The hotel was clean, but I booked a double bed room to share with my sister on trip.com and when I paid and got a confirmation that it’s a double room it was not refundable . When I contacted the hotel they said that because they did not have twin rooms available it reverted the booking to double in the system. I contacted trip.con to cancel the booking they said that it was non refundable booking, I explained that it was their system that made the error and not me, the agent said I will contact the hotel and check if they can accept a refund, she got back saying that they have refused and trip.com could not help. I was furious and I had to go and sleep on the sofa bed and this was uncomfortable also the heating was doing some tapping sound as I am light sleeper I could not sleep properly at all.

Camas amplias eh moderned, camas confortables. Casa regular , desayuno salido a pedido en el restaurante, precios muy correctos en el restaurante, personal amable. No seco cabello y prever un baño de pantalla porque el jabón de ducha es alto y fijo. Hotel muy tranquilo y bien aislado. Excelente relación calidad-precio

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena y su servicio es muy agradable.

The hotel was very reasonably priced as we didn't want to stay in Edinburgh as it's not worth the money. The room was spacious enough. The electric heater on the wall took time to figure out. Maybe a guide on how to work it could be left at the table. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The TV was big but not all stations worked. The room despite having a few lights still felt very dark. The breakfast was lovely. The seating area felt crammed into eachother. They should use the seating area at the bar as well for breakfast to rectify this. Would I stay here again? I would, yes as long as they keep the price reasonable and with a free breakfast.

這家酒店出乎意料，車子剛到門口心裏一咯噔，感覺完全不是國內的那種概念，進去了才發現原來別有洞天，衞生非常乾淨，房間也很大，用品都很不錯，本身應該是個大莊園，非常漂亮，餐廳非常好，比聖安鎮上的法餐廳口味做的好，出品非常精緻，口味也好，員工太友好了，非常棒的體驗

Loved the character of the hotel and the grounds were lovely. Our room standard was a bit lower than expected with burst light bulb and general finishing of the room looking a bit tired. The location was perfect for right before our skydive jump at Fife airport.

Estoy muy satisfecho con la habitación y el desayuno, especialmente el desayuno. El ambiente que nos rodea es muy bueno. Mi hija se registró cuando llegamos al hotel. La señora de la recepción fue muy amable y amable y nos dio chocolate horneado. galletas con chips. Todo estuvo bien, pero el camarero que limpió la habitación al día siguiente me enojó mucho. Tomé medicamentos en la mañana y se me acabó el agua. Le pedí a mi hija que pidiera una botella de agua. Muy mala actitud. Ella le dijo que ibas a ir hoy, por lo que no me daría agua. Enojada, fui a discutir con ella y finalmente tomó el agua. ¿Cómo podría tener sentido esto? ¡Sin mencionar que soy un consumidor! Aún no me he ido y estoy tomando medicamentos. Aunque estaba muy enfadada, no nos quejamos de ella. Creo que no le resulta fácil encontrar trabajo. En general, todo lo demás es satisfactorio.

The trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

Beautiful property, the lounge areas are tastefully done. Has dinner on the property, amazing food with great value for the set dinner. The room is big and clean. Great water pressure. However there is no AC, not sure how it is during the summer. We arrived at a perfect weather, the room provides a little table fan for ventilation. Would definitely return again.
