Así es nuestra primera reserva de un hotel de apartamentos. Muy buena experiencia en general. Reservamos una amplia habitación, un escritorio frontal mejora nuestra reserva a 2 dormitorios 2 baños y un apartamento de vivienda, muy espacioso, se siente como casa. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y la ubicación es ~5km del centro de la ciudad. ¡Grab es ＜US$2 al centro de la ciudad. Los alimentos son abundantes alrededor del hotel. Las instalaciones eran buenas, excepto sin pantalones y sin loción de cuerpo. El único descuento es el depósito. Asegúrese de obtener dinero para el depósito! Si usas la tarjeta, tomarás ＞ 30 días para obtener el reembolso (nueva política) y se cobrará una tasa de servicio.

this I not first time, booked for KSL hotel with my family. but this time very disappointed for their air-conditioning ... not cold, cannot adjust. aircon compressor very loud. I can't even have a good rest.. and swimming pool never well maintain. Alot of algae. on the pool side floor also inside the pool.. that my girl went inside saw..hopefully next booking will be more better .

Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

This hotel is seamlessly connected to Mid Valley mall Southkey, offering secure, direct mall access even late at night. While I couldn't check in early at 11 am, the 3 pm process was fast. Breakfast is decent but crowded (go before 8:30 am). Something to improve is shampoo, bringing your own conditioner is advised. A great, convenient stay; definitely I will return.

We had a very pleasant stay at Space Residency by Avery. The unit is clean, bright, and well-kept, with a nice city view and a comfortable layout that’s great for families. The location is very convenient, with KSL just a short walk away, making it easy to get food and do some shopping. Special thanks to Jason for his excellent service—he was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and worry-free. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Jason! 😊

Recientemente se ha alojado en el Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre y ha tenido una experiencia maravillosa. El hotel está situado en una ubicación muy conveniente, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y sólo un corto viaje desde la frontera de Singapur, lo que lo hace perfecto para el ocio y las caminadas rápidas. La habitación era muy confortable, limpia y muy confortable. Conveniently located on top of the mall. very clean unit, can smell the fresh linen, they washed and changed for us. spacious unit. easy and clear instructions for checking in. Ample parking space which is safe with security. The unit comes with washing machine, good-sized fridge, fully equipped kitchen. gd for a family of 4-5. :) the only 1 thing we have issues with is the lift. many lifts are not working. we were told to park at level 5. and there were a total of 4 lifts. The buttons not working for 3 lifts, except for 1 lift hidden at the stairwell. the next thing we realised is our cards not work, unable to bring up to the unit level. luckily, someone elses press for the lift at different level, and we exited 3 levels before the correct level.. and gotta climb up 3 storeys. :/ initially, we thought is just the lift issues. when we went out for dinner, we face the same issues. luckily someone tap for us to get back to our units.

First time staying at this hotel, and even though it was just for one night, I really enjoyed it. The room was a bit small but clean, the pillows were comfy, and the air-cond was adjustable. We had a small issue with the TV, but the front desk sorted it out super fast — kudos! All the staff, from the security guard to the front desk and even those we met in the lift, were friendly and made us feel very welcome. And the best part is that the breakfast was really delicious with lots of choices.

clean and cosy! checking in was smooth and the customer service was very responsive. highly recommend altho my only gripe is that the pillows were too thin for my liking and the locks are a tad bit old ^_^ there were even balloon decorations when we went~

This is one of the rare occasions where I provide a review, but i feel that I should do it to recognise the hotel and its amazing staff. Just stayed for a night with my family ovwr the weekend. Hotel room is solid and clean, amenities are the good standard that you would expect of IHG, but what's most amazing is the people. Absokutely great hospitality, and the staff took a lot of care to make sure that we are comfortable. Even more amazingly was their responsiveness - i realised that I've inadvertently left my running attire in the room after checking out. They reached out very quickly and even via whatsapp to update me that all is good and would await for me to return to collect it! Also special shout out to the kind staff at the swimming pool - he went all the way to get a pair of slippers for my son when we went to the pool without one. Will absolutely return and visit again!
