Un sitio acogedor y familiar desconectado del caos de la cuidad. Perfecto para ir en familia , pasamos año nuevo ahi y organizaron una cena para todos los huéspedes con karaoke y un amplio repertorio de Tajines.

The room was bit small ( even though when we check in they said they upgrade our Room) so i Don't know What was the regular booking room size thn.. Maybe much smaller, shower door was not closing properly water was going out, toilet seat was not proper clean, whenever we Keep the ac on it’s coming bad smell so we Keep the ac off for our whole stay, all trowel in washroom was looking like using the for long time Look like old, for breakfast not much option & they should keep more hot food instead of may sweets / dessert item. Overall all reception & security was very friendly & Helpful, f&B morning Staff was very unfriendly .. No hi hello/ good morning.. No check back nothing .

Остановились в данном Риаде на 3 ночи, и ни чуть не пожалели! Очень красиво и атмосферно, будто попадаешь в сказку, и круто иметь возможность прочувствовать их историю и культуру жизни. Хозяйн, что встретил нас и дальше помогал со всеми насущными вопросами, был очень вежливым и гостеприимным. Завтраки были очень кучными и сытными, особенно хотелось бы отметить их кофе (просто отдельное произведение искусства) А еще есть бассейн в свободном доступе😍 Рядом с Риадом было маленькое кафе, по ценам очень дешево и безумно вкусно😌 Мы долго думали вначале, стоит ли бронировать данное место, но ничуть не пожалели о нашем решении💛

Estancia muy agradable. Personal amable y servicial. ¡Un riad precioso! El desayuno incluido era normal: varios tipos de pan, yogur y café. La cama era un poco dura para mi gusto y la ducha tenía presión y agua caliente, pero era difícil regularla. La ubicación está muy cerca de las principales calles comerciales de la medina, pero un poco apartada y en un callejón tranquilo. El lugar parecía seguro, pero también un poco extraño caminar allí en la oscuridad.

В отеле очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал! Все проблемы пытались решать по мере возможности, спасибо. Просторная и чистая квартира, без запахов, кровать удобная. Расположение достаточно удобное: 20 минут пешком до вокзала и до медины, 10 минут до сада Мажорель, продуктовый магазин в соседнем доме. Рядом кладбище, тюрьма и стройка 😂 На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Минусов было достаточно. Сначала нас встретил сломанный замок на двери, и мы не могли ее открыть. На второй день день нам предложили поменять номер, он оказался в целом такой же, но без окна в спальне, поэтому мы остались в первом номере и приноровились открывать дверь сами. В квартире плохое освещение в гостиной и спальне, темно. Везде просто на проводе висит лампочка с холодным светом, нет прикроватных светильников как на фото, очень неуютно. Ванна просторная, но течет умывальник (то ли раковина, то ли кран): под раковиной образуется лужа. В душевой не хватает занавески, а между полом и перегородкой щель - в итоге, после принятия душа на полу много воды. В наличии туалетная бумага, мыло, средства для душа, но нет мусорных пакетов вообще нигде. Не хватает тряпки в кухне и моющего средства для посуды. На второй день перестал работать интернет на сутки. Потом он заработал, но крайне не стабильно на третьем этаже. Для туристов это важно! В целом вся квартира создаёт впечатление старой, уставшей, требующей нормального ремонта, а не «и так сойдёт», как это сделано сейчас. В последнюю ночь в четыре утра проснулся от шума: окно моей спальни выходило на террасу соседнего номера. Там была открыта дверь, видно было много мужчин в компании голых женщин. Я постучался к ним, они замолкли, но дверь не открыли. Но вскоре снова продолжили шуметь. Я связался с администратором через whatsapp, но не получил ответа и даже извинений после прочтения. Однако сразу после этого соседи закрыли балкон, и через полчаса дамы ушли. Стало тихо. Выводы делайте сами. Я понимаю, что это не дорогой отель, и я не ожидал сервиса пятизвёздочного уровня. Но есть базовый минимум, который хорошо бы соблюдать. Поэтому я не рекомендую этот отель, особенно дольше чем на сутки.

I was checked in by Ismaelle and checked out by Jamal. Both are extremely helpful and friendly, offering valuable cultural and local tips. Those really come in handy to me. I appreciate it. Navigating through the medina of Marrakesh can be really sketchy after 12PM, as the alleyways are jam-packed. I had an issue figuring out where the Riad was situated, because the map on Trip.com was wrong. Trust Google's information here folks. A mosque is just on the next street, so you will hear the chanting sounds very close. Other than that, it is free from other bike noise or people. Very quiet during the night, which I found very rare in this city. I was served with a tea and biscuits upon arrival, and the tea was amazing. So Ismaelle arranged Jamal(because I was going out and coming back in the night) to teach me how to brew the tea how local would do. Great hospitality. Jamal and Abderrahmane(who works at another venue of this riad) were so friendly and shared some really helpful tips to get around. I am not talking about some ready-to-share knowledge, but they gave some actual tailored concierge-level information. Jamal also offered to give his hand in the morning to move my luggage, as I was in a minor difficulty, and walked with me and my luggage for 40 mins before 7AM. Breakfast at the rooftop was so nice and a lot better than the other riad I went to. If you found this riad is available for your travelling time, book it. You will have no regret.

Un séjour absolument inoubliable dans ce riadh niché au cœur des montagnes de l’Atlas. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un cadre paisible, idéal pour se ressourcer loin de l’agitation de la ville. L’accueil a été extrêmement chaleureux, on se sent comme à la maison dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est attentionné, toujours disponible et d’une grande gentillesse. Les chambres sont confortables, décorées avec goût dans un style traditionnel marocain, et très propres. La cuisine est également un vrai point fort : des plats marocains authentiques, préparés avec soin, un vrai régal ! Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes, un moment magique. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui cherchent du calme, de l’authenticité et un service de qualité. J’y reviendrai avec grand plais

The staff are kind and the breakfast was great so I can say everything was perfect except the location it’s was hard to find it at first .

Everything was good, especially the bean omelette prepared by Mrs. Salwa.

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren leider nur eine Nacht dort. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker, genauso wie das Frühstück.
