もう一泊したかったくらいインテリアや雰囲気などとても素敵なホテルでした。美しいものが好きな女性にぜひお勧めしたいです。スタッフの女性も安心感のある優しい対応で大変居心地の良い滞在ができました。朝食も手作り感がある料理で器もこだわりを感じ、一つ一つに感動しながら頂きました。このホテルに泊まるためにまたザグレブに訪れたいです。ありがとうございました。

버스터미널 근처라서 플리트비체 갈때 엄청 편함 트램도 바로 앞에 있어서 시내나가기 편함 위치는 최고 ! 근데 호텔안에 먾지랑 벓레 개많읆 숙소 밝꿁잙맑잙 목 앍픈게 다 나았읆 그리고 3명 자서 추가 소파베드 있었는데 일관성 있게 3일 내내 수우거ㄴ을 두우개애만 넣엏줳음 조식 먹는 곳은 걸어서 3-5분 거리에 있고 그냥 한번 정도만 간단하게 먹어봐도 괜찮았음 조식 추가는 비추 직원들은 진짜 진짜 진짜 친절함

The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc. We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again. These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience.

El hotel es bueno. En el lado positivo: buen desayuno. Personal muy amable y educado. Habitaciones grandes. Buen colchón duro, camas cómodas. Un pequeño inconveniente: en algunos lugares no se limpia por completo. En general: un buen hotel por el precio. Lo recomiendo.

El hotel es nuevo, las instalaciones están completas, no hay olor, viajes comerciales son más convenientes, la distancia a pie junto a los dos grandes centros comerciales, cómodas para comprar, hay piscina interior gratuita y sala de fitness, en general es una buena experiencia de estadía, recomenda viajes comerciales y viajes comerciales para los compradores turísticos.

A muy cerca del aeropuerto, diez euros son suficientes, no hay necesidad de un acuerdo anticipado, y Upass puede llamar al coche en cualquier momento. Eso es, ir al pueblo un poco lejos. El desayuno está bien, hay comida cansada que los chinos pueden comer.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Zagreb. The room was comfy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location’s great – easy walk to the main sights. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels, I enjoyed it here the most. Very kind and nice staff, they go out of their way to fulfill every request. Wonderful hotel. I'll probably come here again.
