El hotel está en la mejor ubicación. Hotel de moda vieja. . Visitamos el hotel en 24,25,26 de diciembre y el gimnasio es cerrado. No hay parque de coches gratuito. Hay un parque de coches grande a 5 minutos a pie de Walk. (Parque central) 7 £ todo el día Grand restaurant , bar and lounge. Salas de reuniones grandes Desayuno de bufete 12,5 ppp Almuerzo o cena 25 libras por metro. Recomendado

Hotel fantástico, desayuno estupendo, habitación limpia y muy bien decorada. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Hotel maravilloso y excelente ubicación, a solo 15 minutos a pie de la playa de Bournemouth, atravesando un hermoso parque. Nuestra habitación estaba en un entorno muy tranquilo. Cuenta con piscina y sala de juegos, un lugar súper tranquilo y acogedor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos los que visiten Bornemouth. Precio asequible.

The property is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's conveniently located just a 13-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The customer service stands out, with friendly staff always ready to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. Guests rave about the delicious breakfast offerings, which feature a variety of fresh, flavorful options to start the day right.

Overall very good, and the sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. Food excellent, and although a little pricey no more expensive than other good restaurants nearby. One oddity is that the pool bar (the pool is slightly detached from the hotel) has no coffee facility, although the main bar in the hotel serves very good coffee and cake.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

Muy cerca de la playa y de la parada de autobús. Un lanzamiento de piedra a las tiendas y restaurantes locales. El hotel es como Hotel Transilvania vibes que mi familia ama más especialmente el auténtico ascensor. 😁 El personal también era agradable. Las instalaciones eran buenas.

The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect

En general todo era genial. Sugerimos cambiar de matriz, ya que tanto nosotros como nuestros amigos tuvimos terrible dolor de espalda, pero esto es, por supuesto, una preferencia y no todos quieren una matriz dura como nosotros. Aparte de eso, todos los que amamos en este hotel. Gracias .

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !
