ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

Considerando el precio del alojamiento, creo que fue una buena oferta. El baño público, grande, tenía jacuzzi, bañera de cintura, bañera reclinable y una bañera al aire libre, todas bastante buenas. El agua del jacuzzi salía con fuerza desde la mitad de la escalera, así que solo era apta para quienes querían usarla en la cintura. Quise usarla en la espalda y los hombros, pero se aflojó y no esperaba mucho efecto. La bañera reclinable era ancha para una persona y no me resultó muy relajante. No todo el mundo tiene la grasa de un luchador de sumo. La bañera de cintura tenía un chorrito de agua, así que no entendía para qué servía. La bañera al aire libre estaba tibia, así que miré al jardín, pero estaba lleno de árboles y parecía una jungla, así que no era como si estuviera viendo la naturaleza, lo cual fue decepcionante. La cena no estaba incluida en el menú, pero me alegré de poder reservar por teléfono. Pensé que era un poco caro para un buffet, pero con la reciente oleada de aumentos de precios, puede que sea inevitable.

Las cosas son muy amables y útiles. Las cosas de la recepción son siempre sonrientes y muy dispuestos a ayudar. Tenemos una estupenda estancia aquí. Las instalaciones son considerables para los ancianos y los niños. Nos gustaría volver y visitar de nuevo en el futuro.

El hotel es caro, pero el servicio es decepcionante. En segundo lugar, durante la cena de bufete, se mantuvieron corriendo de melones, y en los últimos diez minutos, estaban completamente fuera de melones. Me dijeron que esperara cinco minutos más, diciendo que volverían una última vez. Pero no había nada. The hotel is around 10mins walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station. Although there are many abandoned hotels, shops, residences, buildings around the surrounding area, I can still explore the area as the street lights are lit in the evening. The hotel is divided into different wings and occupies a large area. I stayed in the upper floors of the hotel’s main building (Kirakukan) but there’s an option to stay at the hotel’s park-cottages that is built on the cliff of the riverbank and overlooks the Kinugawa river. The Kinugawa Park Cottage is located separately further away from the main building. I only noticed a local Japanese family of four or five persons being escorted by the hotel staff to one of the cottages. Other than that one-off encounter, I didn’t see anyone else at the area around the cottage which is also super quiet. Likewise for the other wings of the hotel i.e. Kinoyakata and Kishintei, I didn’t see any guests maybe due to low season. Love the onsen and the private open-air bath, the traditional Japanese kaiseiki breakfast and dinner. There’s also a souvenir shop, ramen & snack shop as well as an outdoor swimming pool which I couldn’t use as it is only available for use come summer time. Just across the road from the hotel, there’s the Waterside Cafe Terrace, a 7-Eleven convenience store adjacent to the hotel and since there’s no self-service washing machine/dryer in the hotel, the nearest 24h laundromat is around a 5-min walk from the hotel located behind the Waterside Cafe Terrace and across the road facing “Galarie Cafe Painto E”. On the day of check-out, the hotel helped to store my luggage and I had lunch at “Suzukawa Cafe” just next to Galarie Cafe Painto E. The food prices here are slightly cheaper than the ones near Kinugawa-Onsen station.

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!

今評判のオールインクルーシブ!土曜日の宿泊でしたが色々な遊び場やプール施設も広くてゆったりしていて混雑をさほど感じませんでした。食事会場が一ヶ所で料理を取る動線に問題があるのか並ぶ時間がありましたが少し早めに会場入りしたのでなんとかなりました。温泉もとても良かったです。子供の入力ミスがあり前もって連絡をTrip.comよりいただき助かりました。ありがとうございました。

La comida es una comida de buffet, incluso si no hay comida, no puede añadir 々, no se añade. Por cierto, no es un contenido de buffet, como si fuera 〜 Quisiera comer más. La recepción es muy buena, pero el lugar donde comer 々 no es grande. La piscina es muy buena, pero se siente bien. ¿Y los monumentos de dinosaurios, los niños pueden disfrutar? Por cierto, los niños menores de 12 años son gratuitos, pero normalmente necesitan una tasa adicional.

Me alegro de tener un piscina al aire libre ^_^ Hay baños de sauna en una gran piscina pública, y el hermoso paisaje del espacio de aire exterior me impresiona profundamente ✨ También es delicioso, muy bueno ♪ Quiero ir otra vez ^_^
