I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The hotel is cosy and welcoming with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel is flawless as everything was spotless, which is a big deal to me when it comes to picking a hotel.
We were very excited to find out that the hotel was just 10 minutes away from the town, which made it convenient to explore the city. What really stood out about this hotel for me though was the spa that was located in our room. The spa was perfect for relaxing and was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. It made our stay at the hotel so much better and enjoyable. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area again!

A distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.
A lover conservation resort in the natures park.
We stayed in the chalets.
The rooms were clean there is food in both the pub and restaurant
A heated pool and a perfect beach where you can swim in the sun and watch dolphins in the distance
The dolphin experience is nice but its more a close observation then interaction so its certainly more for Adults then Kids.
Loved it so much i ended up staying a two extra days
The hotel has a great location close to the wonderful beach, Dolphin Lagoon site, supermarket, small shops, and numerous cafes. Interesting facilities with indoor pool and jacuzzi, free parking, spacious rooms, when some with good enough equipped kitchen. I liked the staff's attention from the first minute I entered and great thanks to all of them. Even though the hotel is far from being brand new its maintenance is definitely on the proper level and I didn't have any reasons to complain at all.
Eventually, I'm grateful to myself for making the right choice.
A little hideaway in the Perth suburbs. It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff.
The only let down was the bathroom, it wasn't an enjoyable shower first thing in the morning being scalded and then then chilled continuously. The mirror is so old that it's been cleaned so much that the reflective surface is getting rubbed off.
Hardwares and cleanest are up to the standard. However, service & complimentary details could be better, example like bottle water 2 per day, need special request for a family, no complimentary parking for this kind of location etc..
Tostadas Yum 🫶🏽
Room was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had to request for a room change as the 1st room we were assigned to were just repainted that the fumes was too strong.
Mandurah Quay Resort is a very family-oriented run resort. Full of friendly and helpful staff who are always there to help you. It resides at a quiet corner of mandurah which gives you the peaceful which any urban hectic human needs.
Book a 2rooms Spa apartment where I can enjoy the jacuzzi amenities within the room. Room was spacious and clean. Very decent value for its price.
If you like to have some fun, can loan the crab pots and various equipment from the hotel owner/staff who are more than willing to go the extra miles. Dropping point is at the jetty within walking distance.
Can also drive around to visit the Giant of Mandurah who are sited in magnificent sceneries. Beautiful , huge and yet can feel the freedom and friendliness of the giant.
We stayed for 5 nights and the internet and phone service was terrible. Inside the building we could only get 1 bar of 4G for the entire stay and the free wifi was very unstable, often dropping out. It was very frustrating and difficult to get work done. We complained often and the staff tried but could not get the wi fi to stop crashing.

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely stunning especially the family suites with bathtub and especially the lounge awesome, breakfast in the main restaurant very good but not more. Breakfast in the lounge limited, dinner in the lounge awesome.
UUsuario invitadoIn a great location near Elizabeth Quay, and Langley park for Australia day fireworks and other events.
We stayed in a Premium room with river view. It was spacious, modern and with a great shower. The view was nice, but would be great if the windows weren't so narrow.
The walls were way too thin for a luxury hotel though. We could hear the conversations of the guests in the room next to us, and they woke us up when they came back to the room at 1am. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
EEd_CaitCons:
parking a bit limited, unsecure.
Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner.
A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery?
In places, property is showing age but within reason.
Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc
Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic
Pros:
On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed.
Dining next door has always been excellent, great food.
Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant.
Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean.
Check in and out was easy and simple.
Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.
UUsuario anónimoExcellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab.
The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably.

Ssophianeo89We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.
UUsuario invitadoThe check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know.
There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants.
While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying.
Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby.
WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities.
When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple.
In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.
UUsuario invitadoNo hay nada que pueda reparar la máquina de café. El desayuno es muy normal para este precio. El dibujo es la ubicación justo al lado de la playa de bunker, demasiado malo no hay competencia en la zona.
