Literally can’t fault it here at all, above all else the staff are a super friendly super beautiful bunch! Also though the facility is great. It’s HUGE and there is an elevator which I like :)

這是我們住過感受最不好的希爾頓酒店。先來説説好的地方。1:酒店離機場很近。車程10-15分鐘左右。離市區雖然很遠。但不影響吃飯和購買必需品。因為離酒店步行10分鐘左右有一個綜合商圈。有很多餐廳和一個大超市。2:酒店有自己的專屬沙灘🏖️所以比較安全、安靜、方便。而且小商販很少。也有水上遊樂項目。二樓的泳池也很漂亮。3:酒店的早餐很豐富。也很美味。晚餐做得也好吃😋現在來説説不好的地方。1:我們到酒店的時間是當地週一下午3點半左右。但是門口沒有工作人員幫忙搬行李和開門。進去大廳後、有工作人員在門口站着、也有推行李的行李架。但是沒有來幫忙。酒店前台的工作人員也是態度冷淡。2:進入住宿樓層後空氣不流通，很悶，有明顯的裝修材料的氣味。房間也一樣。3:房間內酒店提供了一個玻璃瓶。是讓入住的客人自己用瓶子去接水喝的。每層樓會有接飲用水的地方。請問怎麼保證這個接水的瓶子是乾淨衞生的？4:酒店的客房衞生打掃得不太乾淨。去的時候有小的擦手毛巾。後面就沒有了。還有酒店的設備也存在安全隱患。凳子破了裏面的釘子都冒出來了。還好自己看見了沒有坐上去。5:最最最不好的就是酒店工作人員的服務態度，一小部分比較好。大部分的服務都不好。可以説沒有服務。一樓早餐廳的服務稍微好一些。二樓永池餐吧服務不好👎。可以説整個酒店的服務都非常不滿意。

My brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there. One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

El hotel era muy bueno y tuvimos un buen momento durante nuestra estancia. No obstante, nos sorprendió que el personal quería trasladarnos a otro hotel Irotama, que normalmente es menos caro que el que habíamos reservado. Nos hemos visto obligados a recibir el alojamiento que habíamos pagado en lugar de trasladarnos a una propiedad diferente.

La ubicación está un poco apartada del centro turístico, pero se puede ir andando fácilmente en 10 minutos. En general, la estancia fue buena, pero el desayuno es pésimo. No pagues por el desayuno.

The hotel is located in a quiet area without noise from partying people. The facilities are well maintained and all the staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return for sure.

Preguntó una habitación tranquila pero tuvo una ventana dirigida al lobby ... No hay problema hasta que algunas personas ruidosas llegaron la mañana pasado para sentarse y esperar por sus habitaciones en lugar de ir a un paseo en la ciudad.

El servicio no me pareció bueno. Los empleados no son serviciales por lo general. Las instalaciones son buenas.la ubicación está buena,frente al mar.

Un hotel moderno y agradable con todas las instalaciones necesarias. El gimnasio era bastante pequeño y el equipo no funcionaba, ¡y la piscina era diminuta!

A very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. Perfect to stay before and after you go trekking to Ciudad Perdida.
