Aquí están mis comentarios para el resort de playa turística, como mi primera vez viajeros solitarios. Los locales son agradables, la ubicación también es buena. Con bebidas de bienvenida una vez que se inspecciona en el hotel (que no bebí como estaba ocupado check-in pero parece delicioso 🤤). La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Pero la experiencia es buena. Me encanta el lugar y el personal son amigables. Me encanta también el sol y el sol. Especialmente en el restaurante del bar de la isla.

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

Check-in was quite fast. Do note that a deposit is required. Lobby was undergoing renovations but it wasn't too bad. Other than the lobby (cos reno), it really is a very beautiful property. We opted for the studio villa as we wanted the higher walls for privacy. Room was very clean and spacious, bed with lots of pillows was comfortable for me. Room had two ac units which was appreciated as it definitely cooled down the room faster. Smart TV worked fine with loads of channels. Bathroom (& bathtub) was huge but the water pressure was a bit low on the shower/tub tap although was ok for the sink and toilet. Private pool was clean altho i think the wooden slats may need some maintenance work. We didn't encounter much mosquitoes, maybe there was one or two flying around on our last day. Our room came with two complimentary daily drinks at the restaurant which is smack in the middle of the resort. Breakfast was semi buffet. During check-in, you fill out this slip for each day for your choice of mains. If you want to change your choice, just go back to the reception desk one day before your scheduled breakfast to update your slip. Although there were 3 time slots, we actually came in much earlier before our alloted slot, and it wasn't an issue. Besides breakfast, we also had room service. The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced. Spent abt sgd12 total for nasi goreng and mee goreng. Something that I've never encountered at any other hotel was we had to sign an acknowledgement form when we ordered in, like to say we received 2 plates, 2 spoons etc. Not a big issue. The best part of Woda is the staff. From housekeeping to property maintenance to restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

El personal es muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación comunicada a pesar de que solo reservamos una habitación normal. El hotel es bastante antiguo y algunas de las instalaciones están bastante desgastadas. Pero en general sigue siendo bueno por este precio. La ubicación también es buena. Caminé recto y puedes encontrar numerosos restaurantes.

Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast also not bad. Easy to access. Price also affordable. Very enjoyable stay. Will book again if got an discount from apps for the booking.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were already blasting cold temperature at 16C with a card inserted into the system. Much appreciated due to the super hot weather. Pool was small. More for soaking chilling than swimming. Gym was small. Enclosed with glass with the top open-air so it can be very hot and humid. Treadmill was pitiful. It is more of a home-based type treadmill than one that is usually found in hotels. My group of 14 adults decided to have dinner at the cafe/ restaurant. The menu is limited but sufficient for us to try the local food. Unfortunately, the food was very slow and came in bits and pieces ie 1 dish came out after 10-15min of waiting. Imagine 14 adults ordering multiple dishes + drinks? We must have ordered 30+ dishes, not including drinks. It was only at the last 20min of our dinner that many dishes came out of the kitchen at the same time. The staff was definitely not prepared to handle such orders in the evenings. Some of the dishes like satay was cold. Some dishes were also missed out. Truly disappointing. The wait staff were nice and patient. Breakfast was much better. Many dishes and choices. This hotel seems to be a popular choice with Chinese nationals. The whole hotel was swarmed with them during breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located between 2 malls of about 400m walking range. It's near to eateries , example A2 food court is just beside it. The service was excellent, kudos to one if the house keeping crew we met in the corridor. We requested , feedback on several issues with our room, firstly faulty kettle, rain shower head as well as unsecured lock at the door. All were promptly dealt with and rectified before we were back at night. The breakfast has a decent variety and menu changes on the 2 full days were had them. The only 2 small complaints is perhaps the absence of a mini bar fridge in such a huge room and also tv was a tad too small as it was very far away from the beds .

Hotel muy decente para escapadas cortas, vista panorámica de los amaneceres si puedes conseguir una unidad con vista al mar. Debes despertarte entre las 5:30 y las 6:00 a. m. para verlo. Playa limpia y entorno tranquilo. En algunas cuadras, especialmente en la colina, es relativamente difícil caminar. La comida es un poco salada, aunque tal vez sea culpa nuestra. Y espero que el desayuno pueda mejorar.

We booked the place following Instagram reel saying kids friendly, I would say it was okay but didn’t meet our expectations (as we regularly stay the residence and I paid 30＞ higher price here compared to to residence since we wanted to try something near ferry terminal and was highly rated on IG for kids. We booked 3 nights, 2 adults one 2 years baby. Experience Good: - kids club play room big and nice, offering indoor, outdoor and splash zone free - free dine in for kids with food that kids will actually eat - got 2 pools, adult and family (with child pool). Pool size is good - they printed the ferry ticket in advance so we didn’t have to queue while going back Bad: - rooms are not so kids friendly, small shower area, too many pillows every where - king size bed is actually doesn’t feel king size but rather queen size - we walk in to restaurant for dinner 2nd night got denied cause they had bbq event running, and never suggested to book in advance (they offered slot 8 pm for 6:20 walk in) with small kid along, I am not sure they understand kid doesn’t wait fr 8 pm and the didn’t even bother to offer kids meal to at least address the kid. We ended up eating on the side fries and in room dining which takes about 45 min to 1 hour - safari we were told 9 am but then actual time was 10 am pick so we ended up waiting 1 hour at the lobby - not sure if they understand kid doesn’t like to sit for 1 hour not doing anything and we rushed our breakfast for the timing - free juices for kids and breakfast buffet is not fresh juice unless you paid then got fresh juice - breakfast buffet ok ok, no teh tarik 😝 - breakfast very limited options for vegetarian - the shuttle dropped us at the emerald class lounge where we were economh means we had to walk with baby and luggage all the way - you can only access dining area of indigo subject to you book in advance - for beach you need buggy to go not you can just walk as and when you want I would say, okay but not something I like, but it’s nearer to ferry
