The hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

Excelente estadía. Fue mi primera visita y me reservaron por un día pero terminé quedando en un día extra. El personal es muy útil. Esta propiedad es limpia y con un ambiente muy relajante. Ellos tienen hermosos parques infantiles con swings. Muchos parques de coches. Recomiendo este lugar y me gustaría quedarme de nuevo en un futuro próximo.

Water pool : when resort or hotel having swimming pool, it's mandatory to maintain to water quantity. Very dirty water. Room : 3 star category, but bath rool not cleaning every month. I am mentioned every month because spider web in the bathroom. Food : two employees in room service and restaurant. Both serving and same cooked as well one of them. Air conditioning: not cooling accordingly to room. Make my trip please check make my trip when you show hotel at least quality you can also check.

This place is must to visit for short weekend getaways from delhi ncr. The staff were polite & courteous and promptly responded to our requests. The food taste great, specially the south indian dishes & all the spread was worth a try. Basic rooms are decent (furnishing can be improved by adding wall panels or louvers. If you can pay extra then go for cottages with lawn. To sum up our stay was amazing. Thanks, to wh team.

UUsuario invitadoExcellent Location, but with Service Quirks The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India. The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing. There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression. Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff. All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

Mr Vijay took so much initiative to attend to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay, from our arrival till our departure. We would also like to thank Jitender Thakur, Vinod kumar, Tarun Thakur, Palak, Lalit, Vinod Sachin, and those whom we may have forgotten their names. Our thank is for the entire staff of Justa who made us feel home. The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite. Thank you once again to everyone at Justa. Keep up the good work.
