Buen hotel, pero lamentablemente no hay agua caliente, solo agua tibia en el mejor de los casos. Al llegar, me dijeron que la piscina no estaba disponible debido al mantenimiento, que es muy deficiente y no me lo informaron al reservar. Además, estaban haciendo obras encima de mi habitación, lo que generó mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana, lo cual fue muy molesto. El personal es increíble, muy amable y servicial, y la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes.

Podría haber sido mejor. Parece que hubo problemas de comunicación en las salas de limpieza, donde fallaron dos veces. Cuando vinieron a limpiar, el chico comentó con sarcasmo mientras las otras dos mujeres se disculpaban. Incluso dejaron un mensaje para que no usaran la alfombra del baño, pero no hay alfombra y la calle de la entrada del hotel está en mal estado y muy embarrada debido a la lluvia. No entiendo cómo esperan que los huéspedes caminen por el baño/la habitación. La ducha tiene un temporizador que dura solo unos segundos (solo sirve para lavarse las manos); terminamos presionando el botón cada pocos segundos; nunca he estado en un hotel con una ducha como la suya. Como nota positiva, Dave, el conductor, y Vern, del restaurante, fueron muy amables. Mis felicitaciones. Por lo demás, buena relación calidad-precio. Los pájaros también son entretenidos. La piscina tiene buenos detalles, pero podría estar más limpia.

¡Tuvimos una estancia excelente con toda la familia! El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, espacioso y cómodo, perfecto para relajarse después de un día de actividades. El personal fue increíblemente cálido y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones eran ideales para familias y nos sentimos como en casa. Muy recomendable para familias que buscan una estancia cómoda e inolvidable. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

We had a really pleasant stay at this place. The unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it matched the listing description well. The amenities were a nice touch and made the stay more enjoyable. The location was also convenient and easy to access. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Staffs are accomodating,they let us check in earlier,the room was big with a very nice view , near to all food establishment,breakfast buffet was good , near to mactan beach ,there's a free transpo going to the beach or you can walk since it's very near,which we did .i will definitely recommend this hotel and i will comeback for sure.

I spent most of my time in Cebu at the hotel because the facilities were amazing, and the hotel has private beach access. It's pretty far from Cebu City, but the staff are incredible. Highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a resort vibe. 

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is close to the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early or late flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me quickly with check-in and were always willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money. Considering the location, service, and comfort, the price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle service was also very convenient and saved a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and airport-friendly place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

El lugar se ha convertido en un hotel fantasma, tan tranquilo en el vestíbulo, aunque la habitación que nos dieron está justo al lado de la gente de la fiesta con niños y era ruidosa. No tuve tiempo de quejarme, ya que era tarde y teníamos un vuelo muy temprano al día siguiente. La chica del disco delantero no me prestó atención, ya estaba de pie en unos minutos esperando a que se diera cuenta y estaba ocupada con su teléfono celular, sorpresa muy graciosa. De todos modos, fue amable. La habitación es realmente excelente, la cama es firme y la almohada suave con una manta gruesa es realmente buena para tener una buena noche de sueño. El baño está climatizado, el wifi es rápido y funciona, a solo unos 10 minutos de viaje hacia el aeropuerto. Por alguna razón, hay algo que no puedo explicar en el vestíbulo cuando entras, como que se te eriza el cabello, no sé si soy la única que tuvo esta experiencia, me encantaría escuchar otras opiniones y experiencias. La cama grande es lo suficientemente cómoda para dar vueltas en la cama. Me quedaría allí de nuevo.

Para empezar, era más bonito de lo que parecía en las fotos. Fui a pasar media noche porque era un vuelo nocturno, pero no estuvo tan mal. No había nevera en la habitación, así que si planeas quedarte mucho tiempo, tenlo en cuenta. La vista me pareció bonita de noche, pero por la mañana era aún más bonita. Tenía una cama individual y no salía agua caliente. Estaba tibia, pero me di una ducha rápida. Vi muchas reseñas que decían que los insectos salen temprano por la mañana, así que reservé porque estaba limpio y estaba completamente satisfecho por el precio. No vi ni un solo bicho. Estaba en una habitación con mosquitos, así que encendí espirales antimosquitos y dormí, pero no creo que me picaran.

We had a truly amazing stay, thank you to all the staff, your hospitality/kindness/smiley faces were amazing 👍 The Resort was small and cute,& right on the beach/sea & the attention to detail for all the guests was brilliant.. The rooms were spacious, very clean with all the amenities, including a mini bar. Our introduction to the Scuba Diving course was brilliant, and I would tell anyone who wants to do Scuba Diving for the 1st time to go to this resort. Donde the Dive instructor was brilliant, very efficient & conscious re health/safety, BUT had the best personality to make you feel at ease. Any nerves we may have had in the swimming pool, @ our introduction, were all gone when we were sitting on the Sea Bed watching a Sea Turtle sleep 😂 I never thought at the start of the day, we would end the day having done two amazing Dives, We will definitely be back to do another Dive the ” next” step with Donde👍The Food was also amazing, my husband enjoyed the fresh Tuna tapa👍 Lots of variety, and very well priced including the Vino👍 The Breakfast was the best of all the resorts we've stayed in the Philipines, & that is normally the negative in any of my reviews😂 Thankyou to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again soon. Keep your smiley faces👍
