Sin duda alguna volveré a ese hotel de ambiente súper agradable, la habitación muy confortable y cumple con todas las expectativas de un hotel de su categoría y muy bien situado.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant and bar. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was great. Generally, the food in the hotel is excellent, we had dinner too because all recommended restaurants were fully occupied.
Just a charming place! Definitely, we will come again!

Alright location with tram just outside the hotel. Front desk was a bit weird when we asked for a late checkout, said he’d get back to be in two hours. After two hours he called me and said they are unable to provide the late checkout. But when I asked a different person at reception it was provided instantly on the spot.

situated close to the train and bus stations with a mall cafes and convenience stores nearby. the decor ands service feels casual but chic. comfy beds and a good sized bathroom.

Very nice hotel,very clean.all staff are very nice,transportation is very convenient to all tourists attractions,only the breakfast not too many food to choices,we been having 3 nights dinner in the restaurant,staff in restaurant is very nice too,very good service.one of the staff told us,he said that’s the last night he working there, he have to change to the other restaurant,because he saw us continue 3 nights for dinner there , and we told him, we’re the last night dinner here too ,we back home tomorrow,we both laughed,we both reluctant to leave.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Inside the room, there is everything, quiet, pleasant to sleep, friendly staff and good service. I recommend this hotel I will choose to stay at this hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Zagreb again.

This hotel is definitely on of the best hotel in Zagreb if just a bit futher from the Station area.
I did not feel super relax walking from the Central station to the hotel in the evening as the street is poorly lighted and there are the usual unique kind of crowd that usually roam around Central stations of the world.
The hotel itself has really ONE OF MY FAVORITE lobby setting.... kinda combi of bar/library and the most uniquely designed elevator door hidden between the bookshelves.
If you dont mind the street at night when walking not alone but with friends, then this is really a nice hotel.

很有設計感的飯店，訂2張雙人床，卻給1大床，向飯店反應卻說已無此房型。明明check-in時已付旅遊稅金，卻被通知說沒有付旅遊稅，又去front desk找check-in的人員，人員竟然說沒有此事，飯店人員很不專業。浪費我的時間。
