We stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary and the service was just brilliant and flawless. We had a Signature Room, which meant we had exclusive access to the lobby bar located on the 6th Floor, where all Signature rooms are located. We benefited from a complimentary shuttle to our chosen restaurant located just a 3 minute drive on the resort. All in all, our stay and experience was memorable and topped off by meeting a really nice boxer, aka Conor Benn.

Nice big bed , nice room , bathroom definitely needs upgrading tho , the grab rail on the side of the bath was rusted and exposed metal , shower dials are ancient, could definitely do with plug sockets on the sides of the bed to change your phone etc , no air con instructions but did figure it out , inside of the windows soaking wet in the morning but that's normal given the time of the year , paint around the main door was flaking off so needs a little maintenance , but it didn't put any bad feelings in out stay at all , just little things to point out , staff were lovely and friendly , hotel in general was fantastic , excellent breakfast served buffet style , room service was easy and meals were delicious with reasonable prices and staff were great , would definitely stay again was a great valentine's weekend , thankyou to everyone there

Hotel moderno y limpio. El desayuno buffet medio es extra £13 servido a partir de las 6:30 y las 7:00 en los fines de semana. El menú de la noche sentía una elección limitada y precio. Grande ducha de cabeza lluviosa. Verdad de cómodo cama, ducha y cucharas. Lamentablemente, el estacionamiento es extra £12 por noche que no podía encontrar publicidad en la reserva y se siente aburrido!

Always spotlessly clean. Reception always very nice. Rooms have all you need. Comfortable and Clean. USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32” Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

Some of the frontline staff charged me a different card payment than the booking agent had agreed to. This made me feel very confused. Fortunately, their senior management, Mr. Deepy, listened patiently to my explanation and understood my discounted room rate. He explained everything clearly and eased my worries. After a few days, the card was finally charged correctly.

La segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí. Aparte del M4 tan super conveniente. Excelente servicio con un sonrisa. Limpieza. Si tuviera un popil, sería perfecto.

A diez minutos a pie de la estación de tren, el apartamento está situado en un edificio de escritorio, sólo necesito una recepción para ayudar a abrir la puerta. La recepción es una madre, la gente muy amable y entusiasta. Tras la terminación de la estancia, el cuarto es de dos habitaciones y una sala, se puede cocinar, el pantano es muy completo, pero no hay experiencia porque el día es un día. La experiencia es buena y tiene una sensación de familia.

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Fair to say that I had very little sleep and I will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, comfy rooms, good base for Newport and Cardiff area. Homely, family vibe.  Have been before and would return. Great cooked breakfast with fried bread!
