Hoteles con piscina en Bícol, Filipinas

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

We went there on a holiday(May 1, 2026 - Labor Day) for 1 night under renovation pala kaya ang hina ng aircon or halos wala doon sa front desk. Twin beds ang room so may kasama kaming toddler kaya we moved the bed to one side of the room para mag fit kaming family at hindi mahulog ang bata while sleeping. Upon moving may mga hidden na kalat underneath na hindi narreach ng housekeeper at may maliit na ipis. Maluwag ang room naka smart tv pa may safe and water heater pero napansin ko masysdong madilim kasi puro pin lights lang lalo sa gabi. City view pag daytime maliwanag basta open curtains lang pati ang CR medyo madilim pero ang hallway nila at beddings clean naman. Mabait din staffs at malapit sa lahat ang hotel. May pool na sya at free breakfast kahit mura lang per night🥰 we got this for 2,800 only dahil sa trip coins ko on my previous booked hotels.❤️ ang sarap ng breakfast ang daming choices!❤️ im sure mas gaganda pa lalo pag matapos ang renovations. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka. Downside lang may corkage ang outside food and drinks nila na P500. Mapipilitan ka talagang kumain na lang sa labas kesa magpadeliver. May lechon pala nung dinner buffet kaso busog na kami ng meryenda so hindi na sulit mag buffet bg gabi haha

The location was in the city good location u can buy ur needs just need to walk for few minutes, the room was big and spacious my daughter could play and run in the room, the pool was warm and clean and the staff are friendly been here many times definitely would come back ☺️

Escogí este alojamiento porque era el más prestigioso de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Tiene fantásticas vistas desde la piscina y gimnasio. La amplia recepción con muebles de madera de calidad destacan igual que la capilla. El desayuno es extremadamente variado y rico. Sin embargo, la habitación no se sentía tan acogedora. Desde dentro no se veía el volcán Mayón de frente, había que salir del balcón, sin muebles, y asomarse bastante hacia la izquierda. Las sábanas olían bien menos la almohada decorativa que olía muy mal. La ducha tenía signos de cal y el baño en general parece que lo limpien muy por encima. Habría también que cambiar el inmobiliario de la zona de desayuno, no es estéticamente bonito que las sillas sean de plástico transparente. Desde Tripcom hay un error pone que es un hotel de cinco estrellas pero realmente no lo es y se nota. A pesar de todo esto, sin duda me volvería a alojar en este sitio por su personal y desayuno. También por las ofertas gastronómicas a lo largo del día. Hay que tener en cuenta que este hotel se supone que es el mejor de Legazpi.

Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

El hotel me ha servido como una buena habitación y una habitación de baño limpia y agradable, y también me han servido la piscina y la sala de gimnasio, que son buenas. La única desviación fue que el AC en mi habitación no era muy fuerte. También mi habitación tenía una puerta de conexión con la habitación siguiente, por lo que la insularidad sonora no era grande. Hemos oído hablar a los vecinos y su televisión tarde a la noche. Además, tuve una agradable estancia y me gustaría recomendar el hotel.

Great experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

The pale and bucket are slimy

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
