El centro de atención telefónica en Egipto fue muy grosero y me colgó el teléfono. En la segunda llamada para confirmar la reserva, no me ayudaron en nada y tardaron 18 minutos en confirmar algo tan sencillo. Me mantuvieron en espera por algo tan simple; no tenían ni idea de reservas de hotel ni de habitaciones. En una de nuestras habitaciones, la 631, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Muy decepcionado con Hilton esta vez. Para ser justos, la recepción del Hilton Aqaba fue muy amable y servicial, e intentaron compensarnos.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Parado por una noche. Buen hotel de playa. Los turistas son pocos, probablemente debido a la proximidad de Israel. Su alcohol no puede transportarse, tienen en el hotel. Para comparación - una botella de vino brillante en el almacén costos 12-15 dinar, en el hotel - 60! El hotel está bien, es una gran opción.

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

Very convenient, has a private beach and includes access to Ayla. Service was amazing from check-in to check-out.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!

Hermosos corales, playa privada, muchas actividades, limpio, personal muy amable y atento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El servicio es excelente y les recomiendo bucear y hacer snorkel; hay muchos peces y corales para ver.

El Bedouin Garden Village está a unos 15 minutos en coche de Aqaba, muy cerca del Berenice Beach Club. El mar y la playa están a sólo 150 metros. En el barrio más cercano se encuentran otras Guesthouses con restaurantes y un restaurante/un imbécil en la playa. La playa también cuenta con escudos solares gratuitos. El personal es muy amable y la atmósfera en el Garden Village es muy tranquila y relajada. El ambiente ofrece muchos lugares sombrios que invitan a permanecer y relajarse en la sombra, pero en parte se podría lavar o limpiar los pulsos de los asientos beduinos. No fue sucio, pero tampoco 100% limpio. En el Village del Jardín de Bedouin se encuentra una escuela de immersión con personal amigable, divertido, pero también competente y buenas instalaciones. Las operaciones de immersión fueron muy relajadas y, sin embargo, interesantes, incluso para los mercedistas experimentados. La desayuno era relativamente sencillo: había pan de plato, queso fresco (pero estaban mucho en el calor), marmelada y una mesa con humos, huevos, harinas, algo de frutas y algunas verduras. Todavía lo ha hecho saturado. La carta de almuerzo y cena no es, desgraciadamente, muy amplia: hay mucho congelado (pescado, hamburguesa, calamari), algunas saladas y algunos platos de pollo. Se está cansado, no es mal sabor, pero tampoco especialmente ”wow” - pero, dada la situación distinta, la selección de restaurantes en el lugar es limitada. Las habitaciones estaban equipadas con aire acondicionado y nevera. Todo en general es una excelente alojamiento para desactivar durante unos días en un entorno tranquilo.

Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр.
