Es el último día, mañana termina mi viaje de negocios y quiero agradecer a todo lo que hay aquí. Excelente servicio, excelente ambiente, todo es genial. Me gusta mucho este lugar y continuaré quedándome aquí si tengo la oportunidad la próxima vez. en realidad es muy bueno.

Booked the room for shopping near the outlet Is near to outlet but definitely 10-15min walk to the hotel. Considered easiest way to stay if you wan to shop at outlet Please book flexibus back to Milan

Ubicación preciosa. La habitación era un poco vieja, pero estaba bien cuidada. Lo recomiendo muchísimo a los viajeros. Ofrecen servicio de transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El personal es muy amable, especialmente la chica encargada del desayuno. ¡También pude usar la piscina! Rodeado de naturaleza, es un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

El hotel está ubicado en una pequeña ciudad a las afueras de Turín. Es un hotel de golf ubicado en un campo de golf, pero también es adecuado para los no golfistas que quieran recorrer la zona y tener un coche. El viaje a Turín dura unos 20-25 minutos por una carretera con curvas y colinas. El servicio en el hotel era muy bueno, la habitación era cómoda y el desayuno era muy bueno.

Sorprendente. La realtà supera le foto del sito.Camere spaziose con bagno grande e letto molto comodo anche nella versione doppia standard. Ampio parcheggio e varia ed abbondante colazione a buffet degna di nota. Un tre stelle abbastanza recente,tenuto bene e con prezzo più che accettabile.Camera non vista in lontananza del Castello di Rivoli...il giorno la vista è meno romantica ma non è quello il targhet

Ближайший город к аутлету серовалли, александрия, на въезде в который находится эта гостиница, она совмещена с кинотеатром и аквапарком, поэтому есть бесплатная большая парковка и отличная опция спа и аквапарка в жаркий день, а вечером хороший ресторан-пиццерия. Для остановки с ребенком самое то, хоть завтрак и простой и номера чуть уставшие, но домашний аквапарк затмил всё.

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.
