Silu Tiansi Hotel

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. Close to the airport and the hotel provides pickup and drop off service very convenience and the staff are very helpful. Room is modern and clean and full of latest technologies. Will surely come back to stay if transit in Wuhan.

USB口充電慢，有的沒有電，要了針線包，一晚上沒送來，電視信號不好，孩子想看動畫片一直卡着不動。拖鞋挺舒服，床也清潔舒適，尤其餐廳服務相當好，早上航班還準備了打包盒，整點商務車送去機場，雖然車很不怎麼樣，但是這項服務還是很實用的。游泳池在維修，孩子沒能游泳，不知道是臨時維修還是怎樣。3層的按摩服務性價比不高。中餐廳的味道非常不錯，總體還是很滿意的。

位置：就在7號線天陽大道地鐵站A出口對面，乘地鐵去各景點也方便，讚👍🏻 衛生：乾淨整潔，絕對OK, 讚👍🏻 房間：床褥舒適，有USB插頭，非常方便，每天還有水果及牛奶供應，所有設備都很好用，讚👍🏻如能備有雪櫃就更好。 設施：附有足浴按摩，旅行走了很多路，享受了按摩服務，按摩師手勢不錯，還免費供應花茶，水果，零食，按摩完畢還有牛肉麵、燒賣；環境舒適衛生，價錢合理，房客更有88折優惠，讚👍🏻 服務：必須給五星！前台有問必答，合理要求都會滿足，特別點讚小劉，每次查詢出遊方法都會耐心指點，由於我沒有國內電話，她幫我聯絡店家訂座，特別用心，讚👍🏻 還有要點讚西西，總是笑臉迎人。我來自香港，沒國內電話號碼，不能打車，西西二話不說幫我打車，並先代我付錢給司機，太感動，讚👍🏻 更有免費夜機接機服務、洗衣服務、小愛送夜宵……大讚👍🏻 早餐：中西式都有，款式多，味道好，熱干麵尤其出色，每朝早都來一碗，不用在外吃了😂，讚👍🏻 總結：不是國際品牌住不起，而是天斯更有性價比！極目楚天舒，來武漢要住天斯👍🏻👍🏻

設施：很新的酒店，配套都是比較智能化的，電動的窗簾智能的馬桶，都比較方便，懶人的福音。 衞生：客房和公區的衞生都不錯，過道也是香香的，整體的感覺很高級很乾凈。 環境：設計的很漂亮，晚上的夜景還是很別緻的，櫻花的元素很多，比較符合武漢的特色。 服務：服務很熱情，每個人都很有禮貌，早餐吃的很好，比較舒服。 下午茶時光:下午茶的環境很好，拍拍照看看書很愜意。 水果禮遇:歡迎水果質量不錯，還單獨包了一層膜，衞生又放心。 提供天河機場定點接機服務和送機服務:準時接機，很不錯👍

酒店環境好，性價比高，前台人員服務貼心，尤其是文文和丹丹。晚上很晚到店，前台用機器人送了銀耳湯和雞蛋到房間。設施很新，實用。房間乾淨衞生。早餐品種豐富。下次有機會到武漢還會選擇。

這家酒店入住體驗真的很不錯，前台的姐姐們態度好好，晚上還有免費的宵夜，會有機器人送餐還會打電話到房間，早餐的種類很多，用餐的環境真不錯，免費洗衣還帶烘乾真的很方便，房間非常乾淨整潔舒適，配套都挺齊全的，這個價位真的是賺到了，性價比超級高~
