Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Hard to access mall actually. Have to exit out and mall only opens the doors at 9am. Room is ok, had some sand at corners of the living room and when placed luggage, it scratches. Also no tissue or kitchen paper available. But washing machine is easy to use but kitchen window cannot close, so can be visible from outside. No inner locking mechanism, lift is tough to get during peak times. No direct access from car park to mall and instructions for returning key is unnecessary while driving since going out they use car license plate recognition. Assigned parking is very far from lift and only 1 access location, far if you have luggage and shopping as they don't allow short time parking to unload and come back later to re-park. And flow direction is one way. Have to walk down ramp to go to hotel or mall if earlier than 9am. Otherwise ok with my room with 2 large queen/double beds. A/C is cold but room cannot be totally dark as one partly translucent door has no curtain.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a great stay and highly recommende esp with kids!

Reservamos un alojamiento en Fraser Place Puteri Harbour para 3 personas para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa y optamos por pagar un suplemento por una habitación con una ”View Sea”. La vista del mar, por desgracia, fue una importante desaceleración. Sala de ocasión especial. En una nota positiva, quiero dar crédito al personal del hotel por su servicio y esfuerzo. Aunque no se puso en la habitación antes de nuestra llegada como esperaba, aparece en nuestra nevera el segundo día después de que volvimos de nuestro día fuera, todavía apreciamos realmente que se acordaron y hizo el gesto.

Breakfast is ok...but should change the menu everday, not everyday we need to see the same menu althought it's a lot to choose. Only the bread and egg should be served everday, others should change everyday. It will be boring for quest who booked for 3night or 4night and need to eat the same breakfast the the whole 3or 4 days . For the room, sgould do the maintenance for the toilet, the water flooded at the shower area when I take a bath. Should do the maintenance. Been here for 4 or 5 time ,love the hotel cause it inside the shopping centre very convenient ti find foid, sgopping and grocery. Still will come again and again

We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Had a pleasant stay at Space Residency! The location is excellent, just behind KSL Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring the area. There is also a great massage centre right below the lobby, along with plenty of good food options nearby. I must also compliment the admin team for being very responsive, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The only hiccup was the delayed check in, as the cleaners took longer than expected to prepare the unit. Other than that, everything was good, and we really enjoyed the convenience and overall experience. Would definitely consider staying here again!

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

We checked out earlier supposed to be we will checked out this afternoon but we already checked out last night. We cannot take it so many cockroaches and I report it and send the photo but there’s no action. Very disappointing additional on that the toilet really stinks like the urine smell. I can say they never clean the toilet properly cos the sink also have stain.
