio de salud ambiental es de confianza!

Vi muchas críticas negativas antes, pero después de quedarme aquí, descubrí que no encontré ninguna. La calidad general del hotel es muy alta y las instalaciones están bien equipadas. El check-in y check-out son rápidos, hay una hermosa piscina y la experiencia es excelente. Hay una Wanda al lado, que es muy conveniente para comer. Está relativamente cerca de las atracciones callejeras de celebridades de Internet, pero un poco más lejos de East Lake y la Universidad de Wuhan. Rico desayuno y ambiente confortable. Hay un gabinete exprés especial en la entrada del hotel, que tiene un diseño muy fácil de usar. El personal de conserjería de la recepción ha recibido formación estandarizada y la experiencia de registro es mucho mejor que la de los hoteles y B&B normales. Me gusta👍

We loved , once again , staying in a Hyatt regency. Like usual the hotel convinced with a nice room (& room upgrade for us), gym/pool/spa and a good choice of restaurants - the lunch buffet is fantastic. Last but not least we got a voucher for a free photoshooting with a photographer they work together. All in all a perfect weekend getaway.

My stay at the Vienna International Hotel was excellent! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city near Wuyi Square and just steps away from the busy pedestrian street. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. Being so close to the subway station made it incredibly easy to get to all the attractions like Orange Island and the train station. If you want to be in the center of everything in Changsha, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very old hotel. Everything looks very worn, mould observable everywhere in the room. Cracked tiles and wallpaper that is coming off. What was worse is the service - I asked for advice how to book tickets to Hubei Provincial Museum as I’m a foreigner and had issues with my WeChat account. The concierge checked and told me there is nothing he can do about it. What amazed me is that as he was talking to me, he wasn’t even looking at me at all. In another incident, I informed hotel the day before that I need to check out at 630 am to catch an early train. Concierge assured me that a packed breakfast will be ready for me for pick up when I check out. However, when I checked out on the actual day, breakfast is not ready and I had to wait for 10 min for it to be done. I had imagined that Hilton would try to mitigate the older facilities (which I understand that you can’t do much about) with more customer centric service (which makes customer feel more welcomed. Unfortunately I was wrong. Overall a very disappointing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Hotel Wuhan. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfectly matching the high standard I expected. What truly made my experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A big thanks to Selina, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly during my stay. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout. Overall, this hotel combines great comfort with outstanding service, and with staff like Selina, it’s definitely a place I would highly recommend and choose again for my next visit to Wuhan.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.
