Excellent hotel, arranged to Avenue mall - one of the best experiences i had Hotel front office, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were very friendly and service focused

I'm so glad I booked this hotel. It's close to the airport with shuttle service. Driver was at the airport and visible. The hotel lobby looks great and had a nice flow, something you don't see very often. Desk staff were super helpful and good to chat with. Cool elevators and very nice layout with a choice of restaurants and cuisine. The room was comfortably sized with a nice view overlooking the pool. Bed and pillows made for a good sleep. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again if coming back to Kuwait City.

Muy agradable recepción y tiempos flexibles de entrada / salida. No hay nada importante para mencionar en cuanto a la limpieza. Todo lo mejor como se espera de un hotel de cinco estrellas y también del precio justificado por ello.

It's a one of the best 5 star hotels in Kuwait. I experienced very well in this hotel.
