The hotel has a really nice design for a relaxing holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good and the food was tasty. I had a poolside order and they still brought it over when the rain suddenly came. My kid loved the pool! The room was spacious and I like the design how there’s two basin and large area for hair drying. But may not be the best selection for families especially if you have a sensitive toddler or else it’s hard to use the sink or the bathtub since it only uses a blind for separation. The spa was great but we had another spa at another comparable hotel, their spa was just at another level. The kids playroom was a bit worn out and the toys looks stained. But we didn’t really need the playroom because my child was obsessed with their pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot !

Good to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. El desayuno en el hotel es bueno. Hay un restaurante de mariscos al lado. La habitación debería ser renovada por dentro. Sin embargo, la habitación con vistas a la ciudad es un poco ruidosa por la noche con el alquiler de coches del hotel. El servicio es el mejor. Cada artículo tiene un precio claro. El servicio del conductor es educado y el auto está limpio.

I like the hotel. It’s quite good for a family with a baby. Breakfast was good. The room was quite big with a big balcony. The beach was clean. The problem was with beach chairs. They were all taken by Russians. They were leaving their towels in the evening on the beach chairs and when we were coming to the beach in the morning and there was nobody, we didn’t have a place to stay. We were with a baby, so it was quite annoying because we couldn’t get a beach chair. They were all occupied already but the people who did that were coming to the beach only till noon. It’s a five star hotel and such things are not ok. I went to the reception desk to complain but they were helpless.

No tenía grandes expectativas cuando vi las fotos, pero cuando las visité en persona, la vista fue realmente fantástica. Cuando abrí la puerta de la terraza, el aire acondicionado se apagó automáticamente y quedé satisfecho con el estado general de limpieza de la habitación. Cuando miré el lavabo, el color del agua estaba un poco apagado, pero todavía tenía mucha agua para cepillarme los dientes al lado del lavabo, ¡así que lo dejé! Al principio me llevaba todos los filtros, pero cuando me fui de viaje sentí que era una pérdida de tiempo cambiarlos, así que no usé ninguno. No quiero viajar preocupándome por la calidad del agua y las condiciones de las tuberías. Termino comiendo Chocolate Hour cada vez. ¡Es delicioso para reponer azúcar después de nadar! Había muy poca gente en la piscina del edificio residencial y era espaciosa, lo cual era realmente agradable. Excellent breakfast! It takes a bit of time to get around the resort (need buggies to go everywhere). There is also free shuttle buses to bring us to VinWonder, Safari and Grand world. Rooms were big and spacious, clean and well-kept. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Only downside is if you wanted to get food delivered in (eg grabfood), you will have to go to the security post to collect your food (that's after taking a buggy to the lobby). Takes abit of time. The dinner options within the resort are a little pricey.

We went as a 3 generational family and it was a perfect vacation for us! The villa was nicely maintained and decorated, and the food at the restaurant offered a good selection. We loved the pho bar and bahn mi in the morning, and being able to order a full barista menu at breakfast. Some points of improvement: - training for staff. Many of them didn’t speak English or wasn’t eager to help. Jenny at the restaurant was great, and housekeeping was on time and helpful. - the beach was incredibly dirty. Filled with cigarette butts and general plastic littering. It was something that was overlooked and I didn’t feel comfortable going back with my children after the first day. - some healthier choices for the kids table at breakfast would be appreciated. It was all sugar: donuts, marshmallows, chocolate eggs and muffins with chocolate sauce and jam. - the kids club was pretty sad and even though we had two children with us (6 and 4 years old), we didn’t even visit it once. It just seemed like a completely overlooked part of the hotel, and didn’t even feel clean. The new playground was lovely (when the sun went down) and it’s obvious that they are trying to continuously improve the resort (with the building of the new kid-friendly pool, and the landscaping). However, we don’t think we will return unless there are more activities geared for children. We ended up staying mostly in our own pool and brought our own games to play in the villa.
