La habitación era muy confortable, el techo r necesitaba estar vacío y champú, el piso de la habitación necesitaba limpiarse. Asegúrese de que tienes slides para usar mientras estás en la habitación... el desayuno fue mejor que otros lugares que he permanecido... el personal de la oficina delantera de la semana muy agradable y amigable que el personal del fin de semana junto a la joven que estaba allí lunes por la mañana 5/12/25 no así - Qué bien.

Try was by far one of the nicest and cleanest places I have ever stayed! The grounds were so pretty with the prettiest flowers. It was kinda fancy and I plan on going back there to stay soon. My bed was so clean and so comfortable… I do check! Enjoyed everything!

Para un paseo rápido, por el precio, era perfecto. La cama era demasiado firme para mí y sólo queja no es extra de café, es decir. azúcar, crema en mi habitación. En el lobby tenía café 24/7 pero temprano por la mañana no quiero correr para conseguir café.

Es un hotel típico para pasar en un viaje por carretera. Perfecto para una noche de solo necesitar un lugar para dormir. Un montón de opciones para cenar cerca y un Walmart.

¡Qué bonito, limpio y acogedor lugar! ¡Había una habitación sin espuma y huele maravilloso. Me sorprendió muy agradablemente. Sin duda, los hoteles de autopista no siempre son ”como anunciados”, pero este era todo lo prometido!
Lecho suave, nevera y microondas. Desk front super amigable. Sería muy recomendable!

La habitación está muy bien, pero no me gustaba nada. El último tipo en el escritorio delantero fue muy grande y usó una clave real para dejarme entrar después de descubrir el lector de la tarjeta clave que necesitaba ser sustituido.

UUsuario invitadoService was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

UUsuario invitadoWhen I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me!
The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news.
They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!!
I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

UUsuario invitadoThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

AAmenaliaLa mañana siguiente me di cuenta de algunas cuestiones importantes y hablé con la oficina del frente. Envié incluso videos y fotos al director de custodia que estaba en el cargo. Ella era muy disculpa y así era la dama que trabajaba en el escritorio delantero. Pero cuando el director, creo que su nombre era Corey, salió.... Su actitud era horrible. De hecho, no sabía que era el director antes de verlo entrar, pero cuando dije “Buen día”, él sólo seguía caminando. Así que quizás estaba teniendo un mal día.. INDEPENDENTE, eso no es culpa mía. ¡No me ha hecho nada más, ni siquiera después de que me dijera que no estaba contento! Y lo dije de una manera agradable, pero recibí nada más que una mala actitud en cambio!! No comparto el video aquí, sólo porque la Lady del desayuno era excelente... y el trabajador del escritorio delantero era un dulce..... Pero ese gerente era el peor 👎🏾

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel estaba en una ubicación excelente. Había muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El joven que nos ha visitado fue muy agradable y amigable. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación era agradable, pero la persona en la habitación, ya sea delante de mí o detrás, fumó toda la noche. Tostuve y me aprietó por fumar cigarrillos. Intenté cubrir mi cabeza, sentado en el otro extremo de la cama, pero no ayudó. La jovencita de la oficina delantera no era tan amable, estaba trabajando en algo en el ordenador y seguía la cabeza por mucho tiempo antes de que finalmente le preguntó que podía ayudarme. El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad.

UUsuario invitadoSomewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.
