Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

Good location in the middle of city padang. Room spacious. Furniture old. Cleanliness 8/10. Staff very friendly. Price is reasonable.

Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.

Todo está bien, excepto para el receptor/personal. No amigable, necesita llamar muchas veces para solicitar el hierro. Conseguido para obtener pero el hierro no funciona bien 😅1s día de ingreso, solicitar cama/toallas extra pero nada queda en absoluto, necesita esperar el día siguiente. Santika Padang mucho mejor que BktTinggi.

El hotel está bien situado, pero puede hacerlo con más información sobre el hotel. Durante la estancia, sólo se ofrece una toalla grande. No hay toallas pequeñas. No es un problema para mí como viajo solo. Tenía la vista deluxe del mar y la vista también es grande. cama una cómoda. Piñas también son grandes.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

I loved the beautiful view from the swimming pool overlooking Mount Merapi and Mount Singgalang — truly a unique experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy the mountain view as clearly as I had hoped. Still, the overall experience was relaxing and worth it.

A la hora de la recepción, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Así que pedimos el desayuno, lo sirvieron con frutas, arroz y arroz y hortalizas más pollo (en realidad lo pedimos).. Muchas gracias por haber cumplido mi petición.. Va a permanecer de nuevo en roca para la próxima visita a padan.. Además hay también un supermercado, ¡muy bonito!
