El día del check-in, llegué muy tarde y dije que quería una habitación tranquila, así que me enviaron al rincón más recóndito. Cuando entré por la puerta, las cortinas no estaban apretadas y sentí que era aún peor. Pedí un cambio de habitación. Afortunadamente, cambiar la habitación fue bastante rápido, pero la habitación de la planta baja se cambió porque había un bloque en el balcón del segundo piso, por lo que la iluminación no era buena en absoluto. Las tres comidas que tomé no tuvieron un día porque el desayuno terminaba a las 10 en punto. El almuerzo y la cena fueron similares y no hubo nada para comer. No vi ningún marisco excepto pescado a la parrilla. Las fotos eran engañosas. Hay bastantes lugares para jugar, pero el agua en otra piscina con tobogán está fría, por lo que solo se puede mostrar.

Vuelvo a la reseña. Olvidé tomar fotos, así que solo tomé una del vestíbulo. Instalaciones: ¡El precio fue sorprendentemente bueno! Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes, e incluso la cama individual de nuestra habitación triple era normal, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa: no era nada pequeña, mucho mejor que las literas metálicas de otros hoteles. Casi todas las habitaciones tenían balcón privado. El hotel también cuenta con muchas piscinas al aire libre, pero no pudimos disfrutarlas en invierno. También hay un gimnasio grande con buen equipamiento. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, con tortitas de huevo y té de menta. Y lo más importante, incluso te sirvieron zumo; es raro encontrar un servicio tan bueno a este precio en un desayuno buffet. Limpieza: Era relativamente normal, considerando que el hotel no es nuevo. Las alfombras del baño eran un poco oscuras y las sábanas de la cama individual no estaban muy limpias, pero está bien por el precio. Por cierto, este hotel es muy grande. Nos alojamos en la zona del Sol, y había que caminar bastante desde el vestíbulo. Además, los ascensores son viejos y inestables.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. Un resort fantástico para familias activas a las que les gustan los deportes. Incluye pádel, campo de fútbol reglamentario, baloncesto, voleibol, tenis de mesa y muchas actividades acuáticas. Buen gimnasio y piscina cubierta. Piscina exterior climatizada, además de otras piscinas al aire libre. Incluye realidad virtual, videojuegos y máquinas recreativas. Variedad de entretenimiento. Un precioso parque acuático y un circuito de cuerdas acuáticas incluidos para personas de más de 150 cm. El bar del vestíbulo es genial para tomar café y tiene una panadería increíble. También es ideal para ver fútbol. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y están bien equipadas. La comida es variada. Buena selección de platos no vegetarianos como langostinos, salmón ahumado, brochetas de pollo y filetes de pavo, pero puede volverse repetitivo después de unos días. Las bebidas del todo incluido son buenas. El servicio de transporte gratuito a Medina es muy útil. Está a 30 minutos. Los puntos negativos son principalmente el pésimo servicio al cliente, la mala comunicación y algunos empleados maleducados. ¡No es un servicio ni una actitud de 5 estrellas! Esto incluye a varios empleados, desde los botones de recepción hasta el personal del bar y del restaurante.

We arrived at 1am after our flight was delayed. Our taxi driver called the contact number I had, and just two minutes later a lovely gentleman arrived to let us in, show us to our room, and ask what time we would like breakfast by the pool the following morning. What a beautiful Moroccan home it was! Our room, with its balcony overlooking the pool, was lovely—very cosy, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast by the pool. Our host couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. He was always checking that we were okay and asking if there was anything he could do to make our stay even better. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making it easy to keep in touch with family back home via WhatsApp. We were also told we could store the drinks and water we bought each day from the small supermarket just a two-minute walk away in the kitchen fridge/freezer, so they were always lovely and cold when we needed them. On two occasions, our host made lunch for his family and friends and kindly invited us to join them. We enjoyed delicious homemade Moroccan tagine, which was such a thoughtful gesture and is a memory we'll always treasure. The day before we checked out, I explained that we had a 9pm flight the following evening and asked if it would be possible to stay until around 5pm, or whatever time was convenient, so we could shower and get ready before travelling home. His response was, ”No problem—whatever time you like.” That was the answer to most of our requests. They are incredibly flexible and genuinely want their guests to be happy. I had a wonderful four-night stay with my daughter. She thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Moroccan experience, and we met some lovely people relaxing by the pool. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic stay in Morocco.

This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Estuvo bien, el único inconveniente fue que la ducha goteaba por la pared, por lo que todo el baño estaba mojado.

Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero en general el servicio es bueno, aunque no hay nadie en la recepción, por lo que le dan sus propias llaves de la entrada principal y de su habitación. Como sugerencia, se necesita un signo “Riad Nouhal”, pero si sigue la ubicación en Google Maps, estará en.

Bon séjour à la riad jibril Taxe de séjour onéreuse par rapport à mes voyage précédent ainsi que le prix du transfert qui pourrais être inclus dans le tarif du séjour. Sinon très bon emplacement quartier très clame avec toutes les commodités. Équipe fort sympathique et toujours disponible à la riad .
