2026年2月農曆大年初二入住一晚，退房日恰逢齋月首日，行程銜接完美。酒店服務出色，餐飲水準極高，大峽谷的壯麗景觀更是令人震撼。 【自駕建議】 從瓦希巴沙漠邊的 Bidiyah 鎮自駕出發，經停加油站與 Bait Al Sabah 遺址，需約4小時抵達酒店。進山處有警察檢查四驅車。上坡不用緊張，但遇到比較陡的下坡時，務必開啟陡坡緩降功能並配合低速擋（引擎制動）以確保安全。山路每隔一段設有臨時停車點，可以停車休息，防止剎車過熱。 【客房與服務】 前台摩洛哥小姐姐 Salma 接待非常熱情，為我們將預訂的峽谷景大床房 （1 King Standard Canyon View Single Sofa Bed） 升級到了 Jabal Akhdar Balcony Chalets（103號套房）。 房間朝南，客廳和卧室加起來有十米寬的落地窗，連通陽台正對峽谷，就在懸崖上方，景色比泳池還好。可以同時看日出與日落。酒店還給我們精心佈置了天鵝浴巾和氣球慶祝週年。116平米的套房佈局合理，客廳、卧室配有沙發，陽台有户外床和豆袋椅，非常舒適。在兩千米海拔的綠山上，浴缸水量充足且水温恆定，泡澡體驗極佳。 【餐飲體驗】 因為環境太舒適，入住後我們便不想再出門了。在房間觀賞完峽谷日落後，從頂樓 Vue餐廳點了餐送到房間享用，送進屋的時候就被香迷糊了。點了招牌波斯烤雞肉串、蔬菜烤串和30年酸種老麪Flatbread（瑪格麗特披薩），都很好吃，兩人吃得非常滿足。 房間內提供帶有封條的玻璃瓶裝飲用水，喝得安心，且補給響應極快。 【氣候與環境】 綠山海拔比山下高約2000米，温度低10度（當天約為8-18°C）。室內空調製熱給力，維持在 26°C 非常暖和。夜晚星空璀璨，房間隔音極佳，環境安靜，半夜僅能隱約聽到遠處車輛下山的引擎聲，完全不影響睡眠。 【公用設施】 健身房設施保養良好。Spa 設有女士專用室內恆温泳池。户外泳池位於大堂餐廳 Za’atar 外，景觀位極佳，入住日下午有其他不怕冷的客人在裏面享受着。禮品店位於 Spa 旁，有賣當地特色首飾、香水。 【齋月早餐】 雖適逢齋月首日，但 Za’atar 早餐自助照常供應。品類涵蓋中東、印度、西式、各式麪點、芝士及各類蔬果乾果和鮮榨果汁，豐富且美味。入座後可單點蛋類及咖啡。有中式白粥和配菜，但沒有嘗試。 總體體驗感拉滿，值得推薦。 We stayed for a night at Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort in February 2026, checking out on the first day of Ramadan. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the Grand Canyon views were breathtaking. Driving Tips The drive from Bidiyah took about four hours, including a fuel stop and a brief visit to the Bait Al Sabah ruins. There is a police checkpoint at the mountain base verifying 4WD status. While the climb is easy, the descent is steep. Use Hill Descent Control and low gears for engine braking; if your brakes overheat, use the emergency parking bays. Room & Service We were warmly welcomed by Salma, a lovely Moroccan receptionist, who upgraded our ”1 King Standard Canyon View” to a Jabal Akhdar Balcony Chalet （Suite 103）. It is south facing and features a 10-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling window spanning the living room and bedroom. The balcony sits on the edge of the cliff, offering a view that surpasses the main pool area. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with swan towels and balloons for our anniversary. The 116 square meter suite is well laid out with sofas in both the living room and bedroom, as well as an outdoor daybed and bean bags on the balcony. At 2,000 meters above sea level, soaking in the bathtub is a perfect way to relax after a day of driving. Dining Experience The room was so comfortable that we chose to stay in for the evening. We ordered room service from the rooftop restaurant, Vue. The aroma was incredible the moment food arrived. We ordered the signature Persian Joojeh Kabob, vegetable skewers, and a 30-year sourdough Flatbread （a Margherita pizza）. Everything was delicious and was enough for two of us. Drinking water is provided in sealed glass bottles in the room and additional bottles were delivered quickly upon request. Climate & Environment Jabal Akhdar is about 2,000 meters higher than the lowlands, with a temperature difference of roughly 10°C （it was 8-18°C during our stay）. The AC heating was excellent, keeping the room a cozy 26°C. The starry night was brilliant. The soundproofing was so good that the only sound was the occasional faint hum of distant engines descending the mountain, very peaceful for sleep. Facilities The outdoor pool is located outside the Za’atar restaurant, offers a great view of the canyon. The gym is well maintained. The Spa features a dedicated indoor heated pool for ladies. The gift shop is located next to the Spa and features local jewelry and perfumes. Ramadan Breakfast While it's the first day of Ramadan, the breakfast buffet at Za’atar was served as usual. The selection was vast, covering Middle Eastern, Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisines, along with cheeses, fresh fruits, dried fruits and nuts, salads and fresh juices. Delicious. Eggs and coffee/tea are made-to-order. Overall, this was an incredible experience and is highly recommended.

Our stay at Anantara was okay but nothing more. To start with something positive, the staff was really friendly and attentive which was great! Breakfast was outstanding as well and the architecture od the hotel was beautiful. Other things, however, were simply not good enough for the price you pay. Firstly, no one was at the entrance to greet us when we arrived with our car. We had to find the parking and get back to the hotel ourselves which is definitely not standard for a 5-star hotel. At check-in, they just assumed that my name (Alexandra) is a male name and didn‘t even talk to me, just to my partner. I would expect for them to get that this is a female name or just ask who uf us this is. The welcome was overall very hectic, the guy who showed us to our room was friendly, but extremely stressed and rushed. There are no showers at the pool which is not very hygenic. In the evening at the bar, they served the red wine way too warm. Also, you never, ever serve 250ml of wine all in one glass. In the same bar, they played really loud party music which was such a pity and quite inappropriate and somehow destroyed the ambiance. How about some discreet music such as jazz, classical music etc. which fits the vibe of the scenery/mood way better? Moving on to our room, the shelf in the shower where you can put your shampoo bottles was broken and losely fixed. Overall, a lot of things were not 5-star hotel like and disappointed us. If you pay $700 for one night, you can expect more. We would not visit again.

El hotel es muy bueno. El estilo de arquitectura es como si estuviera en las montañas suizas 🇨🇭. El viaje es muy conveniente y el estacionamiento es suficiente. A cinco minutos a pie llegan a la mezquita y al capital de Niza, al castillo de Niza, etc. El servicio está completo, el personal de la recepción es muy paciente y explica la compleja instalación del hotel. Además, invitará a los huéspedes de la tienda a unirse al club de los miembros del hotel. Cada vez que se hospeda y consume, disfrutará de 8 descuentos. Instalaciones: El hotel incluye tres edificios, las invitadas y los invitados varones separados. El gimnasio tiene ventanas de aterrizaje, el deporte 🏋️ experimenta un punto completo. Mi reserva de habitaciones especiales disfrutó de descuentos, y el baño incluye masajes. El estilo de decoración es sencillo y funcional. El sabor del hotel es muy oloroso. The Resort was a very pleasant stay and an excellent stopover on our way to NIZWA. Host gave us a tour and showed us around the private zoo that he owns and he is an extremely friendly person. If returning to same area, I would definitely stay again at his place and highly recommend this Resort.
