Tras tres días de viaje, llegamos al hermoso Lago Louise y permanecemos en el Château Fairmont Hotel y Resort. Vinimos al lago Luis, el más hermoso de la montaña de Ludwig, vivimos en el hotel Fimonte Guangborg, cerca del lago. Las instalaciones aquí son de primera clase. El paisaje de la habitación es una rueda preciosa y bonita, realmente quiere disfrutarlo.

We stayed at Royal Canadian Lodge in Banff from March 26–29 with my 7-year-old daughter, and overall we had a great experience. Check-in was simple and straightforward. We arrived in the early evening, and Jason at the front desk was the most approachable and helpful hotel staff member I have ever dealt with. He remembered my daughter’s name, greeted her every day, checked in with us throughout our stay, and added little touches that made the trip feel extra special for both of us. The renovated room itself was fairly standard for a hotel room, but comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, which worked well for us. The bathroom had a shower only, with no bathtub, but that was not an issue. The pillows were big and lumpy, all 8 of the pillows in our room were too high/tall for my daughter to use comfortably. There are robes provided in the room, it would be a nice touch if they could also provide kids size robes. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and kettle with tea provided in the room. We ordered room service one night and tried the pulled pork poutine, which was the daily special from the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not very good, and I would not recommend it. The TV included free cable and on-demand programming, as well as pay-per-view movies. I had brought my laptop and an HDMI cord, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily to watch our own movies. Watching on-demand, my daughter discovered The Simpsons and loved it (lol) The pool area was a big highlight for us. The pool is salt water rather than chlorine. The water itself was on the cooler side, but there was also a good-sized hot tub and a large steam room. My daughter quickly made friends with another family staying at the hotel, and the kids spent multiple hours a day in the pool together. The gym was small but functional. In the four days we were there, it was empty every time we walked by. Parking is $20 per day, which does add up. There is also free street parking behind the hotel if you are able to find a spot. One fun feature in the lobby was the robot, which the kids absolutely loved. We were told that after construction is complete, it will be delivering items to guest rooms. During our stay it moved around the lobby, told jokes, and handed out free apples. The hotel was reasonably priced compared with other options in the area. I chose it specifically for the pool setup, knowing we would be spending a lot of time there, and it worked out really well for that. Shops and restaurants on the main street were about a 10-minute walk away, or you could take the bus that stops outside the neighboring hotel for $2 per ride, with kids riding free. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The price, location, rooms, and pool make this a very family-friendly hotel option in Banff. Biggest thank you to Jason at the front desk for the spectacular service we enjoyed.

Muy buena ubicación. Fácil de llegar. Nice vista, personal amigable. Muy cerca del ascensor, un poco ruidoso. Y las hojas de cama son viejas y no muy cómodas.

El entorno de hardware de Westin es bastante notable y su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad es muy conveniente. Está muy cerca del distrito de negocios y es muy conveniente, el hotel tiene estacionamiento, pero el límite de altura es de dos metros.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

Average hotel room, average amenities. Nice pool and breakfast though. Service was extremely poor, multiple times we asked to book the airport shuttle (for the next day). They said oh sorry we haven't printed the sheet yet, as it was going to be the next month, we'll make a note of it. This happened 3 times. They even told us to come back the next morning to confirm, but it didn't happen. Seems like communication between the hotel staff is severely lacking, as are preparations for standard operations like printing a simple piece of paper for the airport shuttle 😂😂😂 We told the staff three separate times and each time, a piece of note with our room number was written. Still, that didn't work. What worked was, on the day, an hour before, we stated our request and yay they have the August schedule printed and we managed to book the shuttle! On another note (pun intended), we wanted to book because we saw on a sign that there's free shuttle. It was only the second staff who informed us that it's free booking, but the ride itself is $10CAD/person, which is fine. Management should always ensure fees are clearly stated.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary Airport. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, which made our travel day much easier, though it’s worth noting there’s no shuttle service. Still, the quick commute was no problem for us. We appreciated that the hotel offers a storage unit, which was super helpful and made managing our luggage so much easier. Our room was newly renovated, clean, modern, and very comfortable — definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

The room is spacious for 4 of us, very clean and modern. The lodge is very close to the downtown, we enjoyed walking everyday to explore the city center. The indoor pool is always busy, and our room location is very far from the pool so we didn’t try the pool, but I was happy enough to have a hot tub every night in our room after the activities. The view from our room is also beautiful especially when it snows. The lodge has a spa, a hair salon, an a ski shop. I checked the price of the gloves at their shop is very reasonable. The parking garage is very convenient (although we have to pay for it). The breakfast is good with reasonable price for kids. Some front desk staffs (one Filipino lady and one local) were not friendly but most of the staffs were nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out, they provided pre-check in via whatsapp and always checked us if we need anything.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Calgary Airport (IHG). The location is very convenient for the airport and surrounding routes, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent—both the rooms and common areas were well maintained. Amenities are fairly basic, so travellers expecting extensive facilities may find them somewhat limited. Unfortunately, the service was on the poorer end of the spectrum during my stay. One point future guests should be aware of: the booking information on the hotel’s website states that a deposit is required, but it does not clearly specify that this must be provided strictly via credit card. Staff indicated that this policy is standard at hotels worldwide; however, as an experienced traveller, I can confirm that many hotels do in fact accept debit cards for deposits. To avoid any issues at check-in, make sure you bring a credit card with you. Overall: great location and cleanliness, basic amenities, but service and clarity around deposit policies could certainly be improved.

We chose this hotel at random while driving down the highway. We were VERY glad that we did. The following day, we kept congratulating ourselves on the great choice. It was very easy easy to get to off the highway. But yet it was protected from the busy highway noise. The staff were absolutely 5-Star. Every single individual that we encountered, both hotel and restaurant, seemed to be genuinely friendly and professional. Specail shout-out to: Jei, Jasmeen, and Maltin. ( hopefully i got the correct names) We used the pool in the evening, and it was a surprisingly nice facility for the price of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it until an excessively noisy family showed up with undisciplined kids. But that's not on the hotel. I don't know why the restaurant was empty because it was exceptionally good food and good service. Even the breakfast buffet was far above most free breakfasts that are on offer. The guestrooms were very quiet (even the a/c fan was quiet). Beds were comfortable. Good quality linens, pillows and towels. Beds were especially comfortable and seemed new. Carpet looked new. The only thing I might suggest for the rooms is that they might add a floor lamp to improve the lighting. Also, they might think about bringing up the quality of bathroom amenities to current trend in higher quality in larger affixed bottles instead of small disposables It's obvious that they're gradually upgrading an older property and haven't gotten to the hallway paint yet. But that doesn't affect the guestrooms experience. I highly recommend this property.
