Me alojé en el FUJU Homestay de R&F Princess Cove. En general, el lugar estaba bastante limpio: las sábanas estaban frescas y el apartamento ordenado. Sin embargo, la cisterna del inodoro estaba dura, lo cual resultó un poco incómodo, y el refrigerador no estaba muy limpio a mi llegada. Aparte de eso, la ubicación era excelente: el centro comercial R&F tenía fácil acceso, lo que facilitó mucho las cosas. Con algunas pequeñas mejoras en el mantenimiento, este lugar podría ser mucho mejor.

Local stuff esp for CNY festive shopping is good, lots to buy, eat & drink. Food plenty everywhere & all just downstairs walking distance. Crowded means very successful business for this hotel, congested but ok - acceptable. Overall its value for money for 2 nites staycation. Gym & Swimming pool facilities ok.

Very convenient location, just opposite KSL mall, with a direct shortcut there from the back! Complimentary welcome drinks provided upon check-in. Unit had 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each, as well as a living room, very convenient and sufficient space for 3 adults staying. Staff at check-in counter were very responsive and helpful to provide suggestions and respond to our requests, even at night.

Check-in is a breeze. I just show up to the office, paid MYR200 deposit and I got my key cards. It helps that there is a link bridge on the 3rd floor of R&F Mall connecting to the blocks on the other side. The room is impressive. I rented a 4 bedroom unit overlooking the Causeway. The place is very clean. Towels are provided together with bath soap and shampoo in the 2 ensuite and common bathroom. A topload washer is provided situated at the balcony but not washing detergent. If you don't intend to get out of the JB Sentral area at all opting to eat and shop at R&F Mall, this place is ideal. We didn't use the pool and other facilities provided though. In short a great place for a short or even long stay.

The Space Residency Premier Suites, handled by MapleHome is an excellent choice of place to stay, when in Johor. It is perfectly located in an area that is close to the big malls, automotive service centres, and great local cuisines. It is a great starting point for anyone exploring Johor for the first time. The apartment was very well maintained, spacious, and very clean. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Finally, the entire experience felt like a very safe place to stay for a vacation, regardless of the duration. Highly recommended.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel. También el Código QR para el keypass estaba equivocado, pero un breve Whatsapp para el equipo de la estadía y nos dieron un nuevo código. La cama era buena, limpia y limpia.

The hotel’s location is good. Just opposite KSL mall and not so busy. Below the hotel, there are restaurants- Korean, Dim Sum, Dessert, Kopitiam and Cafe. The interior of the hotel is quite old with a blend of old and modern furniture. Overall, the room is clean although we didn’t like the adjoining door in the middle.

Location was great. Do note that this is near Midvalley and hotel shares parking with the building, thus needing additional payment for parking. RM5 standard rate per enrty. Room and bed was nice. Cleaned good and kept nice. Service are decent, can be better and more efficient with the amount of people during peak hours. Facilities are decent too. Will still consider to be back again. Was a nice hotel in general.

Muy especiales, no esperaba que se reservaran en JB. Con una imagen de alta calidad, pero el ambiente de la imagen sería más fuerte y parecía más nuevo, y en realidad algunas instalaciones en casa serían viejas. El piso es muy alto, el balcón es muy abierto, y puede ver el mar, Singapur y Malasia al mismo tiempo. La gente está en casas de alto nivel, la seguridad en el piso es muy buena y la actitud del servicio es también muy buena. Debe ir a la cama de cama con el pañuelo de adelantado y es conveniente. Cada habitación tiene un coche de aparcamiento gratuito y el estacionamiento es muy conveniente. Pero hay una enfermedad popular, el aislamiento de sonido es relativamente malo, debe dividirse en dos suites, siempre puede oír el sonido del aislamiento. En segundo lugar, la proyección es muy clara. Luego, la calidad del papel higiénico es muy malo, mejor puede proporcionar un protector de pelo. La respuesta de los propietarios en Whatsapp es más oportuna y se puede abordar en un momento en el que los problemas se encuentran. El sentido del diseño en general es muy curioso y vale la pena vivir. El sapo es este precio, y esperamos ofrecer una mejor calidad en algunos productos.

I didn’t managed to take much photos however the stay was not too great. The location is near the highway and it’s pretty noisy in the middle of the night. We didn’t really had a good sleep. The toilet door handle was faulty. The hair shampoo and body soap made our skin itchy, it felt like hand soap. There wasn’t any local channels to watch, only from streaming platforms. The bed was sunk in and the pillows were too soft. The bedsheets also had some old stains. The customer service was very responsive and helpful so that’s okay. I wouldn’t really recommend staying in this room. Maybe higher floors are better.
