Este hotel fue increíble y nos disfrutamos realmente de la ubicación para todo así como el servicio al cliente justo al gerente como chicas que han vivido en auckland y hoteles experimentados allí este lugar tiene una atención inmaculada para sus clientes dentro de sus Espacio también nos disfrutamos de la lavado del cuerpo que se derretirá tan hermoso que vamos a conseguir algo de eso también somos realmente grandiosos gracias a usted.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked this establishment. It looked OK though I thought I might find it a bit further from the main Paihia town than I liked, but it turned out that I really enjoyed the walk to and from the town. We've booked ourselves in the cruise to Hole in the Rock the next day and talking to the helpful staff, we booked the spa followed by dinner at The Glass House on that day and we really enjoyed our day. The massage and facial was really relaxing, and the dinner was superb. On top of that, I love the room we had which was just by the pool. We are able to enjoy the hot tub which was really relaxing too. Everything was just fantastic. Overall the hotel was just a joy to stay in and I was glad I booked 3 nights.

Great place to stay. A little drive from the beach but it is nice and quiet and comfortable enough. Ensure to bring blankets or pay the bedding!

Un gran pequeño motel en el corazón de Paihia. Limpio y amigable. La única cosa que cambiaría es tener la capacidad de desactivar el exterior.light por la puerta de la noche. Es muy brillante a través de la puerta de vidrio.

I had a lovely lady at the front desk when I checked in. Professional & polite even with my late evening check-in. Room was great - clean tidy & well presented! I enjoy my status at The Sands, thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!!! Bed was super comfy and the room was so quiet!!! Perfect location to everything!!! 10/10

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations. We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

Nice environment. Clean unit. Comfortable. Minor complaint would be that the lighting was a little dim and could have done with coffee plunger in room. Did not eat at hotel restaurant. Good place to stay.

Paihia es tan grande, no hay lugar geográfico para decir, vive en el círculo de la playa, lo que sea lo mismo. Hay una piscina en el hotel, pero no es posible utilizarla en invierno. La habitación reservada por Ctrip estaba en el primer piso, y la luz estaba completamente bloqueada por la piscina. Es realmente incómodo encender las luces durante el día. La habitación es bastante grande y el apartamento de dos habitaciones tiene un baño separado en cada habitación, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Hay un restaurante occidental en la puerta del hotel, y las cosas son deliciosas.

La lavandería fue un poco fechada, así que terminamos usando el lavabo abajo, y no teníamos idea de dónde estaba el gimnasio o el restaurante que sería agradable haber sido informado de cuando nos inspeccionamos.
